1.Paying attention to the role of retinal microvascular changes in prognosis and management of systemic microvascular diseases

Being a part of the microcirculatoty system,retinal microvasculature may have similar morphology change as cardio-and cerebro-microvasculature under the pathological conditions.Although no study has proved that there exists causal relationship between retinal microvasculature change and cardiovascular diseases (CVD) , realizing their connection is extremely vital for ophthalmologists to evaluate the status of the systemic microcirculation, predict the occurrence of CVD, and proceed primary prevention by visible information of retinal microvascular alteration.In addition,for the patients suffering from retinal vascular occlusion,especially those with undiagnosed systemic diseases like CVD,ignoring systemic examinations may delay proper treatment and lead to the consequences of ill health.In conclusion, ophthalmologists should recognize the association of retinal microvasculature changes with systemic vascular diseases and provide useful information for primary prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of systemic vascular diseases.
2.Significance of serum levels of inhibin B in women with polycystic ovary syndrome during controlled ovarian stimulation

Objective To explore the dynamic variation of inhibin B(INHB)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in the course of controlled ovarian stimulation(COS).To analyze the correlation between the increment of serum INHB and the dosage of Gn and the number of oocytes in PCOS.Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to assess the level of INHB in 90 patients with PCOS and 20 normal childbearing period women in the course of COS.We collected the blood samples of all the patients on the third day of the menstrual(day 3),the day start to administrate exogenous gonadotropin(Gn day),five days later of the Gn day(Gn5 day)and the day of HCG injection(HCG day),respectively.Results Compared with the control group,the serum level of INHB was higher in the PCOS group,regardless day3,Gn day,Gn5 day and HCG day,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).In the course of COS,the level of serum INHB in the tow groups was increased.In the PCOS group,the greater the ΔINHB(the growth of the serum level of INHB on Gn5 day),the less of the Gn dosage,and the more number of oocytes retrieved.Conclusion In the process of COS,the serum level of INHB has obvious change.The serum levels of INHB reduce after pituitary down -regulation,then increase after COS.

On the basis of summarizing association rules algorithm and algorithm optimization,the paper explores the rules of prescription compatibility in the scheme for apoplexy diagnosis and treatment through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM),establishes the TCM Electronic Medical Records (EMR) database,processes and analyzes the data based on the classical association rule-Apriori algorithm,introduces the parameter optimization mining results of correlated measurement parameters Kulc and IR,eliminates pseudo strong association principle,gets the drug compatibility with strong correlation and theoretical significance,and provides theoretical guidance and reference for apoplexy medication through TCM.
4.Effect of Ketamine on c-fos Gene Expression in Neuronal PC12 Cells Line Induced by Glutamate

Objective To investigate the effect of ketamine on c-fos gene expression in the glutamate induced injury of neuronal PC12 cells line. Methods The differentiated PC12 cells were seeded in 6-well plates(2?10~6/well) and incubated for 18 h,and then were randomly allocated to receive fresh medium(group C)or(10 mmol/L) glutamate(group G) or 0.1 mmol/L ketamine plus 10 mmol/L glutamate(group K1) or 0.5 mmol/L ketamine plus 10 mmol/L glutamate(group K2) or 1.0 mmol/L ketamine plus 10 mmol/L glutamate(group K3).At 5,15,30,60,120,240 and 360 min after administration of these drugs,the cells were collected respectively.(Total) cellular RNA was extracted.Reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction was applied to determine cDNA amplification products with GAPDH mRNA as an internal control.Densities of DNA bands were quantified using the image analysis system.(Results)c-fos mRNA increased at 15 min,peaked at 30 min and 60 min,decreased at 120 min,reco-(vered) to the base level at 360 min among group G,K1 and K2.The c-fos mRNA levels were markedly elevated in group G as compared with the control levels(P

7.Preliminary research of sound velocity tissue quantification on liver fibrosis stage

