1.Impact of patients' trust on quality of care
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2010;26(6):422-426
This paper systematically analyzed the concept of patients'trust based on a study of the literatures and compared patients'trust with patients'satisfaction. The conclusion is that patients'trust plays a key role on the quality improvements of medical services.
2.Effects of acute cyanide intoxication on brain monoamine transmitters in the rat
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
The effects of acute cyanide intoxication on the monoamine transmitters of the brain of the rats were observed. The level of dopamine (DA),norepinephrine(NE),serotonin (5-HT),and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) in the rat brain was measured 3,5,10,30,45 and 60 minutes after the animals were poisoned with intraperitoneal injection of NaCN.It was found that the level of the 4 monoamine transmitters was doseage-dependentty decreased and a lower dosage of 2.36 mg/kg of NaCN increased the level of DA and NE at the 45th minute after intoxication. It was also found that cyanide-induced convulsions were accompanied with a significant decrease of brain monoamine transmitters. It is believed that the changes of the level of mona-mine transmitters in the brain may play a role in the central intoxication of cyanide.
3.Quality Problem and Quality Control of Decoction Pieces of Traditional Chinese Drugs
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the quality problem commonly seen in the marketing and use of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drugs and their quality control method. METHODS: We reviewed the pertinent Chinese journals and on which an aggregate analysis and evaluation was performed. RESUTLS: Drug name problem, slice cutting specification problem, the problem of the name of processed drugs in set recipe preparations and counterfeit problem etc were commonly seen in the marketing and use of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drugs. CONCLUSION: To standardize drug name, drug processing and slice cutting specifications of Chinese crude drugs, and to prohibit counterfeits and conduct regular sampling inspection can effectively keep the quality of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drug under control.
4.Binding capacity of nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide composite material on the interface of artificial humeral head
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;19(30):4764-4768
BACKGROUND:Nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 is a new nanobionic composite material and has good biocompatibility and bone conduction, but after implantation, whether the composite material can bind to vertebral bone interface and whether it is safe in clinical use stil need further studies. OBJECTIVE: To observe the ability of nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide composite binding to the interface of artificial humeral head. METHODS: The rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: composite group was implanted with nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide composites; control group implanted with autologous bone. After the replacement, rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels were subjected to primary culture, and then the cels were co-cultured with the composite material. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At 24 hours after culture, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels grew wel on the composite materials. The cel adhesion rate was significantly higher in the composite group than the control group at 1 and 4 hours after culture (P < 0.05). After co-culture 4.5, 5.5, 6.5 hours, the absorbance value of cels in the composite group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). At 24 weeks after replacement, changing ranges in the proportions of bone tissue and fibrous layers on the implant surface as wel as coverage rate in the composite group were the highest (P < 0.05). These findings indicate that the nano-hydroxyapatite/ polyamide composite implant has a certain binding capacity, which can make a good interface osseointegration.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(3):164-167
From the aspects of advantages, barriers, opportunities and challenges, this paper analyzed the environmental factors of Shanghai medical resources serving people in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta. As envisaged by the author, such services will provide medical resources information to patients from outside Shanghai, probe into feasible ways to medical insurance based on experiences drawn from serving such patients, help with the resources integration of medical systems in Shanghai, and probe into the potentials of telemedicine and distant medical e-learning, as well as improve hospital management levels and service functionality.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(14):1093-1096
MRI scanning is an important technique to evaluate the olfactory system, special scanning parameters could reveal the fine structures of the olfactory pathway. Olfactory cleft, olfactory bulb/tract, olfactory sulcus and olfactory center are the main targets of the scanning. Chronic rhino-sinusitis, head trauma, congenital dysplasia and neural degenerative diseases are the primary causes of the olfactory dysfunction and have particular imaging presentations respectively. Besides indicating the olfactory pathway lesions, MRI could also present the etiology and the prognosis of the olfactory disorder.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
The patient-physician relationship can be understood from the two aspects of patients′ trust and patients′ satisfaction.Compared with patients′ satisfaction, dimensions and attributes of patients′ trust indicate to better match with the measuring capacity of patients. Thus, the evaluation of the quality of medical services based on patients′ trust is justified theoretically. The existing literatures assert that the research on patients′ trust could help understand patient-physician relationship and eventually improve the quality of medical services. The conceptual model in this paper entails the concept, dimensions and attributes of patients′ trust. Also, this paper points out its effect on the measurement of the quality of medical services through the comparison of patients′ trust and patients′ satisfaction.
