1.A HLM study of transformational leadership on nurses' professional quality life and organizational commitment

Objective To explore the impact of transformational leadership on nurses'professional quality of life and organizational commitment by hierarchical linear modeling (HLM).Methods A total of 44,6 clinical nurses were investigated with demography questionnaire,professional quality of life questionnaire,organizational commitment questionnaire and transformational leadership questionnaire.Results The transformational leadership had positive predict ability to the nurses'compassion satisfaction,secondary traumatic stress and organizational commitment.The transformational leadership had negative predict ability to burnout.The transformational leadership could adjust the relationship between compassion satisfaction,secondary traumatic stress and organizational commitment.Conclusions The transformational leadership provides theoretical reference for nursing managers to effectively lead the team,increase professional life quality of the nurses,and then improve the level of organizational commitment of the nurses.
2.Glucosides of Chaenomeles speciosa suppressed contact hypersensitivity response via modulating the thymus T lymphocytes subsets in mice

Aim To investigate the effects and mechanisms of glucosides of chaenomeles speciosa (GCS) in mice with contact hypersensitivity (CHS) response. Methods CHS model in mice induced by 2,4-dinitro-I-dinitroflurobenzene (DNFB) was used in this study. Concanavalin A (Con A)-induced splenocytes proliferation was measured by the MTT colorimetric method and interleukin-2 (IL-2) activity was measured by testing its ability to support ConA-induced mice splenocytes proliferation by MTT method. Interleukin-4 (IL-4) and transforming growth factor -beta 1 (TGF-? 1) levels were determined by ELISA. T lymphocytes subsets were measured by flow cytometry. Results Similar as the control drug 4-acetylaminophenylacetic acid (actarit or Acta) (120 mg?kg -1), GCS (240 mg?kg -1) could inhibit the thymus index and spleen index in CHS mice. GCS( 60,120,240 mg?kg -1) could inhibit the ear swelling of CHS mice and could inhibit the splenocytes proliferation induced by ConA. GCS (240 mg?kg -1)decreased CD4 +CD8 +T lymphocytes subsets ratio and resumed the CD4 +CD8 -subsets ratio in CHS mice;GCS(240,60 mg?kg -1) resumed the CD4 -CD8 -subsets ratio in CHS mice. GCS also decreased the TGF-? 1 and IL-2 levels and increased the IL-4 levels in mice thymus with CHS. Conclusion GCS could inhibit mice CHS reaction and resume the balance of T lymphocytes subsets in mice thymus with CHS, and also could modulate the cytokines production by CD4 + T lymphocytes of CHS mice.
3.Influence of Magnolia Biondii Pamp Volotile Oil Nanometer on Nasal Membrane and Clliary

Objective To investigate the toxicity of nasal membreane and ciliary of the Magnolia biondii Pamp volotile oil nanometer bangosome.Methods Toad palate and rat nasal membrane were used as experimental material,physiological saline and hydrochloride ephedrine as negative control.The Magnolia biondii Pamp volotile oil nanometer bangosome on ciliary movement were carried out using in vitro and electron microscope technique.Results The Magnolia biondii Pamp volotile oil nanometer bangosome had little cilitoxicity to toad palate and rat nasal membrane.Conc(?)sion The Magnolia biondii Pamp volotile oil nanometer bangosome had little cilitoxicity to membrane.
4.Expression of HBME-1,CK19 and CD117 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its significance

Objective To explore the value of three antibodies in the differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma ,by de‐tecting the expression of HBME‐1 ,CK19 and CD117 in papillary thyroid cacinoma ,thyroid follicular adenoma and Hashimoto′s thy‐roiditis tissues .Methods Totally 85 cases were collected from January 2013 to December 2015 ,including papillary thyroid cacino‐ma ,thyroid follicular adenoma and Hashimoto′s thyroiditis .They were immunohistochemical stained by HBME‐1 ,CK19 and CD117 .SPSS16 .0 software was used to analyze the relationship between the staining results with different pathological changes . Results The positive rates of HBME‐1 ,CK19 and CD117 were 87 .3% ,98 .2% ,and 7 .3% ,respectively .The positive expression of them in benign and malignant groups had significant difference (P< 0 .05) and their consistency checking Kappa were 0 .582 , 0 .551 ,and 0 .874 ,respectively .Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma and benign lesions ,CD117 is better than HBM E‐1 and CK19 .It′s possible to use a combination of them in practice .
5.Exploration on new role of ancient perilous but key acupoint of renying (ST 9).

