OBJECTIVE:To develop a HPLC method for determining the concentration of argine asprine in plasma MET_HODS:The analytical column was YWG C18(4 6mm?250mm,10?m) and kept analyzing at 33℃ The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of purified water-acetonitrile(96∶4,v/v)with 20?l of butylamine and 5?l of acetic acid in per 100ml mobile phase And the plasma sample was extracted with iso-propyol alcohol-chloroform(95∶5,v/v) RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0 97～125 0mg/L plasma concentration and the detective limit was 0 97mg/L The RSDs for inter-day and intra-day in sample of 125 0,31 25,1 95mg/L were less than 10% This method has been used for determining plasma drug concentrations in 8 healthy volunteers and the pharmacokinetic parameters of the drug were obtained CONCLUSION:The method was sensitive,accurate and stable,which is suitable for the study of bioavailibility and pharmacokinetics of argine asprine

Hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury is an important restricting factor of clinical liver resection and liver transplantation.When the liver is transiently deprived of blood followed by repeffusion,a large number of various mediators are released that can lead to cellular and,eventually,organ dysfunction.This review summarizes the pathogenesis and the protection mechanisms of hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury.

Objective To explore the clinical features and CT characteristics of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis(IPA) in children with acute leukemia.Methods CT scanning of chest was performed in 13 cases with IPA proved clinically and sputum culture in children with acute leukemia.All cases followed up by CT 4 to 10 times.The clinical features and CT findings were analyzed retrospectively.Results The early CT findings included single nodule in 2 cases,multi-nodular shadow in 10 case and sub-pleural wedge-shaped consolidation in 5 cases,of these 5 cases,4 accompanied multi-nodules.Halo sign around the nodules in 9 cases.The follow-up CT showed air crescent sign or cavity in 11 cases,halo sign around the nodules in 7 cases and around cavity in 2 cases.Conclusion IPA has some characteristic manifestations on CT.CT is of important value in observing the evolution and evaluating the prognosis for the patients with IPA.

Vaccination has been proved to be the most effective strategy to prevent the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The mRNA vaccine based on nano drug delivery system (NDDS) - lipid nanoparticles (LNP) has been widely used because of its high effectiveness and safety. Although there have been reports of severe allergic reactions caused by mRNA-LNP vaccines, the mechanism and components of anaphylaxis have not been completely clarified yet. This review focuses on two mRNA-LNP vaccines, BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273. After summarizing the structural characteristics, potential allergens, possible allergic reaction mechanism, and pharmacokinetics of mRNA and LNP in vivo, this article then reviews the evaluation methods for patients with allergic history, as well as the regulations of different countries and regions on people who should not be vaccinated, in order to promote more safe injection of vaccines. LNP has become a recognized highly customizable nucleic acid delivery vector, which not only shows its value in mRNA vaccines, but also has great potential in treating rare diseases, cancers and other broad fields in the future. At the moment when mRNA-LNP vaccines open a new era of nano medicine, it is expected to provide some inspiration for safety research in the process of research, development and evaluation of more nano delivery drugs, and promote more nano drugs successfully to market.

Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Fufang Jinsha Lidan granule. Methods:According to the properties of traditional Chinese medicines in the formula, orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the extraction process of Fufang Jinsha Li-dan granule. The volume of water, boiling time and boiling frequency were used as the three influencing factors with three different lev-els in the orthogonal experiments. Moreover, the content of paeoniflorin and the yield of extract were chosen as the evaluation indices. The orthogonal experiments were carried out according to the L9 (34 ) orthogonal table. Results:The optimal extraction process of Fu-fang Jinsha Lidan granule was as follows:boiled twice, and one hour per time with 12-fold amount of water ( soaked for 30 min with 14-fold amount of water for the first extraction process) . Conclusion:The extraction process has such properties as high extraction rate, stability, simple operation, high yield of extract and controllable quality, which is worthy of wide application.

