1.Acquired resistance mechanisms of EGFR-TKI in advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(6):458-461
Since the development of molecular biology, the treatment of advanced non-small cell cancer is shifting from traditional chemotherapy into molecular targeted therapy with genotyping as a guide′s help. The most widely used is epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs).With the appli-cation of EGFR-TKIs,the resistances to EGFR inhibitors are paid more and more attention,in recent years. The main mechanisms of acquired resistances are as follows:secondary mutation of the EGFR gene,amplifica-tion of c-MET,Her2 and other target genes, histological transformation, activation of the bypass mechanisms, loss of p53,the relief of negative feedback loops, overlap of mechanisms, etc.
2.Oncoproteomics and its application
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Proteomic research first came to the fore with the introduction of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and proteomics has been increasingly applied to cancer research with the wide-spread introduction of mass spectrometry and protein chip.As important research tools, oncoproteomics that targets the entire cancer-specific protein network has already been applied in cancer research. In this article the development of the oncoproteomics and its applying in cancer is reviewed.
3.Study of the Indoor Air Pollutants and Their Health Effects
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
As the people's life quality improved, more and more attention has been paid to indoor air pollution. The SBS (sick building syndrome) resulting from indoor air pollution has become an unavoidable problem in the modern life. Indoor air pollution has been listed as one of the five most dangerous environmental factors to human health. The present paper mainly analysed the prominent indoor air pollutants such as formaldehyde, radon, ammonia, nitrogen oxides and VOCs, which affect indoor air quality, and also pointed out the research direction and the high lights in this field in future.
4.Correlation study on susceptible genes of obsessive compulsive disorder of Han population in northeast China
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2014;23(12):1090-1094
Objective To explore the relationship between Monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) receptor gene,catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) receptor gene, dopamine D3 receptor(DRD3) gene and 5-HT2C receptor gene(5-HT2c) of Han population in northern China and obsessive compulsive disorder. Methods Polymerase chain reaction amplification determination of MAOA-T1460C,COMT-Val158Met,DRD3-Ser9Gly,5-HT2c-C ys23Ser four loci receptor gene polymorphism in 164 patients with OCD patients including 103 core pedigrees of fragment length polymorphism, and association and linkage disequilibrium (TDT)analysis. Results There was no significant difference of MAOA-T1460C,COMT-Val158Met,DRD3-Ser9Gly,5-HT2c-Cys23Ser four receptor gene in the patient group and the control group of genotype and allele distribution difference(P>0.05),four receptor gene loci were in accordance with the balance of the H-W,the MAOA-T1460C receptor gene in female patients group and control group, the early group and control group, which has forced thinking and difference of compulsive behavior group and the control group, only the obsessional group and the control group of genotype and allele distribution was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the family group between chain(P=0.0001) ;5-HT2c-Cys23Ser receptor gene in the case group and the control group, male both forced thinking and compulsive behavior group and control group differences in genotype and allele distribution was statistically significant (P< 0.05),and between family groups exist chain (P=0.0389) ; COMT-Val158Met receptor gene in the control experiments were no significant difference(P>0.05),and with the house group does not exist between the chain (P=0.0622) ;DRD3-Ser9Gly receptor gene in the control experiments were no significant difference(P>0.05),and with the family groups there is no chain(P=0.1101).Conclusion MAOA-T1460C receptor gene polymorphism and 5-HT2c-Cys23Ser receptor gene polymorphisms may be the susceptible gene of obsessive compulsive disorder.
5.Progress on ventilator-induced lung injury and lung protective ventilation strategies in pediatric patients
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(8):743-746
Ventilator-induced lung injury is a serious complication of mechanical ventilation. At present a lot of researches have explored lung protective ventilation strategies to prevent and treat ventilator associated lung injury in adult. But researches on children are relatively rare. This article reviewed the pathophysiological mechanisms of pediatric ventilator-induced lung inju-ry and the clinical application of lung protective ventilation strategies in children.
6.A manipulative treatment of decrease in the incidence of nosocomial infection in-patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the incidence of the nosocomial infection in patients of Shenzhen district polyclinic, provide solution for controlling the nosocomial infection and give precautionary measures for the future. Methods By prospective and retrospective combinative case-control methods, the incidence of nosocomial infection of the in-patients during May 2002 to December 2004 was investigated and analyzed. Results There were 237 patients and 251 cases of nosocomial infection from 10271 in-patients.The incidence of nosocomial disease was 2.31%.The infection rate was 2.44%.Conclusion In the basis of completely utilizing the third-class network management in nosocomial infection, the precautionary nosocomial infection can be effectually controlled by monitoring and enhancing staff training.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(12):1639-1643
Cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) is a kind of small molecular peptide which can pass through a variety of cell membranes. It can carry bioactive macromolecules into cells. Due to lacking of tissue-selecting and targeting behavior, the application of CPP in the field of tumor treatment is limited. Activatable cell- penetrating peptide (ACPP) has brought the dawn to the application of CPP. This review mainly introduces the applications of ACPP in the targeting antitumor drug delivery which was designed based on the differences between tumor microenvironment and normal tissues as well as the exogenous physical stimulation.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2020;55(12):2827-2833
Macrophages play an important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Previously, studies have shown that changes in the metabolism of glucose, choline, amino acids and lipids in macrophages of patients with RA can lead to the accumulation of metabolic intermediates which can act as inflammatory signaling molecules to aggravate the inflammation and cause complications. Therefore, a full understanding of the metabolic process of macrophages in RA patients will lay the foundation for macrophage-targeted therapy of RA. In this review, not only the role of macrophage abnormal metabolism in the pathogenesis of RA but also the research progress on macrophage-targeted drugs in RA treatment will be discussed.
10.Application of aromatic herb in external therapy
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(03):-
External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is a common method in clinic of TCM.External therapy for internal disease is one of the characteristics of TCM treatment. Both traditional medicine and modern research had discovered that the aromatics produced an obvious effectiveness in external therapy.Percutaneous absorption is also a characteristic of Chinese medicine, the aromatic herb can promote the percutaneous absorption, and there are many methods of using aromatic herb in treating internal disease with external theropy. This article was a review on the theoretical basis and the clinical practice of aromatic herb.