The specific functions, stimulating methods and ranges of clinical application of Renying (ST 9) are explored. Because Renying (ST 9) is located in the neck which is a dangerous area, it is perilous if the acupoint is stimulated, so it is mostly forbidden in the past dynasties. In recent years, the main stimulating methods for Renying (ST 9) include acupuncture and press. The keys of acupuncture are to apply correct technique of needle insertion and control the depth and direction of needle. The keys of press are focused on strength and time of press. Renying (ST 9) is effective for vertigo, palpitation, asthma, hemiplegia, aphasia, hysteria, acute attack of pain, hyperplasia of mammary, continuous hiccup, disorder of throat and so on. As long as the acupoint location is accurate, manipulation is careful and stimulating method is correct, not only the safety could be guaranteed, but also the function can be well-played in clinical application.

7.TGF-?_1 induced the tolerant dendritic cells and the mechanism

Objective To investigate the induction of tolerant dendritic cells(DOs)and its mechanism in mice.Methods The dendritic cell line derived from C57BL/6 mouse.DO2.4 cells were co-cultured with TGF-?_1(20 ng/ml)to induce the tolerant DCs(TGF?-DC)and stimulated wihh li- popolysaccharide(LPS)for 48 h to induce the mature DCs(LPS-DC).Special small interference RNA molecule(siRNA)of PIR-B was chemically synthesized and was transfected into TGF?-DC by lip2000 (si-DC).The expression of paired immunoglobin receptor A/B(PIR-A/B)in DC2.4 cells was mea- sured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and flow cytometry(FCM).The allogeneic stimulating capacity of DCs was measured by mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR)using ~3H-thymidine incorporation test with the Balb/c spleen cells as reaction cells.The concentration of IFN-?in supernatants of MLR from dis- tinct groups was tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results TGF-?_1 up-regula- ted the PIR-B mRNA expression and down-regulated the PIR-A mRNA expression(P
8.Emergent treatment of severe traumatic intracranial hematoma with minimally invasive technique

Objective To evaluate the value of minimally invasive technique in treatment of severe traumatic intracranial hematoma at emergency department.Method From January 1995 to December 2005,126 patients were treated by using the minimally invasive technique in Affiliated Chaoyang hospital once patients were diagnosedas severe traumatic cerebral hernia resulted from intracranial hematoma and also those whose clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.In the emergency department,the per-operative plan was done according to the CT imaging,including the sute of burr hole on the skull,the direction and depth of carmulation,and the drainage cannula was put into the hematoma cavity for external drainage under local anesthesia.Results The successful rate of puncture was 100%.The patients's dukated oyouk contracted immediately after drainage.There are 79/ 95 patients(83.1%)had single pupil dilated and 17/31(54.8%)patients had bilateral pupils dilated.The immediately clinical effective was 76.2%.According to Glasgow outcome scale,43 of 126 patients had good recovery,26 had moderate deficits and 18 had severe sequelae,16 patients were in vegetative state,18 died. Conclusions Clinical prospective study proves that minimally invasive technique can ameliorate the cerebral hernia,prolong the operative therapie window time.

The plastic splint PCL,which is introduced in this article,is a new type of medical exter- nal immobilization material.During the course of its development,the burden has been optimality seeked with regressive orthogonality after screening of the material.Its function has attained the international levels during the eighties.This splint may be used not only in the treatment of burns and various orthopedic conditions,but also in the immobilization of fracture and rehabilation treatment of orthopedic patients etc.
