Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2015;(6):861-863
38 patients with dentition defect in our hospital for magnetic attachment dental treatment were analyzed. At the same time,34 cases of patients with dentition defects were ,being treated with conventional prosthodontics, selected to compare the stability of overdentures and masticatory function with magnetic attachment. The stability of overdentures and masticatory function after restored with magnetic attachment was significantly higher than before(P< 0. 01),while there was no difference after 4 weeks. Cementation language, comfort and appearance satisfaction after 4 weeks were significantly higher than before(P < 0. 05). The stability of overdentures, masticatory function, cementation language, comfort and appearance satisfaction after restored with magnetic attachment was significantly higher than conventional prosthodontics(P < 0. 05). It finally indicated that magnetic attachment had the advanta-ges of comfort, convenience and good effect. The stability of overdentures, masticatory function and application sat-isfaction was superior to conventional prosthodontics, and it had an application prospect.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective To explore the antiepileptic effect and mechanism of glucocorticoid. Methods Animal behaviour observation and immunocytochemical staining. Results Major epilepsy was induced by pentylenetetrazole(PTZ).Dexamethasone or diphenylhydantoin(DPH) administered in rat 30?min before administration of PTZ could suppress or inhibit epileptiform.Immunocytochemistry demonstrated that there was a large number of hypertrophic astrocytes with GFAP immunoreaction in cerebral cortex, hippocampal gyrus and dentate gyrus of epileptic rats induced by PTZ.The immunoreaction of GFAP was obviously weakened, the number of positive cells was reduced, the processes were shorter and less in both groups of antiepilepsy by GC or DPH.The expression of Fos protein was in a great quantity in cerebral cortex 1 to 1\^5 hours after seizure induced by PTZ,whereas their expressions were remarkable suppressed in GC or DPH antiepileptic groups. Conclusion 1\^The antiepileptic effect of GC was further proved by comparing with the antiepileptic effects of DPH(a traditional antiepileptic drug). 2\^Inhibited activity of astrocytes might be involved in antiepileptic mechanism of GC. 3\^The change of expression of Fos protein might be closely related to epileptic actions. Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the distribution of interleukin\|2 receptor (IL\|2R) and glucocorticoid receptor(GR) and identify coexistence of IL\|2R and GR in the rat brain. Methods The double labeling immunocytochemical technique(PAP method combined with ABC method), DAB and BDHC were used in the double labeling immunocytochemical method as the chromogens respectively. The reactive products of former was brown or yellow and later was black blue. Results IL\|2R and GR positive neurons were widely distributed in the cerebral cortex, hippocampus, thalamus, many motor and sense nuclei in the brain stem. The immunoreactive products of IL\|2R were found to be located on cell membrane and GR in nucleus and cytoplasm. There were a lot of positive double labeling neurons in the rat brain. The rate of double labeled cells in the total number of positive cells varied in different regions of brain, such as, 50 percent in cerebral cortex and 30 percent in nucleus of abducent nerve. Conclusion Immunogical cytokines and hormone could regulate the neuronal function through their corresponding receptors which coexisted in the same brain neurons. The present study might provide morphological evidence in the level of receptor for the immuno\|neuro\|endocrine network.

Objective To evaluate the influence of the preparation-to-colonoscopy interval, diet control and excise on bowel preparation quality in the split-dose method for colonoscopy. Methods Observational study, prospective cohort study design, three bowel preparation methods were set up in different departments for A, B, C 3 groups, each group of 110 cases. In group A, no movement was required. Diet preparation was 3 days earlier than the examination, and take all the medicine in once at 20:00 the day before examination, group B, 1 L medicine required for 20 minutes movement, diet preparation was 1 day earlier than the examination, and take the medicine in twice the day before examination at 14:00, group C, keep walking during taking the medicine, diet preparation was 1 day earlier than the examination, and took all the medicine in once the day before examination at 20:00. The Boston Bowel Preparation Scale was used to evaluate the bowel cleansing quality. A questionnaire was administered to investigate patients′tolerability and safety. Results A total of 330 consecutive patients undergoing colonoscopy. There was no significance among three groups on bowel cleansing quality(P>0.05). However, the number ofexcellently cleanedwas higher in group B than the others, in group A,B and C respectively 30, 46, 29 cases, the difference was significant (χ2=7.627, P=0.022). Group B was superior to the others in terms of comfort, sleep quality, hunger, and discomfort, the difference was significant (χ2=19.425, 6.687 and 8.130, P < 0.01 or 0.05). Group B was also superior to the others in terms of the compliance of completing the preparation under the doctors′advice (χ2=14.756, P=0.001) and exercises (χ2=11.848, P=0.001). Conclusions The new method shortened the time of the diet control and set the exercises time to 20 minutes. So it was found to have a higher level of safety, bowel preparation quality and tolerability.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(15):2131-2134
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the main active components in Citrus chacheiensis with different storage time (1-19 years). METHODS:HPLC was conducted to determine the content of hesperidin:the column was Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of methanol-acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61,V/V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 283 nm,col-umn temperature was 25 ℃,and the injection volume was 5 μl;the contents of nobiletin and tangeretin:the column was Diamon-sil C18 with mobile phase of water-methanol(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 326 nm,col-umn temperature was 25 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μl;and the content of synephrine:the column was Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(taking 0.6 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate,1.0 g sodi-um dodecyl sulfate,1 ml glacial acetic acid dissolved to 1 000 ml)(65∶35,V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 275 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃,and the injection volume 20 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 500-4 500 ng for hesperidin(r=0.999 8),38.816-388.16 ng for nobiletin(r=0.999 6),19.936-199.36 ng for tangeretin(r=0.999 5)and 640-2 560 ng for synephrine(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3%;recoveries were 96.42%-102.75%(RSD=2.54%,n=6),97.42%-99.95%(RSD=2.46%,n=6),99.26%-106.19%(RSD=2.31%,n=6) and 97.47%-99.76%(RSD=1.95%,n=6),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and stable with good reproducibility, and can be used for the contents determination of main active components in C. chacheiensis with different storage time. Pericarpi-um citri“the older the better”may be irrelevant to the change of the contents of the above-mentioned 4 active components, and it is speculated related to the release of volatile oil content to ease dryness.
