With the frequent culture communication between china and Japan, YanQi theory of TCM spread to Japan and exerted an influence on Japanese medicine. From the volume of"YunQi" in "The literature investigation of TCM", we can tell YunQi theory occupied a major position in the Japanese medical literatures which spread from china. The primary books of YunQi edited by Japanese scholars reveal Japanese doctors are apt to use this theory to promote their clinical practice. The accordant cognition of Chinese and Japanese scholars is that Japanese doctors accept the value of YunQi theory and beware of it's deficiency in clinic.

Objective To evaluate a new suture coil in endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). Methods Data of 15 patients with early gastrointestinal cancer undergoing ESD were retrospectively ana?lyzed. The edge of the lesion was pulled up by the new coil?assisted suture for the submucosal layer to be full?y revealed, then the submucosa were dissected,and the wound was stitched by suture coil. The success rate and complications were evaluated. Results The lesions were successfully resected in 15 patients. By pull?up, the submucosal blood vessels were completely revealed. No intraoperative uncontrollable bleeding oc?curred. Small perforation occurred in one patient, and was well stitched by the suture coil. The pull?ups were successfully completed in all patients, and the operation time was 5?10 min. The intraoperative slippage of fixed titanium clips occurred in two cases. All the wounds were stitched. Minor bleeding happened in 1 pa?tient, and was controlled by hemostatic clip. Conclusion The new suture coil is easy to use,and can effec?tively prevent and deal with the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative ESD?related complications.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus umbilicus application with Chinese medicine for detrusor underactivity.Methods:A total of 46 male patients with detrusor underactivity who were admitted to our hospital between January and December 2017 were randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group received intermittent catheterization and routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture plus umbilicus application with Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The comprehensive efficacy,the improvement of bladder urine residue and maximum flow rate of the two groups were observed.Results:No cases dropped out in the two groups.After the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was 78.3％,which was significantly higher than 52.2％ of the control group (P＜0.05).After intervention,the improvements of bladder urine residue and maximum flow rate in the observation group were statistically different from those in the control group (both P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and umbilicus application with Chinese medicine added on the basis of intermittent catheterization and routine nursing has a certain effect in treating male patients with detrusor underactivity,and is worth further clinical study.

To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Danshen injection in treating hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) of newborns. Computer retrievals were made in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI, VIP and China info (before May 2014) and relevant literature references, and manual retrievals were made for journals and conference papers, in order to collect randomized or semi-randomized controlled trials concerning compound Danshen injection in the treatment of neonatal HIE. The quality of included references was evaluated according to literatures recommended by Cochrane Handbook. RevMan 5. 3 software was applied in the statistical treatment. Finally, a total of 13 randomized controlled trials were included, covering 1,211 patients (including 639 patients in the compound Danshen injection-treated group and 572 patients in the control group). Meta-analysis results showed that the routine treatment combined with compound Danshen injection can improve the treatment efficiency of neonatal HIE [RR = 1.28; 95% CI (1.21-1.36)], reduce the mortality rate [RR = 0.42; 95% CI (0.23-0.75)] and the incidence of long-term neurological sequelae [RR = 0.48; 95% CI (0.35-0.65)], with statistical differences. No fatal side effect was observed in all of included trials. So far, limited evidences in this study proved that the application of compound Danshen injection in the treatment of neonatal HIE can enhance the clinical efficiency. However, because of the low quality of the included trials, more well-designed and large-scale multi-center randomized controlled trials shall be made in the future.

Toxic effects of L7 lyophilized powder of extracellular active components (L7-LPEAC), extracted from the Algae-lysing bacteria L7, on Chlorella pyrenoidosa were studied according to the changes of effective photosynthesis rate (EPR), the protein content, the chlorophyll a content and the MDA content of algae. The results showed that the growth of alga was promoted at low concentrations of L7-LPEAC (0.80 g/L, 1.25 g/L). The 96 h-EC50 and 120 h-EC50 upon Chlorella pyrenoidosa are 5.75 g/L and 2.55 g/L, respec tively. Objective:To compare soft-tissue morphology changes by cephalometric measurements be-tween extraction and non-extraction orthodontic treatment in borderline cases.Methods:The samplesconsisted of 33 cases selected as borderline cases by 5 orthodontic specialists.They were divided into 21extraction cases(including 13 four first premolar extraction cases and 8 four second premolar extractioncases)and 12 non-extraction cases by checking patients' treatment records.Conventional cephalometricanalysis was made to compare soft tissue structures before and after orthodontic treatments and the samecomparison was made between two different extraction patterns.Results:No statistical difference wasfound in pretreatment soft-tissue morphology between extraction and non-extraction groups divided fromborderline cases.The PosBs/FH of the four first premolars extraction group was smaller than that of non-extraction group,and the Ns-Sn-Pos of the four first premolars extraction group was smaller than that offour second premolar extraction group.None of the post-treatment soft-tissue measures showed significantstatistical differences between four first premolars extraction group and non-extraction group,but therewere 6 items showed significant statistical differences between four second premolars extraction group andnon-extraction group.Compared with extraction and non-extraction treatments,the most significant soft-tissue changes were:PosBs/FH,LL-SnPos,and Bs-EP.Conclusion:Although pre-treatment soft-tissuemorphology of second premolar extraction group was close to that of non-extraction group,the post-treat-ment soft-tissue morphology of first premolar extraction group became closer to that of non-extractiongroup.Compared with non-extraction treatment,the more significant changes caused by extraction treat-ment were located in the lower lip and chin,but not the upper lips.

Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significances of serum levels of granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods:126 cases of patients with RA in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2016 were selected as RA group and divided into two subgroups as active RA group (69 cases) and remission RA group (57 cases) according to the severity of the disease.55 healthy cases who receive physical check in our hospital at same time were selected as the control group.The serum GM-CSF,IL-6 TNF-α levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and compared between different groups,the correlation of serum GM-CSF,IL-6 TNF-α levels with DAS28 were analyzed.Results:The serum GM-CSF,IL-6 TNF-α levels of RA group were significantly higher than those of the remission RA group and control group (P＜0.01),and the serum GM-CSF,IL-6 TNF-α levels of remission RA group were also significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.01).Positive correlation between serum GM-CSF,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were found(P＜.0.01).The level of DAS28 was significantly correlated with the levels of serum GM-CSF,IL-6 and TNF-α (r=0.473,0.584,0.675,all P＜0.01).Conclusion:The levels of serum GM-CSF,IL-6 and TNF-α were up-regulated in patients with RA and positively correlated with the activity of RA,which might be of important clinical significance in the early diagnosis,disease evaluation and prognosis of RA.
