Objective To evaluate the maternal and infant outcomes in the pregnancies of severe early-onset preeclampsia. MethodsWe retrospectively studied the pregnancy outcomes in 38cases with severe early-onset preeclampsia and 112 cases with later-onset preeclampsia and their 172 neonates in Huainan maternal and child care service centre during Jan 2009 to Mar.2010. ResultsAs for the mothers' complications such as preeclampsia, cardiac insufficiency,HELLP syndrom, liver function abnormality, kidney function failure, placental abruption, mass ascites, and infant death in uterus,in early-onset group the incidence rate was 36.8%,significantly higher than that in the late-onset group 16.1%(P<0.01).the perinatal outcome:birth weight in the early-onset group was 1950 ±603.1,significantly less than the late-onset group 2854 ± 672.9(P<0.01);neonates asphyxia incidence rate in the earlyonset group was 17.4%,significantly higher than the late-onset group 3.1%(P<0.01),infant death incidence rate in the early-onset group was 15.2%,significantly higher than the late-onset group 1.6%(P<0.01),and FGR incidence rate in the early-onset group was 23.9%,significantly higher than the late-onset group 11.1%(P<0.05). Conclusionthe early-onset preeclampsia is strongly associated with a number of pregnancy complications and perinatal conditions.
3.Investigation and Analysis of Rational Use of Drugs in Outpatients with International Selected Drug Use Indicators as Benchmark
China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the drug use involved in outpatient's prescriptions in a hospital in 2007.METHO-DS: With the International Selected Drug Use Indicators and defined daily dose as indexes, the drug use involved in a total of 5 029 outpatient's prescriptions randomly selected from a hospital were analyzed statistically based on Excel sheet.RESULTS: Of the total 5 029 outpatient prescriptions,60.83% paid the expenses at one's own expense, and the average age of the patiens were 46.9 years. The average number of drugs prescribed for patient's each visit was 2.63 kinds, and the percentages of antibacterial agents, ampuls, and prescriptions of drugs prescribed in generic names were 21.79%,10.44%,and 50.47%,respectively.Quinolones,cephalosporins and macrocyclic lactones ranked at the first three places in DDDs and consumption sum.The drug utilization indexes of cephalosporins and penicillins were on the high side.23.72% of antibacterial agents used in combination and 76.28% alone,20.07% in bigeminy. The antibacterial agents used in trigeminy or more than 3 kinds in combination were all for antiuberculotic treatment.Physician's signature rate after prescription revision was 60.19%,and the rate of prescriptions in which medicines for oral administration or for external use were prescribed alone was 32.88%.CONCLUSION: The drug use for the outpatients in the hospital is rational on the whole, but measures should be taken to tighten control on the drug use by strenthening physicians' consiousness on rational drug use so as to reduce the incidence of irrational drug use.

5.Advances in Study on Bile Reflux Gastritis
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2014;(5):305-308
Bile reflux gastritis (BRG)has been recognized as a chemical gastropathy due to excessive duodenogastric reflux (DGR).Abnormalities in pyloric anatomic structure,as well as antropyloric and duodenal dysmotility are considered to be implicated in the occurrence of pathologic DGR.Bile acid may induce apoptosis of gastric mucosal cells, and high concentration of bile acid plays a crucial role in the induction of intestinal metaplasia in stomach. In this review article, advances in study on BRG,including the mechanisms of DGR,the pathogenic effect of bile acid on gastric mucosa, and the diagnosis and treatment of BRG were summarized.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To optimize the extraction conditions for Yuemu eye drops. Methods The extraction conditions were studied with orthogonal test L_9(3~4),the content of caffeic acid was determined by HPLC as index. Results Alcohol concentration and frequency of extraction were remarkable factors in the test. Conclusion The optimum extraction technology for Yuemu eye drops was to reflux and extract the materials for 2 times in 80% alcohol, the volume of which was 6 times the weight of herbal medicine, with 1 hour for each time.
7. Establishment of tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Typhonium flagelliforme
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2011;42(3):585-588
Objective: To establish the rapid propagation system and tissue culture techniques of Typhonium flagelliforme for large-scale seedlings. Methods: Using media with different hormones proportions, the tuber tissue was found to be a good explant for inducing asexual propagation system. Results: The callus culture medium consisted of MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L+sucrose 3%+agar 6 g/L could generate callus successfully. Medium consisted of MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L+sucrose 3% + agar 6 g/L was a superlative proportion of hormones concentration to generate adventitious buds efficiently, especially for higher proliferated multiples. The rooting medium consisted of 1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+IB A 0.4 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L+sucrose 3%+agar 6 g/L+AC 0.3 g/L was conducive to generate roots rapidly. The expiants could be acclimatized after a period of 12 to 14 weeks. Experiments of one-step-seedling formation indicated that the one-step-seedling formation medium, containing MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+sucrose 3%+agar 6 g/L was the best proportion of hormone concentration, for 5 to 6 weeks, new plantlets could be developed, which will be acclimatized in 10 weeks. Conclusion: The tissue culture techniques and rapid propagation system of T. flagelliforme could be used for large-scale seedlings and lay a foundation for its improved breeds.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
Pinealectomy (PX), zymosan-in-duced-luminol-dependent-chemiluminescence (CL) and PGE2 radioimmunoassay were used to determine the effects of the pineal gland and melatonin ( MT ) on CL of peritoneal macrophages (PM?s) and PGE2 content in the hypothalamus and spleen in rats. It was suggested that the CL value of PM?s was decreased and PGE2 contents in the hypothalamus and spleenwere increased significantly after PX, which could be restored respectively by 10~ 1 000 ?g? kg-1MT and 10 ?g?kg-1MT. 10 ?g?kg-1MT could also inhibit PGE2 in the hypothalamus and spleen in normal rats.