Objective To analyze the risk factors associated with morbidity and mortality of aortic dissection through the retrospective analysis.Methods Two hundred and thirty-two patients with aortic dissection(AD) who were treated in the Central Hospital of Taian were select as cases group,and were divided into A group of dissection involved ascending aorta with 91 cases and B group of dissection not involved ascending aorta with 141 cases according to type of Stanford.And 232 cases patients with chest pain in the same period of hospitalization and exclusion of aortic dissection were randomly selected as the control group.Through the history data collection,the relationship between age,sex,smoking and drinking history,history of previous illness,family history of cardiovascular disease,predisposing factors and the incidence of AD,and the difference of risk factors between A type and B type were analized.Single factor and multi factor Logistic regression analysis were performed on part of the related factors in the case group.Results Smoking history,hypertension history,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease history,Marfan syndrome and hyperuricemia of cases group were higher than of control group (x2 =6.165,11.700,9.260,14.070,35.170;P＜ 0.05).Marfan syndrome,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease history and hyperlipidemia history of A group were higher than of B group,hypertension history of B group was higher than A group,and the differences were significant (x2 =3.998,4.534,7.308,7.827;P＜0.05).In the correction of other factors,the risk of death in patients with type A was 3.27times that of the B type(P＜0.001),the risk of death in patients with a history of hypertension were 1.48 times more than that without history of hypertension(P=0.014),the risk of death in patients with hypotension shock were 2.27 times more than that without hypotension shock (P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion History of smoking,history of hypertension,history of coronary heart disease and hyperuricemia are the risk factors of aortic dissection.A aortic dissection type,a history of hypertension,and hypotension or cardiogenic shock are the independent risk factors causing the death of patients with aortic dissection.

Four primers against the genes encoding(cpa,cpb,etx,and iA) four major toxins(?,?,?,?) of Cl. perfringens were designed and the colony multiplex PCR of identification and genotyping of Cl. perfringens strains were developed. Cl. perfringens reference strains stored in china institute of veterinary drug control including A,B,C,D and E genotyping were genotyped using the colony muitiplex PCR assay. The expected sequences were obtained successfully by the colony multiplex PCR assay. But the sequences were not obtained from Cl. novyi,Cl. septicum and Cl. tetani. The expected sequences were obtained from Cl. perfringens individual colony diluted to 100 times with 0.85% saline solution.13 Cl. perfringens strains isolated from diferent animals were genotyped using the colony multiplex PCR assay,and the results were comparaed with the results of toxins neutranization test in mice. The two assays showed good accordance. These results showed that the development of the colony multiplex PCR is very important for early and fast identification and genotyping of Cl. perfringens in china.

Objective To study the therepeutic effect of interventional treatment on patients with primary liver carcinoma accompanied with hypoglycemia.Methods 10 cases liver carcinoma patients with hypoglycemia un- derwent TACE.Results Blood sugar of 10 patients was kept in normal range after TACE.Hypoglycemia recurred in 1 case half a month after interventional therapy.CT showed carcinoma was not completely controlled,and the blood supar was turned to normal after a second interventional therapy.2-month follow-up showed no recurrence of hypoglycemia in 10 patients.Conclusion Application of TACE had good therapeutic effect on liver carcinoma pa- tients accompanied with hypoglycemia.

Background Curcumin can eliminate free radical arising in the system and superoxide anion and further inhibit lipid peroxidation.Researches proved that curcumin has resisting effect on oxidative damage of lens,but its effect on the formation of age-related cataract is under clear.Objective This study was to investigate the effect of curcumin on the cataract induced by sodium selenite.Methods Thirty healthy clean SD rats of 12-day-old were selected.All the rats were randomly divided into the normal control group,model group and curcumin group and ten rats for every group.The selenite cataract models were established in the rats of model group and curcumin group by the injection of sodium selenite subcutaneously.Meanwhile,0.005 ％ curcumin lavaged the rats in the curcumin group daily for two weeks.Lens of the rats were examined under the slit lamp at 4,7,10,14 days after injection in all groups,and the opacification of lens was graded based on the He' criteria.The lenses of rats were obtained at the end of experiment and then the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD),the activities of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in rat lens were detected using biochemical assay method.The use of experimental animals followed the Regulations for the Administration of Affair Concerning Experimental Animals by State Science and Technology Commission.Results The lenses were transparent throughout the experimental duration in the blank control group.Compared with model group,the development of the Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ grade of cataract was slow down in the curcumin group with the significant difference( P＜0.05 ).The content of MDA,SOD and GSH-Px activity in lens appeared considerable differences among 3 groups ( MDA:F =215.42,P＜0.01 ; SOD:F =46.83,P＜ 0.01 ; GSH-Px:F=44.29,P＜0.01 ).The level of SOD was significantly reduced in the model group and the curcumin group compered with blank control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ) and that in the curcumin group was higher than the model group ( P＜0.05 ).The MDA level in the model group and the curcumin group was obviously rised in comparison with blank control group( P＜0.05 ),but that in the curcumin group lowed in comparison to model group( P＜0.05 ).GSH-Px activity in the curcumin group was significantly lower than that in blank control group and higher than that in the model group( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The curcumin can effectively delay rather than the cataract formation induced by sodium selenite in SD rat by improved the resistance of oxidation in the lens.
