1.Survey and countermeasures of anxiety induced by acute trauma
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2002;0(12):-
Objective To understand the mental health, especially the anxiety of patients suffering from acute trauma in order to adapt the patients to the situation of acute trauma and cope with acute trauma better in physiological and psychological health. Methods Questionnaire designed by means of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL 90) and Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) was used to survey the stress response of the patients to anxiety induced by acute trauma. Results The parameters in SCL 90 of acute trauma patients were significantly higher than those of the normal control( P
2.Relation between angiotensin Ⅱ and its inhibitor to human renal interstitial fibroblast
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
Objective To observe the relationship between fibroblast and angiotensin Ⅱ and,the influence of angiotensin Ⅱ on human renal interstitial fibroblast(HRIF).Methods Separated and cultured renal interstitial fibroblasts were identified and the 3H-TDR incorporation, flow cytometry and immunohistochemical technique were applied to observe the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ on the cell cycle and DNA synthesis of HRIF and the inhibitive effect of Losartan. Results Angiotensin Ⅱ (10 -10M-10 -6M) had elevated the incorporation rate of HRIF 3H-TDR and had showed dose-dependence in day 1 and day 3(? 1=0.709,P

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2001;0(03):-
Objective To detect the level of serum melanoma-inbibiting activity (MIA) in patients with uveal melanomas, and investigate the value of MIA in diagnosing and inspecting uveal melanomas. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the concentrations of MIA in peripheral serum of 27 patients with uveal melanoma, 6 with melanocyte tumor, 7 with other ocular tumors and 16 healthy individuals, respectively. Results The concentration of MIA in patients with uveal melanoma was significantly higher than that in the healthy ones (16 individuals) and the patients with adenoma of non pigmented ciliary epithelium (4 patients), retinoblastoma (2 patients), and retinal angioma 91 patient). The concnetration of MIA in patients with uveal melanoma without scleral infiltration or remote metastasis was obviously lower than that in the patients with scleral infiltration or remote metastasis, but didn′t differ much from which in the patients with melanocyte tumor. In the patients with uveal melanoma without infiltration or remote metastasis, there was no significant difference of MIA level between patients with spindle cell and mixed and epithelioid cell. Conclusion The level of serum MIA may be an effective index in diagnosing uveal melanoma, which can monitor the metastasis of uveal melanoma.

Objective To explore the effect of early tracheal intubation on hypoxemia and level of blood lactate, C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage .Methods Fifty-four patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into routine tracheal intubation (routine intubation group,n=25) and early tracheal intubation group(early intubation group,n=29) radomly. In routine tracheal intubation group, tracheal intubation was performed only when respiratory failure occurred .In early intubation group , tracheal intubation was performed as long as hypoxemia which can not be fixed by inspiring oxygen , tongue retropulsion or vomit occurred . Levels of artery blood gas analysis , lactate and CRP were tested before and after 2 h ( lactate ) or 24 h ( CRP ) of tracheal intubation .Heart rate and respiratory frequency were also monitored .Results PaO2 , PaCO2 , SaO2 and heart rate were markedly improved after intubation in both groups , levels of lactate and CRP were evidently reduced after intubation in both groups(all P<0.05).After intubation, the PaO2 of early intubation group was significantly higner and the CRP of early intubation group was significantly lower than that of routine intubation group ( all P<0.05);Before intubation, the PaO2 and SaO2 of early intubation group were significantly higher and levels of lactate and CRP were significantly lower than those of routine intubation group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Early tracheal intubation can improve hypoxemia and reduce the level of lactate and CRP in patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage .

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of SFAS on the growth of human hepatic carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 in vitro and discuss its mechanism. Methods The inhibitory fraction of SMMC-7721 cells was measured by MTT assay, and both of the Annexin V and TUNEL assays were used to determine the apoptotic proportion. Results The value of the control group was (0.385?0.03), and that of the SFAS groups (250 ?g/ml, 500 ?g/ml, 1 mg/ml and 2 mg/ml) were (0.31?0.019), (0.199?0.022), (0.150?0.033) and (0.048?0.026) respectively, with significant difference statistically ( P

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(07):-
Objective To assess the influence of host factors on the progression to cirrhosis in patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Methods Duration of 121 patients from HCV infection developing to liver cirrhosis was compared according to age at which HCV was infected, having the history of acute hepatopathy or not, infection pathway and sex. Patients with other hepatitis virus infection were excluded. Age, at which HCV was infected, was identified as that at blood transfusion or acute episode in non-transfusion patients. No patients had applied to any drugs. Results It took mean (27.17?6.78) years for the patients of age range 0-20 at which HCV was infected to develop to cirrhosis, while only (10.16?5.84) years for those of age range 41~50. There were significant differences between them (P0.05). Conclusion Our data show that patients with older age at which HCV was infected, with history of acute hepatopathy or HCV infection through blood transfusion developed into liver cirrhosis in shorter time. Sex was not found to have significant influence on the progression to cirrhosis.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2000;0(04):-
Objective To study the change of Th1, Th2 cytokine levels in culture supernatants of PBMC in pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods 43 PIH patients, 15 normal pregnant women, and 15 healthy non-pregnant women were studied randomly. Levels of IL-2?IFN? and IL-4 in culture supernatants of PBMC were detected by ELISA. Results In culture supernatants of PBMC, IL-2 level of normal pregnant women was(140.3? 73.2 )ng/L, decreased significantly in comparation with that of healthy non-pregnant women (259.5?114.4)ng/L, P
