Objective To evaluate the hemorrheological changes after tourniquet deflation.Methods Twenty rabbits were subjected to lower extremity tourniquet inflation for 3 h. Venous blood samples were taken before tourniquet inflation and 2min after tourniquet deflation for measurement of hemorrheological parameters: low-shear viscosity and high-shear viscosity of whole blood; plasma high-shear viscosity , hematocrit; fibrinogen; aggreability,deformability and stiffness of erythrocyte; and blood sedimentation K value. The levels of parameters before tourniquet inflation served as baseline values. The gastrocnemius muscle samples were taken before tourniquet inflation and 5 min after torrniquet deflaion for observation of ultrastructure of small blood vessel.Results Compared with the baseline values, the levels of low- and high- shear viscosities of whole blood, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, blood sedimentation K value, and aggreability and stiffness of erythrocyte increased significantly (P

Conclusion Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction and its diferent extractions maybe effective on raising or stabilizing the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in cadiocyte of diabetic rats, so it could prevent myocardium hypertrophy and patho-change by heart function failure in variably extent. Ethyl-acetate group and n-butyl alcohol group showed rather good effect among these extractions.

Objective To explore the influence of intermittently inhaled budesonide on wheezing improvement and recurrent in infants,assess their body height and weight development status.Methods 138 wheezing infants were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,69 children in each group.The treatment group received budesonide therapy when upper respiratory infection symptoms infection,the control group was given ribavirin injection spray treatment.After two weeks treatment,the number of severe wheezing and systemic corticosteroids were observed,the asthma relapse frequency in one year and height and weight were assessed.Results The severe wheezing number and the application of systemic corticosteroids number of the treatment were 1 case (1.50%)and three cases (4.35%),which were lower than the control group 8 cases (11.59%)and 11 cases (15.94%).The difference was statistically significant (χ2 =8.71,P <0.05).The frequency of wheezing within one year of the treatment group was (2.39 ±0.41)times,which was lower than (4.56 ±0.45)times of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t =9.06,P <0.05).Comparison of height and weight of the two groups after one year,the differences was not statistically significant (t =1.45,1.18,all P >0.05).Conclusion Budesonide in the treatment of intermittent wheezing infants can significantly improve the wheezing and reduce the use of systemic corticosteroids,reduce the relapse rate.It has no effect on the growth and development of infants.

Commensal microorganisms that colonize barrier surfaces of all multicellular organisms exist in harmony with their hosts and have an important effect on both immune and non-immune functions of their hosts. Numerous researches have shown that gastrointestinal microbiota being one of the most important commensal microorganisms plays a critical role in the occurrence, development and treatment of cancer. As-signing causal roles in cancer to specific microbes and microbiotas, unraveling host-microbiota interactions with environmental factors in carcinogenesis, and applying such knowledge to cancer diagnosis and treatment are areas of intensive interest. This review considers how microbes and the microbiota may amplify or miti-gate carcinogenesis, responsiveness to cancer therapeutics, and cancer-associated complications.

In this mini review,some research advance on Marinomonas from domestic and overseas was briefly summarized,mainly including of its classification、ecological distribution、functional genes and bioactive molecules.Furthermore,some suggestion and perspectives for further studies on Marinomonas were also proposed.

OBJECTIVE: To perform morphometric analysis of bilateral cochleae in all subjects based on computed 3-dimensional reconstruction tomographic data and assist the surgeon in diagnosing the inner ear abnormality or surgical strategies. METHOD: Two hundred normal developed cochleae from 100 patients were divided into 5 groups according to age. Morphometric analysis of bilateral cochleae was performed in all subjects by 3D reconstructions and 2D multiplanar reformation. The length and width of the cochlear base, the length within the cochlear base, the height of the cochlea, the angle between the first and second turn of the cochlea, and the cochlear orientation within the cranial base were measured and compared in different age, sex and bilateral groups. RESULT: The length of the cochlear base was (8.56 +/- 0.52)mm, the width was (6.63 +/- 0.56)mm, the length within the cochlear base was (7.33 +/- 10.56)mm, the height of the cochlea was (3.76 +/- 0.28)mm, and the angle between the first and second turn of the cochlea was (15.82 +/- 2.78)degrees. All index above did not change significantly in different aging, sex or side (P > 0. 05). Variability in the angle between the first and second turn of the cochlea was considerable, and a smaller angle (from the midsagittal line) was showed in the older age groups than the younger groups (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION 3D and 2D volume rendering enables us to evaluate the features of cochlear morphology and orientation that may assist the surgeon in diagnosing the inner ear abnormality or surgical strategies.

