Making use of information technology to build a scientific education information system and to improve clinical teaching quality is an important way to transform traditional teaching model and management mode.In terms of characteristics of education management and clinical work,the article explores the construction of education information system which is based on B/S structure and has six function modules.Besides,the article details the content of each function module.

Objective:To solve the key material quality of blood control requirements, quality and strengthening the key material confirmation, control of nonconforming products produced, the introduction of the Deming cycle method (PDCA) for process management, improve the management level, to ensure the safety of blood transfusion work. Methods: In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations made provisions for key materials management in blood station and operation guide, the use of PDCA circulation method in daily work carried out the whole quality tracking management. Design quality control scheme is feasible and measures, measures for effect before and after the implementation of the analysis and comparison of the. Results: The quality control through the key materials of the blood, the blood bank purchased key material input of qualified acceptance rate and quality department quality sampling pass rate reached 100%. Conclusion:The responsibility of quality control key material major, quality control should be implemented, through the whole process of fine tracking management, and continuously improve the management method, ensure the blood quality, blood safety and the safety of clinical blood transfusion.

Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a rare autosomal dominant neurocutaneous disease.Epilepsy is the most common manifestation.Studies show that even with a variety of antiepileptic drugs, more than 50％ of TSC related epilepsy are drug-resistant.Since cortical tubers are the main epileptogenic foci, resection surgery become an important treatment of intractable epilepsy in TSC.In recent years, with the development of electrophysiology and imaging technology, surgical treatment of epilepsy in TSC shows a great efficacy of controlling seizures and improving intelligence.Up to date, there are no standard procedures of surgical treatment for refractory epilepsy in TSC.This paper aimed to provide some instructions.

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of minocycline for acute retrograde pulpitis (ARP) and its ef fects on pain.METHODS:One hundred (100 teeth) ARP patients in Hospital of Qingdao Agriculture University and the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College during Jan.-Oct.in 2015 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 50 cases in each group (50 teeth).Control group was given root canal therapy of Formaldehyde cresol formocresol solution;observation group was given was given root canal therapy of Minocycline hydrochloride cream.Both groups were re checked 3 days later,and therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 5 month follow-up;pain score,IL-2 and TNF-α levels were ob served before and 3 d after treatment,and the occurrence of ADR was recorded in 2 groups.RESULTS:The total response rate of observation group was 98.00％,which was significantly higher than 86.00％ of control group,with statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).There was no statistical significance in percussion pain score,mobility score,IL-2 and TNF-αt levels between 2 groups before treatment (P＞0.05).Three days after treatment,percussion pain score,mobility score,IL-2 and TNF-α levels of 2 groups were significantly decreased;the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P＞ 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Minocycline shows significantly therapeutic efficacy for ARP,and can effectively improve pain symptoms with good safety.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of SCH 1000 combined with Tanreqing on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD). Methods 96 patients with COPD were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with SCH 1000 aerosol and the treatment group was treated with SCH 1000 aerosol combined with Tanreqing injection. Results The treatment group had better clinical curative effects than the control group, with (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of SCH 1000 combined with Tanreqing on COPD is effective.

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in exacerbation stage with aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with Chinese herbal enema. Methods 36 cases with COPD were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with Chinese herbal enema. The clinical effect was observed in both groups, Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.9% and 72.2%, respectively, showing significant difference between the two group. (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with Chinese herbal enema on COPD is better than routine western medicine.

The USA is the primary market of biotech products, being the source of approximately half of sales in 2004. About 55% of biopharmaceuticals’ sales in 2004 came from the five leading products (Erythropoietin,Interferon,Human insulin,G-CSF,Rituximab).Great progress has been made in the biotech market of China over the last few years. About 60%~70% of recombinant protein biopharmaceuticals are expressed in mammalian cells in USA and EU, while most recombinant protein biopharmaceuticals are expressed in E.coli in China. Most biopharmaceuticals expressed in mammalian cell can’t be manufactured in China. The biotech industry comprise numerous, mostly small organizations. These organizations typically employ less than 100 people. Most biotech companies have never brought a product to market before they disappear. Therefore, it is very important for biotech companies to make an appropriate development strategy.

Objective To explore the influence of blocking B7/CD28 co-stimulatory pathway by RNA interference on the rejection response in mice heterogeneous heart transplantation and its mecha- nism.Methods siRNA of which sequence specified to CD80 and CD86mRNA was synthesized in vitro respectively and transfected into donor derived myeloid dendritic cells (DCs).The expression levels of CD80 and CD86 mRNA and surface antigen CD80,CD86 were assayed by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and flow cytometry before and after CD80siRNA and CD86siRNA transfection.Seven days prior to heterogeneous heart transplantation in mice,DCs modi- fied by siRNA were transfused into recipients intraveneously (DC interference group).At the same time,group of allograft transplantation,cyclosporine A (CsA)-treated (CsA injected subcutaneously postoperatively,5 mg.kg~(-1)?d~(-1)) group,group of isograft transplantation,and non-interference DC group (transfusion of non-interfered DCs pre-transplanting) were assigned.The graft survivals were individually recorded and the graft rejection grading was pathologically evaluated.Interleukin 2 (IL- 2),interferon?(IFN-?),and IL-10 mRNA expression levels in grafts tissue were determined.Results After siRNA transfected into DC,the expression levels of CD80 and CD86 mRNA were down- regulated significantly and the the antigen CD80~+ and CD86~+ reduced from 84%,67% to 35% and 30% respectively.As compared with groups of allograft and non-interference DC,survival of the grafts was significantly longer in DC interference group (P＜0.01),pathological grade of rejection significantly lower (P＜0.01),IL-2 and IFN-?mRNA expression levels lower,and IL-10 mRNA ex- pression levels higher in grafts tissue (P＜0.01).Conclusion Knocking down the molecule B7 expres- sion level in donor-derived myeloid DCs through RNAi,which could block B7/CD28 co-stimulatory pathway,could exhibit inhibitive effect on rejection response in mice heart transplantation.The mechanism might be due to induction of T lymphocyte anergy and Th cell differentiation deviating to T_H2.

[Objective]To investigate the means and effect of total hip arthroplasty(THA) for treating serious flexed hips caused by ankylosing spondylitis(AS). [Methods]A total of 20 male patients(28 hips) and 1 female patient(1 hip)with ankylosing spondylitis underwent THA.Eight patients had bilateral surgery.The mean age were 32.4 years(ranged 21~49 years).The disease course were 3~32 years,with the mean of 15.6 years.And the flexed deformation were 30?~95?,with the mean of 58.6,including ankylosis in 23 hips(79.3%).There were 17 patients(22 hips)in the biological prosthesis group and 4 patients(7 hips) in the cement group.The clinical results were evaluated by the Harris hip scoring system.[Results]The mean duration of follow-up were 4.5 years,all hip joints function were improved,and the postoperative Harrris Score were 83.2 versus the preoperative Harrris Score of 21.7.The serious flexed deformity of the involved hips were disappeared.The average range of motion of hip joint were 196?.The pain of the hips were disappeared almost completely and pain of lowerwaists and knees were relieved obviously.Patients got their gait right and could care themselves approximately.[Conclusion]Total hip arthroplasty is an effective treatment for serious flexed hips caused by ankylosing spondylitis.
