Objective To investigate the expression of miR-200c in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with ZEB2 protein. Methods The expression levels of miR-200c and ZEB2 gene and protein in tissues were detected. The expression of miR-200c in endometrial carcinoma RL95-2 cell line was inhibited by using antisense oligonucleotides and its effect on cell invasiveness was tested. The expressions of ZEB2 gene and protein in cells were detected. Results The expression levels of miR-200c and ZEB2 mRNA and protein in endometrial tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues and control group (P < 0.05). The average penetrating number in antisense miR-200c transfected group was significantly less than negative control group and liposome group (P < 0.05). The expression levels of ZEB2 gene and protein in antisense miR-200c transfected group were lower than the negative control group and liposome group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of mRNA-200c in endometrial carcinoma was high and it might be promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis by regulating ZEB2.

International Eye Science 2017;17(9):1720-1722
AIM:To compare the short-term and long-term curative effect between two implantation methods for treating refractory glaucoma.METHODS:A total of 150 patients with refractory glaucoma (150 eyes) were divided into Group A (treated by implantation with Ex-press glaucoma drainage device) and Group B (treated by implantation with Ahmed glaucoma valve) according to different implantation methods.Changes of intraocular pressure and anti-glaucoma drugs at different time points, the success rate of surgery, improvement of visual acuity and complications were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:The intraocular pressure of two groups at 1d, 1wk, 3, 6 and 12mo after surgery was significantly lower than that before surgery (P<0.05).The intraocular pressure of Group A at 3, 6 and 12mo after surgery was significantly lower than that of Group B, while anti-glaucoma drugs at 6 and 12mo after surgery were significantly fewer than those in Group B at the same time point (P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in 12-month success rate of operation, improvement rate of visual acuity and incidence of postoperative complications (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The effects of implantation with Ex-press glaucoma drainage device are similar to those of implantation with Ahmed glaucoma valve in the treatment of refractory glaucoma. However, the intraocular pressure control effect of the former is better than the latter, and used anti-glaucoma drugs are fewer.
5.Relevance between writing characteristic and therapeutic effect in schizophrenia.
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;30(2):93-95
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the relevance between writing characteristic and therapeutic effect in schizophrenia and to discuss the influence of aggressive behavior on writing characteristic.
METHODS:
Recoding the casual and fixed writing in admission, one week, two weeks, four weeks, eight weeks after treatment and rating Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and Modified Overt Aggression Scale (MOAS). Choosing two characteristics, "relationship between font and grid lines" and "having big strokes or not", and comparing before and after treatment.
RESULTS:
Eight weeks after treatment, the score of PANSS decreased. The condition of patients and the writing characteristic improved as well. The differences of writing characteristics were statistically significant in patients with aggressive behavior before and after treatment (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSION
The writing characteristic has relation with therapeutic effects and improved with therapeutic effects in aggressive patients.

HPLC fingerprint of Congrong Zonggan capsule was established in order to provide basis for quality evaluation. With acteoside as the reference, HPLC was adopted for fingerprint analysis on Congrong Zonggan capsule. The chromatographic conditions wereas follows. Waters C18 column (4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 μm) was used, with methylalcohol-0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase for gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL x min(-1). The detection wavelength was 330 nm, and the column temperature was 30 °C. This method was highly accurate and reproducible. All of the 13 components in tested samples reached the baseline resolved peak, and 15 batches of finished products showed the similarity of above 0.95. The method was accurate and feasible and could be used as a simple and effective method to evaluate the quality of the traditional Chinese medicines.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(6):733-736
Objective To investigate the expression of Oct-4 as a stem cell marker in gastric carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance. Methods From June 1996 to March 2006, 63 paraffin samples of gastric carcinoma tissues were obtained, and the expression of Oct-4 was examined by immunohistochemical staining. Another 58 normal tissues adjacent to gastric carcinoma and 10 normal gastric mucosa tissues were served as controls. The clinieopathologieal data of 63 patients with gastric carcinoma were retrospectively analysed, and their relationship with the expression of Oct-4 was analysed. Fifty of these 63 patients were followed up for 8 years, Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank teat were employed to explore the correlation between Oct-4 expression and survival, and Cox Regression analysis was performed to evaluate the possibility of Oct-4 expression as an independent prognostic factor for gastric carcinoma. Results The positive expression rate of Oct-4 in gastric carcinoma tissues was 80.95% (51/63), significantly higher than that of normal tissues adjacent to gastric carcinoma (5.2%, 3/58) and normal gastric mucosa tissues (0) (P < 0.01). The expression of Oct-4 was positively correlated to the clinical stage of gastric carcinoma(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the expression of Oct-4 among patients with different differentiation, age, and gender (P>0.05). Patients with higher expression of Oct-4 had significantly shorter survival time (P<0.05). The expression of Oct-4 was not significantly correlated with the prognosis of gastric carcinoma(RR, 0.554; 95% CI, 0.209-1.466). Conclusion The expression of Oct-4 is correlated with the clinical stage and survival time of patients with gastric carcinoma, however, it is not an independent prognostic factor for gastric carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the difference between the blood pressure readings between sitting and supine position, and to study the factors that associated with the sitting-supine blood pressure difference in patient with diabetes. Methods We measured the sitting blood pressure first then followed by the supine pressure in 356 diabetic patients, using a standard mercury sphygmomanometer.Patient's body weight, height and blood glucose levels were also measured. Results SBP and DBP were significantly higher in the supine position than in sitting position in diabetic patients(by 3.5?7.6/1.5?4.9 mm Hg,P

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(3):320-322
Matrix isopotential synchronous fluorescence spectrometric (MISF) method combined with derivative technique has been proposed to determine two spectrally-badly-overlapped anthracene derivatives, 1-chloroanthracene and 9-bromoanthracene,simultaneously. An optimal scanning route of MISF spectra was chosen. By using the novel method, 1-chloroanthracene and 9-bromoanthracene have been determined directly and simultaneously without tedious pre-separation in its mixture. The recoveries of 1-chloroanthracene and 9-bromoanthracene for the analysis are 83.5%~94% and 90.0%~94.0% respectively and their limits of detection are 0.69μg/L and 10μg/L respectively.
