Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
Objective To design and manufacture the injecting roll booster,by which Dipospan mix liquid is injected for treating keloid. Methods According to the principle that screw roll can save labour when it is circumvolved forward, the injecting roll booster was developed.Dipospan mix liquid(Dipospan1ml,Hyaluronidase1500U,5-Fluorouracil 2~5ml) was injected for treating keloid. Results The treatment effect of the injecting roll booster was apparently better than that of general injector. The Dipospan mix liquid and Dipospan for keloid were injected, and the total efficacies were 94.45% and 85.51% respectively. There was marked difference statistically(p

Objective To investigate the prevalence of dermatosis affecting pilots in different areas. Methods From Oct. 2007 to Sep. 2008,epidemiological investigation and clinical examination were carried out in 255 pilots stationed at Beijing,Tianjin,Hubei and Shaanxi regions. In order to get the correct diagnosis of dermatosis and the accurate number of infection cases/time,same medication and management were applied for the treatment of those skin disorders. The epideomology of dermatosis in pilots of different troops and age groups were then compared, and the correlation factors affecting the epidemics were analyzed with Chi-square test. Results Among 255 pilots,430 cases (times) were found to suffer from 47 kinds of dermatosis,of whom 72% suffered from two or more kinds of dermatosis. The incidence of superficial mycosis (69.8%) took ranked the highest. The incidence of dermatosis was different among the pilots stationed in different regions. The prevalence of lichen simplex chronicus was higher in the pilots stationed in Beijing,Tianjin and Shaanxi regions than in those in Hubei region, while the prevalence of tinea manuum and tinea pedis showed the opposite status (P 7 year enlistment (P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the method and outcome of surgical treatment for refractory slow-transit constipation (STC). Methods Clinicopathologic data of 24 patients with severe STC which underwent (colectomy) in recent years were retrospectively analyzed. Results 18 of the patients underwent pancolectomy, and 6 underwent subtotal colectomy. All of the 14 STC patients complicated with outlet obstructive (constipation)(OOC) were corrected preoperatively by related surgery. The curative rate of surgical (treatment) was 95.8%,with an average of(3?1.9) times of bowel motion per day. The incidence of (abdominal) distention decreased from 75% to 12.5%. One patient who underwent ileorectal anastomosis (developed) recurrent constipation. Conclusions Colectomy produces satisfactory results in the majority of (patients) with refractory slow-transit constipation.Patients complicated with OOC should undergo energetic (preoperative) correction therapy,in order to ensure a satisfactory surgical outcome.

Objective To explore the characteristics of cognitive function in patients with leukoaraiosis(LA)at different extent. Methods The cognitive function of 66 patients with different extent of LA and 49 healthy controls were measured using the MoCA scale, and the relationship between the cognitive function and the extent of LA was evaluated. Results The LA was more severe, the cognitive function of patients was more poor. The cognitive function of patients with type Ⅳ LA significantly decreased than the patients with type Ⅰ LA and the controls, especially in the language, memory, visuoconstructional and executive functions(P<0.05).While the function of naming, attention, abstraction and orientation showed no significant difference between the patients with LA and the controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Moderate and severe LA may cause impairment of cognitive function.

Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on cognitive dysfunction in patients with leukoaraiosis (LA). Methods 48 cases of moderate or severe LA with cognitive dysfunction were divided into 2 groups: the experimental group accepted hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) besides routine therapy, while the control group accepted routine therapy only. Both groups were assessed with Montreal cognition assessment (MoCA). Results The scores of MoCA in patients in the experimental group improved after treatment(P<0.05), and was more than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion HBO can improve the cognitive function in patients with LA.

Objective To establish a three- dimensional hindlimb gait data toolkit (THGT) for healthy and spinal cord injured (SCI) non-human primate (rhesus monkey) based on Matlab to realize upload of original data, automatic gait division, calculation and drawing of multiple gait parameters, etc. Methods Vicon system was used to collect three-dimensional hindlimb gait data of healthy and SCI (after 6 weeks) rhesus monkey to obtain the kinematics data of both hindlimbs in continuous strides. It was analyzed with THGT to process the gait division, calculation and drawing of multiple gait parameters. Results THGT read the data, distinguished cycles of gait, calculated 140 kinds of gait parameters and drew graphs of the results. Conclusion THGT extends the universality of the Vicon data, realizes automatically gait division and friendly interactive interface, and puts out the visible results.

To obtain the genome sequence of human bocavirus 2 (HBoV2), different regions of HBoV2 genome were amplified through PCR in fecal specimens which had been identified as single-positive for HBoV2 in 2010. A genome sequence of HBoV2 (HBoV2-NC, 5444 bp) was obtained after sequence assembly. The phylogenetic analysis showed that HBoV2-NC had the closest evolutionary relationship with HBoV2 Lanzhou strain. The predication of inverted terminal repeats of HBoV2-NC by DINAMelt showed that inverted terminal repeats were contained in HBoV2-NC 5' terminal, which had the typical stem-loop structure in other parvoviruses. Finally, some flanking sequences of HBoV2-NC were amplified by linker-PCR.

For screening the potential drugs as anti-liver fibrosis candidates, we established a high- throughput drug screening cell model based on COL1A1 promoter. The activity of COL1A1 promoter and luciferase reporter gene can be elevated by TGF-β1, and inhibited by candidate drugs. We constructed a recombined plasmid with COL1A1 promoter and luciferase reporter gene pGL4.17, the activity of COL1A1 promoter was reflected by fluorescence intensity. COL1A1 promoter activity was detected by Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay System, it came that the relative luciferase activity of COL1A1 promoter was 15.98 times higher than that of control group induced by TGF-β1, showing the recombined plasmid could be used in cell model. The recombined plasmid was transfected into human hepatic stellate cells LX2, detected the effect of potential drugs, and obtained a stable expression system through stable transfection and monoclonal cell culture. A sample which could reduce COL1A1 promoter activity signally by our cell model, decreased collagen I mRNA and protein expression detected by real-time RT-PCR and Western blotting. It indicates this novel cell model can be used in high-throughput drug screening of potential anti-liver fibrosis drugs.
