?Dry eye is a common eye disease around the world, which has highly incidence. Although there are many treatment measures for dry eye, the clinical effect is not satisfactory. There is a close relationship between inflammation and dry eye, so the researchers pay more attention on anti -inflammatory therapy, such as fluorometholone. To explore the effect of anti -inflammatory medicine on dry eye, put forward the problems and shortcomings as well, lay the foundation for further study, and provide a strong theoretical basis for the clinical use of anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of dry eye, the author summarizes the clinical and experimental research progress of fluorometholone on dry eye in China and abroad.

Objective To investigate health equity status of urban dwellers with different social stratification and provide evidence for health promotion.Methods 1,007 urban dwellers were surveyed in Zhejiang province in a stratified sampling based on their income,occupation and education,with their health equity analyzed.Results The proportion of urban dwellers to participate in social health insurance reached 97.5％,a proportion of statistical significance (P＜0.05).The two-week prevalence rate and two-week attendance rate of urban dwellers of different social stratification has no significant difference,but the rate of sickness without attending was significantly negatively correlated to social stratification.The proportion of no visiting because of poverty was 23.1％ in the lower social class,3.2％ in middle and lower class,and 0％ in the middle and upper class,a difference being statistically significant (P＜0.001).The outpatient clinic of first choice and ranking of the hospital was positively correlated to social stratification.Conclusion There is health inequity for urban dwellers with different social stratification,for which the government should pay more attention to lower social class.

[Objective]To examine whether collagen scaffold(CS) would strengthen calcium phosphate cement(CPC) in vitro,and to investigate whether CPC enhanced with CS would accelerate the osteogenesis for repairing bone defect in rabbits.[Method] A standard 3-piont flexural test was used to fracture the set specimens and to measure the flexural strength,work-of-fracture(WOF) and elastic modulus of CPC and cpclcs.Both cements were implanted into cylinder cavities drilled in 20 rabbit femoral condyles.After 22 and 54 weeks of implantation,histological observations were performed.[Result]The CS had significant effects on composite of mechanical properties.The CPC/CS had a flexural strength 64.2% higher,WOF 3 933.3% higher,and elastic modulus 45.7% lower than the CPC without CS.At 22 weeks,histological study showed collagen fibers of the CPC/CS composite were entirely resorbed and new bone was formed instead.With unreinforced CPC,there were a little bone formation and biodegradation of cement on the margin but not in the interior of CPC.At 54 weeks,plentiful growing bone and bone marrow-like tissue fully filled in pores created by biodegradation of CPC/CS.Although bone formation and biodegradation of cement were more obvious on the margin of CPC cylinder at 54 weeks than 22 weeks,new bone did not present in the interior of CPC yet.[Conclusion]Collagen scaffold not only reinforces CPC,but also accelerates bone formation in the interior of CPC/CS composite.Therefore,CPC/CS could be novel biomaterial as an endosteal implant.

Objective To evaluate the correlation of ADC values on 3.0 T MR with the pathological grades in pT1b clear cell renal cell carcinoma(CCRCC).Methods Conventional MR images,ADC values and Fuhrman pathological grading of pT1b CCRCC were performed in 30 patients.Grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ were defined as low-grade group; grade Ⅲ and IV were defined as high-grade group.The differences of ADC values among four different pathologic grades were compared with a one-way analysis of variance. The comparison of ADC values of two different grade groups was performed with t test,and the ROC curve was performed to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of ADC value. Correlation between pathological gradings and ADC values was assessed with Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results ( 1 ) The mean ADC value of grading Ⅰ ( 10 patients ), Ⅱ ( 8 patients ),Ⅲ ( 7 patients ),IV ( 5 patients ) was ( 0.94 ± 0.11 ) ×10-3 mm2/s,(0.82 ±0.13) × 10-3 mm2/s,(0.68 ±0.09) × 10-3 mm2/s,(0.59 ±0.03) × 10-3 mm2/s,respectively.Significant differences of ADC values among the four grades were present (F =16.422,P =0.000 ).( 2 ) The mean ADC value of the low-grade group was significantly higher than that of the high-grade group(t =5.738,P =0.000).Sensitivity and specificity of diagnosing the low-grade group was 88.9％ and 83.3％ respectively.There was a negative correlation between pathological grading and ADC value ( r =-0.807,P ＜ 0.05). Conclusions The ADC values of pT1b CCRCC have close correlation with pathological gradings.They can be used to predict the degree of tumor malignancy preoperatively and guide surgical planning.

Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics of mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma of the kindey (MTSCC-K).Methods Five cases of pathologically confirmed MTSCC-K were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent CT scanning,and 4 cases underwent conventional MR and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) scanning.MR enhancement ratio for the tumor was calculated according to MR signal intensity of pre-and post-contrast in tumor and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values of tumor and normal renal cortical.Results Two case located in the right kindey,and 3 cases located in the left kindey.The maximum diameter of lesions ranged from 3.2 cm to 7.1 cm.Five cases showed nearly round shape with clear borderline.Pseudocapsule was found in 4 cases,3 cases had necrosis and cystic,and 1 case had calcification.There were no hemorrhage,fat and invasion of adjacent tissue.Isodensity or hypodense tumors were found on plain CT.Isointense or hyperintense tumors were found on plain T1WI,while isointense or mixed-signal tumors were found on plain T2WI.Slightly homogeneous or heterogeneous enhancement was observed on dynamic enhanced CT or MR,and the solid component of tumors showed hyperintense on DWI and hypointense on ADC.The mean CT value of tumor at the plain,cortical and nephrographic phase was 32.6 HU,46.5 HU and 66.5 HU,respectively.The mean ADC value of tumor and normal renal cortical was 1.23 × 10-3 mm2/s and 2.31 × 10-3 mm2/s,respectively.The mean MR percentage of enhancement value of tumor was 32.7％ and 104.9％,respectively.Conclusions The imaging characteristics of MTSCC-K include nearly round shape,pseudocapsule,clear borderline,necrosis,cystic and calcification.There is no invasion of adjacent tissue and seldom malignant appearances.Isodensity or hypodense can be observed on plain CT,isointense or hyperintense on plain T1WI,and a mild continuously enhancement on dynamic enhanced scanning.