Abstract: Objective　To explore the value of real-time shear wave elastography in evaluating the severity of liver fibrosis in hepatitis B, and to analyze the factors that affecting its accuracy. Methods　A total of 196 chronic hepatitis B patients, who admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from February 2018 to October 2020, were selected for retrospective analysis. Demographic indicators such as gender, age, body mass index(BMI), and laboratory indicators such as fasting blood glucose, liver function, and blood lipid composition were collected. The patients were detected by real-time shear wave elastography. Taking the pathological test results as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of real-time shear wave elastography in the severity of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B was analyzed, and the comprehensive effect of various factors on the diagnostic accuracy of real-time shear wave elastography was evaluated by Logistic regression analysis. Objective To assess the irregular shape of hematoma with math methods,which is one of the risk factors of hematoma enlargement.Methods We reviewed images data of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage treated nonsurgically who underwent initial computed tomography (CT) within 6 hours and repeated CT within 48 hours of onset.The area(s),the circumference(L),the greatest diameter(A)and the transverse diameter(B)of the greatest hemorrhage CT slice was measured.The formula X=L/S waft used to calculate the value.We calculated the area(S1)and the circumference (L1) of the ellipse with A as its long diameter and B as its short diameter.The formula X1=S1/L1 was used to calculate the value. We used formula R=X/X1 to assess the irregular hematoma shape.The relationships between hematoma enlargement and R was analyzed. Results Thirty-one patients(25.8%) showed enlarged hematomas after admission.The larger the value of R,the more irregular the shape of hematoma.When R≥1.3,the shape of the hematoma was significantly irregular.36.0% patients with R≥1.3 had hematoma enlarged.compared with only 18.6% those with R<1.3(χ2=4.62,P=0.032).Conclusions The irregular shape index R Can be used to assess the shape of a hematoma. A particularly high likelihood of hematoma enlargement is observed in patients with an irregularly shape index R≥1.3.

A marine bacterium MWYL1,originally isolated from the roots of Spartina anglica growing in a salt marsh near seaside,was identified as a member of the genus of Marinomonas via morphology characterization、physiological test and 16S rDNA sequencing and Blast analysis.The strain was short,rod,gram-negative,grew aerobically and optimally at 28℃.The analysis of 16S rDNA sequence suggests that the sequence similarity values are 97% and 95% with Marinomonas pontica and Marinomonas dokdonensis,respectively.One fosmid clone producing melanin was directly isolated by plating from the genomic library of Marinomonas MWYL1.The novel functional gene cluster involved in melanin biosynthesis was screened after subcloning and sequencing of the 14kb insert in pUC18,further more,the putative functional genes was preminary analyzed using bioinformatics.

Aim To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of silibinin in Chinese healthy volunteers.Methods Nine Chinese male healthy volunteers were divided into receiving orally a single dose of silibinin capsule corresponded 70,140 and 280 mg of silibinin,respectively,in Latin square design study.After administration of silibinin capsule,the plasma concentrations were determined by HPLC with UV detection.The pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed by Topfit 2.0 program.Results The linearity of this method was found to be from 3.125 to 10 000 μg·L~(-1) with a lower limit of quantitation(LLOQ) of 3.125 μg·L~(-1) for silibinin.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated as the follows:at the three different dosages(70,140 and 280 mg),T_(1/2) was 2.44,2.38 and 2.47 h;C_(max) was 1135.6,2841.1 and 3946.9 μg·L~(-1);T_(max) was 1.35,1.26 and 1.39 h;AUC_(0-11 h) was 1287.2,3337.8 and 5398.5 μg·h·L~(-1);AUC_(0-∞)was 1300.7,3377.1 and 5453.9 μg·h·L~(-1);CL/F was 1062.1,824.7 and 943.2 ml·min~(-1);And V_d was 219.9,167.1 and 212.0 L,respectively.Conclusions The developed method is shown to be sensitive,accurate and simple,and can satisfy the requirement of pharmacokinetic study of silibinin in human.The C_(max),AUC_(0-11 h) and AUC_(0-∞) of silibinin in Chinese healthy volunteers(in ranges of 40～120 mg)are fitted with non-linear kinetic model,while there are no significant differences in T_(1/2) at the three different dosages.
