Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(17):-
Objective To investigate the expression of an inhibitor gene of apoptosis, clusterin, in prostate cancer and its relationship with the genesis and progression of prostate cancer and with the expressions of bcl 2 and p53. Methods The expressions of clusterin, bcl 2, and p53 in 10 cases of normal prostatic tissues, 15 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and 49 cases of prostate cancer were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Results The rates of strong positive or weak positive of clusterin in normal prostatic tissues, BPH, and prostate cancer were 10% (1/10), 66.6% (10/15), and 91.8% (45/49), respectively. The expression level of clusterin in prostate cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal prostatic tissues ( P

Objective To establish the reference interva1 for venous blood leukocyte count and classification among children from 1 month to 9 years old in the laboratory .Methods 2 213 health children aged from 1 month to 9 years old were retrospectively analyzed from October 2012 to March 2015 .White blood cells counts were analyzed statistically in 4 groups according to age ,classi‐fication was in 7 groups .The results were obtained by Sysmex series fully automatic blood analyzer .Results White blood cells de‐crease showed a trend of increase with age and fell to adult basic level after 7 years old .The changes of lymphocytes and neutrophils proportion along with ag were most obvious and had a certain regularity .Except for 3- <7 years‐old group ,there was no influence of gender factor in leukocyte count and classification .Conclusion The regional children′s white blood cells count and classification of the lab reference range were obtained which could improve the diagnosis .

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective To comprehensively analyse the transcriptional changes of genes and their biologic significance that occurred in the process of development of human fetal skin by using high-density oligonucleotide DNA array. Methods Samples of human fetal skin were obtained from aborted fetuese of 10W, 15W, 24W, 32W EGA (estimated gestational age) respectively. Total RNAs were isolated from of skin specimens of fetuses of different EGA, and mRNAs were purified and labeled with incorporation of fluorescent dUTP to prepare the hybridization probes by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Approximately 21 329 human genes were spotted on a chemical-material-coated-glass plate in array. Results According to the hybridization results from oligonucleotide DNA microarray, gene expresion patterns and functions were analysed. Gene-chip disclosed a large scale of information in developmental human fetal skin, rendering a convenient way to investigate the temporal and spatial expressions of gene profile among skin cells. Many specific genes transcription expressed differently at different stages of development of fetal skin, suggesting their key roles in development, differentiation and regulation. Conclusions Microarray or DNA chip technology has revolutioned biological research by empowering to broaden the scope of collecting genomic information. Therefore, microarray-based study is able to reveal a substantial number of genes which might participate in embryogenesis and development of human skin. The present study demonstrated a previously unrecongnized role of gene expression in the control of human fetal skin growth and structure during its developmental stage. A complicated network of skin development process was fairly well characterized.
7.MSCT-guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy of lung lesions by using BARD gun: Its clinical application
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To discuss the clinical application of MSCT-guided BARD gun biopsy in diagnosing pulmonary lesions. Methods Under MSCT-guidance percutaneous transthoracic biopsy of lung with BARD gun was performed in 68 patients with pulmonary lesions. Results All the procedures were well performed with the technical successful rate of 100%. The final diagnosis was based on the pathological findings or clinical follow-up observation. The accuracy of the qualitative diagnosis was 94.1%. Of 68 patients, squamous cell carcinoma was found in 30, adenocarcinoma in 21, metastases in 7, inflammatory pseudotumor in 3, lung abscess in 2, and tuberculosis in one. The false-negative rate in making diagnosis was 5.9%. The complication occurrence was 8.8%. Conclusion BARD gun has the advantage of making coaxial- multipoint biopsy. With the help of MSCT-guidance and the full use of the operating advantage of BARD gun, this technique is safe and reliable, with higher accuracy and less complications.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(12):1118-1120
Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most common physical disability in childhood, and severely affects child's development, but there is no effective treatment presently. It causes huge spire, economic burden for patients, families and society. With the development of perinatology, the mortality of neonates has decreased dramatically, but the morbidity of CP has shown rising trend. Therefore the treatment of CP has become the hot and hard spot for each national scientific research. At present the treatment of CP includes: medicine, operation, rehabilitation and other measurements. The main principle is detecting and treating in time. The prompt, long-term and regular rehabilitation training is the most fundamental measurement for the treatment of CP. The surgical, medical and other measurements can only create the condition for rehabilitation training or as supplementary method, but it can't substitute the rehabilitation training.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2009;37(7):544-546
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ezrin, a tumor metastasis related gene, in tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: The expression of Ezrin was detected with two-step immunohistochemistry technique in tissues of 38 NPC patients and 20 nasopharyngitis patients. All of the Ezrin expression and clinical data (gender, age, clinical stage, recurrence, and ]ymphonode metastasis) were compared and analyzed between two groups. Resuits: The Ezrin expressions were significantly different between NPC tissue (and peri-NPC tissue) and naeopharyngitis tissue (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the Ezrin expressions between the NPC tissue and the peri-NPC tissue (P>0.05). It was found by Spearman analysis method that the Ezrin expression increased with patients' age (P<0.05), but no significam relationship with gender, clinical stage, recurrence, and lymphonode metastasis (P>0.05). The Ezrin expression influenced the survival time of NPC patients significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Ezrin expression can be an useful prognostic factor for NPC patients.