Objective To analyze the prognostic factors in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma of stage Ⅰb and Ⅱa treated by surgery,and to investigate their guid roles in available post-operation adjuvant therapy. Methods The clinicopathologic records of 306 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma of stage Ⅰb and Ⅱa who underwent radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy were retrospectively analyzed, and the prognostic factors were explored by univariate and multivariate methods. Independent prognostic factors were identified by COX proportional hazards regression model. Results The overall 5-year survival rate of these 306 patients was 78.1%. Objective To study the influence of different root exposure in long-term effect of crown lengthening .Methods To-tally 142 teeths(66 of the front teeths ,46 of premolars teeths ,30 of molars teeths ) of 110 patients collected from August 2010 to October 2012 in stomatological hospital to affiliated zunyi medical college were chosen as research subjects ,then they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group .There were 33 anterior teeths ,23 premolar teeths and 15 molar teeths in each group .The experimental group accepted 3 mm root exposure while the control group accepted 4 mm root exposure .The post-operative effect of the two groups was compared .Results The tooth mobility of the anterior cases of control group after 3 months was statistically higher than that of the experimental group (P<0 .05) and the difference of tooth mobility between the two groups in other teeths and times was not statistically significant (P>0 .05) .The bleeding index after 3 months ,the anterior teeths ,premo-lar teeths and molar teeths of the experimental group was statistically higher than that of the control group (P<0 .05) ,while the difference of tooth mobility between the two groups in other times was not statistically significant (P>0 .05) .The postoperative probing difference of depth and attachment loss between the two groups showed no statistically significant (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The root exposure of 3 mm and 4 mm both have a significant effect in crown lengthening .But for the aesthetic point of view ,3 mm should be taken as the root exposure of the anterior cases .

AIM: To analyze the change of serum inflammatory factors in glaucoma patients at different stages and its clinical significance. ·METHODS:Totally 70 cases of 128 eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016 were selected. According to the mean defect of visual field, they were divided into light ( observation Group 1 ) , moderate ( observation Group 2 ) and heavy group(observation Group 3). Another 65 cases of 130 eyes with cataract were taken as the control group in our hospital. The observation and expression of serum cytokines in these patients with glaucoma were taken. ·RESULTS:There was no significant difference in serum IL-2 and IFN- γlevels between the two groups (P>0. 05). The sIL-2R and IL-4 levels in the glaucoma group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of IL-6 and IL-12 were lower than those of the control group (P<0. 05). The IOP and proportion of myopia in the glaucoma group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant ( P<0. 05) . The ratio of moderate myopia to severe myopia in each group was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). To observe the low myopia ratio in Group 3 of patients, it was less than observation Group 1 and observation Group2 ( P > 0. 05 ). There was no statistically significant difference between observation Group 1 and 2 of patients on IL-2, sIL-2R, IL-4, IL-6 and IFN-γlevels (P>0. 05). The level of sIL-2R in the Group 3 was higher than that in the Group 1, and the level of IL-12 was lower than that in the Group 1 and in the Group 2 (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IFN-γlevels between the glaucoma patients (P>0. 05). The IOP level and the proportion of myopia in the Group 3 were higher than those in the Group 1 and the Group 2 were observed, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The intraocular pressure was higher in Group 2 than in group 1 (P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference on proportion of myopia between observation Group 1 and observation Group 2 (P>0. 05). ·CONCLUSION: The levels of serum IL-12, sIL-2R and intraocular pressure in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma fluctuated significantly at different stages of the nerve injury, indicating that the immune response and intraocular pressure were involved in the process of optic nerve damage.

Objective To investigate the pathophysiological distinction of the functional connectivity between right temporal parietal junction(rTPJ) and whole brain in children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) on resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) and explore the neurological mechanisms of ADHD at the point of functional connectivity.Methods Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging scans were obtained in 30 children with ADHD from The Third Affiliated Hospital of Soochow Univcrsity and another 33 with age and gender matched controls from a normal primary school over the same period, and then,blood oxygenation level dependent(BOLD) signal was acquired to calculate the functional connectivity of rTPJ with other brain regions.Significant differences of connectivity intra-class and between groups were analyzed.Also, the correlation between the connectivity strength and the ADHD rating scales were tested.Results The pattern of functional connectivity of the rTPJ for the ADHD group was similar to that of the normal control group.Compared with the normal controls, the left superior temporal gyrus (MNI coordinates-33,6,48) , the right anterior c ingulate coltex(MNI coordinates 6,39,-3) , the right inferior parietal lobule (MNI coordinates 42,-33,30) , the left medial frontal gyrus(MNI coordinates-3,63,-18) in children with ADHD sbowed an increased resting-state functional connectivity with the whole brain ,while the right middle temporal gyrus(MNI coordinates 57,-33,-12) , the right cingulate gyrus(MNI coordinates 18,-21,36) showed a decreased resting-state functional connectivity with the whole brain.The average connection strength between the rTPJ and the whole brain showed positive correlation with the ADHD scores,while in normal controls,it showed negative.The connection strength between the rTPJ and those 6 brain areas with significant statistical difference was relevant to the ADHD scores,but they had no statistical significance.Conclusion The functional connection abnormalities between tbc rTPJ and the whole brain in children with ADHD may be relevant to the clinical symptom of attention-deficit.
