Objective To investigate the effects of bilateral sternocleidomastoideus contraction on neck flexion and extension. Methods The electromyograms (EMG) signals of left sternocleidomastoideus of 24 healthy persons were recorded respectively when neck relaxation and flexion in the supine position, and neck relaxation and extension in the prone position. The biomechanical measurement and analysis were done using anatomical specimens and models. Results The sternocleidomastoideus registered electrical resting potential when neck relaxation in the supine position, and when neck relaxation and extension in the prone position; the motor unit action potential of sternocleidomastoideus raised the type of mixed phase when neck flexion in the supine position. Conclusion The contractions of bilateral sternocleidomastoideus can lead to the head and neck flexion while neck joints are not fixed, and the contractions of bilateral sternocleidomastoideus can lead to the head extension under the state of fixing neck joints below atlanto-occipital.

Objective To analyze the molecular characteristics of Salmonella paratyphi A ( S. pa-ratyphi A) strains prevailing in Hangzhou area in recent years. Methods Pulse field gel electrophoresis ( PFGE) and multiple-locus variable-number tandem repeat analysis ( MLVA) were performed for molecular typing and epidemiological analysis of 72 S. paratyphi A strains isolated in Hangzhou area during 2002 to 2013. Results The 72 S. paratyphi A strains were divided into 11 PFGE ( by using restriction enzymes of Xba Ⅰ and Bln Ⅰ) and 6 MLVA types. Among the selected 34 variable number tandem repeat ( VNTR) sites, 4 sites (1188K, 2075K, 2201K and 4346K) showed high polymorphism, in which PFGE displayed a higher resolution than MLVA. Except for the 5 PFGE types of X4B5, X7B7, X8B8, X9B9 and X10B10, the other 6 PFGE types belonged to a same clone sharing a similarity of greater than 95%, and the S. Paratyphi A strains in that clone accounted for 93. 1% of the total strains isolated in Hangzhou. Conclu-sion The occurrence of paratyphoid A in Hangzhou area from 2002 to 2013 was mainly caused by S. para-typhi A strains belonging to the same clone. Combination of PFGE with MLVA was conducive to epidemiolog-ical investigation of paratyphoid A.

Objective To detect T-lymphocyte subgroup in patients with malignant lymphoma, and investigate the relationship between the number of the cells and the oncogenesis and development of malignant lymphoma. Methods The counts of T-lymphocyte subgroup in peripheral blood of 106 patients with lymphoma were detected by flow-cytometry, and analyzed in comparison with that of 106 normal people as control. Results The counts of CD+3 cell and the ratio of CD+4/CD+8 in patients with malignant lymphoma were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The number of CD+3 were significantly lower and CD+8 were higher than that of control group in patients with NHL at early ( Ⅰ, Ⅱ ) stage (P<0.05). The counts of CD+3 CD+4 cell and the rate of CD+4/CD+8 in patients with NHL at advanced (Ⅲ ,Ⅳ) stage were significantly ldwer than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The function of immune is decreased in patients with malignant lymphoma, and these changes had correlation with clinic stage. It is of active significance by detecting T-lymphocyte subgroup in peripheral blood in patients with malignant lymphoma to evaluate the function of immune and find out the relationship between the number of the immune cells and the oneogenesis and development of malignant lymphoma.

Objective To explore the effect of predepositautotransfusion in hematopoietic stem cell donors. Methods 127donors of hematopoietic stem cell wereretrospectively analyzed from 2013 to 2016,whenhematopoietic stem cells collection and autologous blood transfusion. Results Collection autologous blood 70 550 mL by 127 donors, and 2 cases had mild blood donation reaction,at a rate of 1.6% (2/127).Collectionbone marrow stem hematopoietic stem cell 100 159 mL.The detection results were WBC (27.02±8.21) × 1010/L、Plt(213.19±62.42) × 109/L、RBC(4.31±0.44) × 1012/L、Hb(131.53 t14.53)g/L,from 117 donors beforespinal cord extraction. The detection results were WBC (35.8519.08)× 1010/L、Plt (188.34±50.24) × 109/L、RBC (4.02± 0.41) × 1012/L、Hb (122.60 ± 13.48) g/L,from 117 donorsafter autologous blood transfusion in one day.Compared with donors after autologous blood transfusion in one day,WBC was higher before spinal cord extraction(P<0.05),Plt RBC and Hb was significantly decree (P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative autologous blood donation can save blood and prevent blood-borne infectious disease, which can used in Hematopoietic stem cell donor.

Chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency (CCCI) was preferred as a new disease name in recent years. It can cause ischemic and different degrees patho-damage in brain tissue. Accordingly, it lead to decrease the function in perception and cause aphronesia. It had attracted great attention for native and foreign researchers. In this article, the authors will summarize recent research province on empirical research, clinic auxiliary diagnosis and treatment status in the CCCI.

Objective To determine the molecular characteristics of predominant Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi A strains prevalent in Hangzhou area from 2002 to 2008.Methods Pulse field gel electrophoresis (PFGE),multi-locus variable-number tandem repeat analysis (MLVA) and multi-locus sequence typing (MLST) were applied for typing as well as analysis of the molecular characteristics of 31 S.typhi isolates and 404 S.paratyphi A isolates from Hangzhou area during 2002 to 2008.Results The 404 S.paratyphi A isolates could be divided into six PFGE types (P1-P6).99.0% of the S.paratyphi A isolates (400/404) belonged to the same one clone family (P1 and P2 types),in which P1 strains occupied 93.3% (373/400) of the isolates. The 31 S.typhi isolates displayed a high diversity, which could be classified into 14 PFGE types,28 MLVA types with 90.3% resolving power and 3 MLST types. The S.typhi strains prevalent in Hangzhou area were similar to those in Southeast Asia but different from those in Europe. The variable number tandem repeat (VNTR) sites with high polymorphism,TR1,TR2 and Sal02,could be used to the markers for diagnosis of S.typhi isolates in the area. The MLST types of 31 S.typhi isolates included all the three types currently found in the world but the ST2 type of S.typhi strains was predominant (23/31,74.2%).Conclusion The paratyphoid A prevalence in Hangzhou area in the recent years is caused by infection of the same clone family of S.paratyphi A whereas the S.typhi strains prevalent in the area display a high diversity.
