METHODS: The registry classification, the drug registration procedure and the combination of marketing license and production license both at home and abroad were analyzed comparatively. In addition, the necessity and feasibility of the drug marketing license system in China were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The current drug marketing license system that centered on license No. goes against the investigation of legal ability, drug administration mode, medicine technology transfer system and original equipment manufacture thus remains be reformed. There is still difficulty for the enforcement of drug marketing licensor system, yet it should be carried out step by step until its establishment.
2.Clinical Study of Mind- and Qi-regulating Acupuncture for the Treatment of Postoperative Gastroplegia
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;(1):34-35
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mind- and qi-regulating acupuncture in treating postoperative gastroplegia. Methods Thirty-six patients with postoperative gastroplegia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 18 cases each. The control group received conventional acupuncture and the treatment group, acupuncture at points for regulating mind and qi (Baihui, Sishencong and Yindang) in addition. Pre- and post-treatment Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) scores and gastric drainage volumes, and the number of treatments and the recovery rate were recorded in the patients. Comparisons of them were made between the two groups. Results There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the HAMD score in the two groups (P<0.01). There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the HAMD score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in gastric drainage volume in the two groups (P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the number of treatments and the recovery and marked efficacy rate between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Mind- and qi-regulating acupuncture helps recovery and can also reduce the number of treatments in gastroplegia patients.
3.High-intensity Interval Training for Aerobic Capacity and Physical Health (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(1):13-18
The high-intensity interval training often consisted of groups of interval high-intensity exercise of exhaustion or above 90%maximal oxygen consumption, which can be applied to improve aerobic capacity. Adaption of skeletal muscles might be resulted from high-intensity interval training, including recruitment, glucose metabolism and activity of mitochondrial oxidase, etc., and improve maxi-mum oxygen uptake. It has been used for physical fitness, such as weight reduction, rehabilitation of heart diseases and diabetes mellitus, etc.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of senile patients with lumbar disc protrusion . Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of senile lumbar disc protrusion from 1990 to 2000 were reviewed retrospectively. Results 48 patients had been followed for 6 months to 7.5 years with average 4 years. Excellent and good results were 41 cases (85.4%).Conclusions There was atypical symptom in the senile patients with lumbar disc protrusion. CT was an important methods for diagnosis. The after concomitant diseases were controlled, resecting half vertebral lamina and enlarging fenestration were performed. The therapeutic results were satisfactory.
6.Clinical application of anti-carbamylated protein antibody
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(4):421-426
Rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) was a common autoimmune disease characterized with main clinical manifestations of chronic inflammation in joints.Anti-carbamylated proteins(anti-CarP)antibody, as a promising bio-marker, played a crucial role in the diagnosis of RA patients and the screening of pre-RA patients .In this article , recent progress on the study of anti-CarP antibody and RA related diseases has been reviewed , which was expected to provide new references for the diagnosis and treatment of related clinical diseases .

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 1996;0(10):-
Objective To explore the clinical value of 3-dimensional CT angiographic (3D-CTA) imaging of vertebral artery. Methods Volume rendering (VR) and shaded surface display (SSD) of 3D-CTA were adopted to examine 67 patients whose primary clinical diagnosis was vertebral artery insufficiency. Among them, 7 were examined with selective vertebral artery angiography. Results One hundred and thirty-three vertebral arteries (52 normal ones and 81 with lesions) were displayed and the rest one was not displayed due to complete occlusion. The lesions consisted of congenital abnormities, compression or displacements caused by traction, rough vascular surface, calcification, lumen stenosis, partial occlusion etc.. The vertebral arteries with developmental abnormities could be complicated with various other lesions, also the lesions might occur on multiple sections of a single vertebral artery; the description was as follows: there were 31 vertebral arteries with congenital abnormities (17 with developmental thinness and 14 with abnormally extended courses); 11 with lesions on initial sections (V1) (10 with roughened vascular surfaces and thin diameter, among which 3 were twisted in an anglular shape and 1 was calcified ); 30 with lesions (13 with the displacements caused by hyperosteogeny compression, 7 with internal displacements caused by traction, 10 with local lesions) on cervical vertebrae sections (V2) and atlanto-occipital section (V3); 55 with lesions (52 with beaded shapes and coarse walls, among which 2 had calcification and 3 partially blocked ) on intracranial sections (V4). Thirteen lesions on 8 abnormal blood vessels out of the 14 blood vessels of 7 patients, who were examined with the selective vertebral artery angiography, had lesions including stenoses displayed as significant by 3D-CTA but displayed as mild by DSA on 2 intracranial sections, and the examining results of 3D-CTA conform to those of DSA for lesions on other 11 sections. Conclusion 3D-CTA can distinctly display the whole course of the vertebral arteries and show its anatomical relationships with vertebrae. 3D-CTA is superior to other angiographic method to display congenital abnormalities and/or calcification of the vertebral arteries and assess the status of vertebral bones. It provides important information for diagnosis of vertebral artery disease.

China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Purpose:To study the expressions and its clinical significances of bcl-2 and integrin?3 in human Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after radical surgical resection. Methods:Immunohistochemical (IHC) staining of bcl-2 and integrin?3 was performed on paraffin-embedded sections from 269 NSCLC patients who underwent surgery and were followed up for 1.1 to 122.2(median, 48.4) months postoperatively. Differences in survival rates and clinical characteristics were evaluated by SPSS10.0 statistical software packet. Results:The prevalence of bcl-2, integrin?3 and both these proteins expression in NSCLCs was 56.9%, 47.2% and 34.9%, respectively. Bcl-2 expression was seen more frequently in female NSCLCs and smaller tumors. Integrin?3 was seen more frequently in squamous carcinomas. Cox multivariate analysis showed that bcl-2 expression in stage Ⅱ NSCLC was an independent risk factor (5 years survival rate: 39.3% vs 52.1% P=0.04), and both bcl-2 and integrin ?3 positive in stage Ⅲa NSCLC are independent good factors(5 years survival rate: 34.5% vs 23.8% P=0.04). Conclusions:Bcl-2 and integrin ?3 are indicators of NSCLC biological behavior. Combined analysis of expression of these proteins in tumors may indicate the prognosis of NSCLC.
