Objective To explore the work environment of male nurses of psychiatric in Chongqing, as well as the affecting factors. Methods The Professional Practice Environment (PPE) scale was applied to investigate the work environment of 400 male nurses of psychiatric in Chongqing. And the regression analysis was used to analyze the associated factors. Results staff relationships with physicianswas the subscale with the highest score (3.15 ± 0.41) of the PPE of the tested male nurses of psychiatric in Chongqing, whileteamworkwas the subscale with the lowest score (2.05±0.70). Locations and types of hospitals,nurse-patient ratios and education of male nurses were identified to be predictors of work environment (t=- 14.19- 7.63, P<0.01). Conclusions Multiple factors affecting the work environment of male nurses of psychiatric should be considered when nursing managers draw up management strategies.

Objective To evaluate the sanitation of the ecological toilet systems used in rural areas. Methods The urine diverting Ecosan toilets in rural areas of Guangxi province were observed for the utilization, maintenance and sanitization. The hygienic evaluation was carried out according to the Hygienic Standards for Excreta Sanitization GB 7959-87. Results The new type of urine diverting Ecosan toilets could meet the requirements of non-hazard treatment of excreta. Conclusion Such toilet system should be developed in most parts of Guangxi.

Objiective To assess the feasibility of transurethral non-muscle invasive resection or electrocautery of bladder tumor (TURBT) under local anesthesia. Methods Ten patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) history, who were confirmed NMIBC relapse by imaging and cystoscopy were selectively implemented TURBT or electrocautery under local anesthesia. Patients′anesthesia and tolerance under different local anesthesia were observed. Results All surgeries were completed successfully with clear base and without residual tumor. Tumor tissues were pathologically confirmed NMIBC. Patients were well tolerated to local anesthesia. The situation of pain scores were 0 point in 2 cases, 1 point in 4 cases, 2 points in 3 cases and 3 points in 1 case. Conclusions For NMIBC patients with poor surgery tolerance and high anesthetic risk and on the basis of low pressure on the bladder, selectively implementing TURBT or electrocautery under sufficient urethral anesthesia is feasible from the perspective of cancer cure and patients′tolerance.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2017;33(1):11-15
Objective:To study whether autoimmune regulator (Aire) affects macrophage polarization. Methods: The mouse mononuclear macrophage cell line RAW264. 7 cells, stable expressing GFP-Aire protein RAW264. 7 cells ( A33-3 ) and stable expressing GFP protein RAW264. 7 cells (C1-6) were stimulated with LPS,IL-4 and LPS combined with immune complex respectively to make the macrophage polarize to M1 (LPS),M2a (IL-4) and M2b (LPS with immune complex). To investigate the effects of Aire on the various types of macrophages polarization, the M1 related molecules (IL-1α,iNOS and IL-6),M2a related molecules (Arg-1) and M2b related molecule (IL-10) were detected by Real-time PCR. Results:The expression of IL-1α,IL-6 and inducible nitric oxide synthase ( iNOS) ,the products of M1 macrophages, were significantly upregulated in RAW264. 7 cells treated with LPS at 0. 5 μg/ml. The expression of Arg-1 and IL-10 mRNA in RAW264. 7 cells increased in a dose-dependent manner after stimulation with IL-4 or LPS combined with immune complexes, respectively. M1 macrophage-related marker iNOS and IL-1 increased, whereas IL-6 levels decreased in A33-3 cells compared with C1-6 cells after treatment with LPS. The expression of Arg1 and IL-10 were downregulated in A33-3 cells compared with C1-6 cells after IL-4 and LPS combined with immune complexes stimulation, respectively. Conclusion:Aire may promote M1 macrophage polarization while inhibit M2a and M2b macrophage polarization.

A new method was developed for the determination of 11 fat_soluble vitamins ( A, D, E and K) and its derivatives in vitamin tablets by ultra performance convergence chromatography ( UPC2 ) . The mobile phase was the mixture of supercritical CO2 and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The separation was carried out on the Waters Acquity UPC2 HSS C18 SB 100 mm × 3. 0 mm i. d. , 1. 8 μm column. The UV detector was set at a wavelength of 284 nm. The limits of detection ( LOD) were 1. 5-2. 0 mg/L, and the calibration linear for VK1 , VK2 , VK3 and VB3 was 3-300 mg/L, linear for VA, VA palmitate, VA formic acid, VE, VE acetate, VD2 and VD3 was 5-300 mg/L, respectively. Its spiked recoveries were 97. 31%-98. 76%, and the relative standard deviations ( RSDs) were 0. 41%-0. 96%. The method is applicable for the determination of fat_soluble vitamins ( A, D, E and K) and Their derivatives in vitamin tablets.

Objective To investigate the neuroprotection of delayed treatment of thoracic acute spinal cord injury with recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) in rat model of compressive injury. Methods Sixteen adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group (compressive injury group) and experimental group (rhEPO group), In the compressive injury group, the animals recived 0.9% saline treatment at 2 h, day 1 and day 3 after the injury, while in the rhEPO group, rhEPO (3 000 U/kg) was given to rats at 2 h, day 1 and day 3 after the injury. All the rats were observed in 4 days after the injury. The primary outcomes were evaluated by BBB scale, apoptotic index, inflammatory index and electron microscopy. Results Delayed treatment of thoracic acute spinal cord injury with rhEPO could reduce apoptosis, regulate inflammation, improve motor function and promote regeneration of the spinal cord. Conclusion Our study suggests that delayed treatment of thoracic spinal cord compressive injury with rhEPO could exert neuroprotection.
