Public Health Ophthalmology is a population-,region-or country-based as a whole object,and is committed to improving the eye health of the whole population.Epidemiological investigation of the eye was named to the region from a single disease to variation of diseases from cross-sectional survey to a longitudinal cohort study.Epidemiological investigations is the most important way which can reflect the pathogenic factors for public health policy-making,early diagnosis and prevention and treatment of eye disease,and Research to Prevent Blindness.Imaging Diagnosis,quality control,improve the reliability of the epidemiological investigation,and to strengthen the study of disease,race,and molecular levels and create a unique epidemiological study.

Objective To study the effects of bone marrow mononuclear cells (MNCs) transplantation on left ventricular (LV) remodeling and its potential mechanism in swine myocardial infarction models. Methods The left anterior descending coronary arteries of swines were obstructed by balloon to create myocardial infarction models. Three weeks later, MNCs(n= 7)or PBS(n=5) were injected into the infarction related coronary arteries through balloon catheter. The cardiac function were measured by echocardiography and ventriculargraphy. Collagen amount was also assessed at 4 weeks after transplantation. Results At 4 weeks after transplantation, LV end-diastolic dimension decreased in the BM-MNC group than before (40.40?4.51 mm vs. 45.88?4.15 mm, P=0.026), but increased in the control group (48.50?9.31 mm vs. 42.40?7.29 mm, P=0.328). Left ventricular function was improved from 41.16%?9.83% to 47.50%?9.07% in the BM-MNC group (P=0.020) but there was no significant change in the control group. Significant differences existed between the 2 groups in their absolute change before and after the procedure in both LV dimension and LV function (P=0.046 and P=0.030 respectively). The results showed reduction of collagen content in the border and the remote infarct regions in the BM-MNC group compared with the control (P=0.047 and P=0.034 respectively). Conclusion BM-MNCs transplantation regulates collagen content in heart and attenuates the degree of post-MI LV dilation and the development of infarction area. This effect of BM-MNCs transplantation may be one of the mechanisms which intervene ventricular remodeling following myocardial infarction.

Objective To investigate the effect of early warning face pattern of weight combined with health education in weight management of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Toally 223 maintenance hemodialysis patients hospitalized in the hospital from July to December 2014 (17,617 cases of hemodialysis) were set as the control group and 223 maintenance hemodialysis patients from January to June 2015 (17,281 cases of hemodialysis) were set as the experiment group.The control group was given routine health education and the experiment group was given health education and early warning face pattern of weight.The two groups were compared in terms of the ratio between interdialytic weight gain (IDWG) and interdialytic dry weight ratio (IWGR) as well as the hemodialysis-related complications.Results The IDWG/IWGR ratio in the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of hemodialysis-related complications were significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion Early warning face pattern of weight used in health education can effectively control the patient's interdialytic weight gain (IDWG) and reduce the hemodialysis-related complications.

Objective　According to Kaschin-Beck Disea se monitory standardization that had been adjusted by our country,we monitored the state of Kaschin-Beck Disease in Gansu province.Methods　So as to understand change of illness,we took methods of epidemiological investigation,clinical examination and X-ray diagnosis.Results　It is not detected in the clinical that patient suffered from more than I of KBD among 7～12 years old in Qingyang monitory netw ork.X-ray detectable rate is 3%,but 12 cases patients were showed in Zhangjiach uan.X-ray detectable rate is 22.22%.Conclusions　Illness was showed steady state and was con trolled in Qingyang region,but illness recurred clearly in Zhangjiachuan region.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effective treatment of sudden sensorineural hearing loss and factors affecting its prognosis. METHOD: The clinical data and follow-up results of 164 patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss were analyzed retrospectively. All the 164 patients were given intravenous vasodilator, neurotrophic drugs treatment, oral prednisone treatment, and intratympanic dexamethasone injection. All patients were divided into low frequency hearing loss type,intermediate frequency hearing loss, high frequency hearing loss, all frequency hearing loss and total deafness group. Pure tone hearing threshold test were performed before and 3 months after treatment. All patients and different groups were compared before and after treatment damage frequency of average air conduction and various frequency air conduction hearing. Analysis of gender, age, process and hearing curve type, frequency hearing of impaired before treatment, the symptoms with or without vertigo. RESULT: All the patients' hearing improved after treatment. The treatment efficiency was 46.3%, and low frequency hearing improvements were better than the high frequency hearing. Including age, process, frequency hearing of impaired before treatment, with or without vertigo isindependent factors influencing its prognosis. CONCLUSION Based on the regular treatment,oral and intratympanic injection glucocorticoid therapy are safe and effective for sudden hearing loss,The prognosis and age, course, impaired hearing before curve type, treatment frequency hearing level is closely related, with or without vertigo.