Objective To evaluate sound velocity tissue quantification ( SVQ ) for the quantitative assessment of liver fibrosis stage in chronic hepatitis B ,and to evaluate the correlation between diagnostic performance of sound velocity tissue quantification and blood parameters . Methods From the May of 2013 to May of 2014 ,collect ninety‐nine patients with chronic hepatitis B who was diagnosed by clinic and / or liver biopsy as experiment group ,and thirty healthy volunteers as control group at the same time . The experiment group and control group were evaluated with to measurement the zone speed index ( ZSI) ,and blood cell count . The AST/PLT ratio index ( APRI) was calculated according the following formula , APRI=AST(ULN)/PLT(109/L) . The liver biopsy was performed in the same day with SVQ and all blood parameters .ZSI and APRI were compared by correlation with liver fibrosis stage in chronic hepatitis B . Referring to the histologic fibrosis stage on liver biopsy ,all the ZSI and the APRI value were assessed by using ROC curve analysis . The corresponding cut‐off value ,sensitivity and specificity were also calculated andcompared.Results 1)ThemeanvaluesofAPRIwere(15.9±5.7)m/sforpatientswithS0,(28.1± 2 .8)m/s for patients with S1 ,(35 .8 ± 1 .2)m/s for patients with S2 ,(42 .6 ± 0 .8)m/s for patients with S3 , and (46 .3 ± 1 .3)m/s for patients with S4 .2)Accordingly ,the areas under the ROC curve for ZSI and APRI were 0 .875 and 0 .762 for S≥S1 ,0 .832 and 0 .597 for S≥S2 ,0 .913 and 0 .675 for S≥S3 ,0 .891 and 0 .709 for S≥S4 ,respectively . Conclusions The ZSI and APRI all could be used to evaluate the stage of liver fibrosis ,but the ZSI index is superior to APRI in assessing the stage of liver fibrosis . SVQ could provide object and accurate image ,the quantitative analysis of tissue could timely and accurately evaluate the severity of liver fibrosis .
8.Application of low kilovoltage combined with sinogram affirmed iterative reconstruction in assessment of calcified plaque in coronary artery

Objective To investigate the performance of dual source CT scanning combined with low-tube-voltage iterative reconstruction (SAFIRE) for demonstrating coronary artery calcium plaques. Methods 70 patients with clinically suspected coronary atherosclerosis and with normal BMI received SAFIRE-3 or filtered back projection (FBP) for reconstruction after undergoing CT scans with tube voltage range of 100 kV. The CT images (average CT values, noise, SNR, and CNR) and subjective scores (number of calcium plaque, calcium plaque adjacent artifacts, and image quality) were compared between the two groups. Results The average CT value of the aortic root did not differ significantly between the two procedures for reconstruction (P > 0.05). Ob jective evaluation of the images (noise, SNR, and CNR) between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05 for all comparisons), so was image subjective rating (number of calcium plaque and rate of calcium plaque edge)(P < 0.05 for all comparisons). SAFIRE-3 reconstruction was markedly superior to FBP reconstruc-tion. Conclusions Low kilovoltage combined with reconstruction of SAFIRE-3 can reduce calcium plaque adja-cent artifacts and enhance quality of images , which is better than FBP in displaying the morphology and adjacent conditions of calcified plaque; therefore it is worth popularizing.

Pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH) is one of the most severe complications of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Recent studies emphasized the role of T and B lymphocytes in the pathogenesis of PAH.Rituximab (RTX),not only targeting at B lymphocytes,but also been proven to affect T cells,thus could be a potential treatment for SLE-PAH.
10.The situation and screening of pulmonary tuberculosis among the in-school students

Objective To investigate the situation of pulmonary tuberculosis among the in-school students and to provide the data for improvement of pulmonary tuberculosis control and prevention.Methods All the pulmonary tuberculosis cases of in-school student's registration cards registered during 2008 in Hefei antituberculosis station were analyzed,and the PPD and X ray were used for disease screening.Results There were 168 student patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,physical examination was the main way to find patients.The positive of mycobacterium tuberculosis examination in tuberculosis patients was highest in junior high school.The results of PPD test showed the rate of strongly positive in close contactors was 13.8%,and four new patients were diagnosed.Conclusions Study shows the pulmonary tuberculosis epidemiological and prevention condition among students sub-population are still serious,so stricter control measures should be improved in the future.
