Objective To understand the status of clinical study and development trend of TCM preserving and health care based on bibliometric analysis. Methods Literature related to TCM preserving and health care in CNKI was searched by computers. NoteExpress3.0.4.6732 was used to conduct metrology analysis on publication time, keywords, literature sources, high-frequency authors, study level, publication institutes and fund program, with a purpose to discuss the research condition of this field. Results Totally 2921 valid articles were achieved after screening, including 342 conference articles, 2624 journal articles, 115 academic dissertations. The publication amount increased each year; the cumulative amount of the literature showed a J-type growth trend, and did not translate into a logical pattern of growth curve; spiritual emotion, diet therapy, health intervention were high-frequency keywords; literature source distribution was in line with Brad law; the first eight core journals were Modern Health, Family Medicine, Health Magazine, Guangming Journal of Chinese Medicine, Health Science, China Journal of Basic Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese Health Care, Chinese Medicine Modern Distance Education of China; publication institutes were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; fund programs were mainly national projects. Conclusion TCM preserving and health care show a good development trend, with large space for development, requires more researches.

Objective To explore the efficient way to purify and to enrich umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells which have abilities to differentiate into chondrocytes. Methods Umbilical cord was acquired from new born infants and chopped into 1 mm2 cubics, then they were pretreated with colleganase and trypsin so as to get the mixed cell suspension. CD45(-),CD90(+) cells were acquired from the mixed cell suspension via FCM sorting and were cultured in the medium as umbilical cord mesenchymal stem PO cells. The PO cells were detached and passaged by multiplex collagenase NB4 and the positive rate of CD90 and CD45 of the P1-P3 cells were observeed via FCM ; the P3 cells were induced to differentiated into chondrocytes. Results FCM results showed that the positive rate of CD90 on P1, P2, F3 was (80.86 ± 7.85)%,(95.86± 3.28)%,(97.15± 1.43)%, while the positive rate of CD45 on P1, P2, P3 cells was (2.53 ±0.28)% and (0.97 ± 0.48)% and (0.05 ± 0.01)% respectively; P3 cells had differenciated into chondrocytes. Conclusion FCM presorting and Multiplex collagenase detachment procedures can swiftly acquire highly purified human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells which have the ability to differentiate into chondroeytes.

Objective To investigate the protective effect and associated mechanism of PNS in spinal cord hemisection injury.Methods fifty-five adult SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,sham group(n =5),spinal cord injury group(n =25),PNS group(n =25).The rats were evaluated in behavioral test with BBB score,pathology and immunohistochemistry at 1 d,3d,7d,14d,21d after the procedures.Results Motor recovery was significantly better in PNS group than the spinal cord injury group at 3d,7d,14d and 21d.Nissl staining showed less neuron necrosis and more integrated neural cells in morphology.cPLA2 expression was inhabited in PNS group,and less number of positive cells were found in the group.Conclusion PNS can inhibit the expression of cPLA2 after spinal cord injury,which may be one of the mechanisms of its effect on promoting motor recovery.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of volt-ampere characteristics of Yuan-Primary acupoints in women before, during and after menstruation, and to find out the relationships between Qi-blood in human body and volt-ampere characteristics of acupoints, so as to develop a new method for quantitative analysis on changes of Qi-blood. METHODS: A high-sensitive detection system of volt-ampere characteristics of acupoint was applied to detecting the volt-ampere characteristics of Taiyuan (LU 9), Daling (PC 7) and Shenmen (HT 7) in healthy women before, during and after menstruation. RESULTS: The resistances on LU 9, PC 7 and HT 7 with some certain scan currents were quite different among the women before, during and after menstruation. For such changes, PC 7 was of the most obvious change, LU 9 was of the less and HT 7 was of the least. The total ratio of the scanning spots with significantly increasing changes of resistances on these three acupoints along with the menstrual process was 70.6%. CONCLUSION: The volt-ampere characteristics of acupoints vary with the menstrual process, which is of the acupoint specificity. The resistances on the acupoints increase with the menstrual process, and such results may be due to the blood loss during menstruation. The volt-ampere characteristics can be used as a quantitative index to study on the change of Qi and blood.

Objective To explore the relationship of zearalenone (ZEA) and precocious puberty in girls.Methods The peripheral serums from 71 cases of precocious puberty girls and 50 cases of healthy girls were collected respectively and concentrations of ZEA were detected by high performance liquid chromatography.Bone age,body mass index (BMI),volume of uterus and ovaries,concentrations of estradiol (E2),luteinizing hormone (LH) and folliclestimulating hormone (FSH) were detected,and the residence of each subject was recorded as well.Results (1) In 71 patients,52 patients were diagnosed as idiopathic central precocious puberty,others were diagnosed as premature thelarche.(2) In 71 patients,serum ZEA was detected from 51 patients,and undetected in 20 patients.(3)Concentration of ZEA in precocious puberty girls [(318 ±34) ng/L]was significantly increased than that in healthy girls [(143 ± 35) ng/L,P =0.002],but no distinct difference existed between ICPP group and PT group(P =0.326).(4)Compared with uterus volume of ZEA in the undetected patients (1.975 ±0.150) cm3,the uterus volume of ZEA detected patients (2.972 ±0.180) cm3,which was significantly enlarged,there was significant difference (P =0.01) ; Percentage of overweight girls in ZEA detected patients (31.4％,16/51 cases) was lower than which in ZEA undetected patients (65.0％,13/20 cases,P =0.01) ; Although there was no statistical differences in the breast diameter,bone age,value of E2,LH and FSH between ZEA detected patients and undetected patients (all P ＞ 0.05),but the increased tendency in ZEA detected patients existed.(5) ZEA in serum was detected in 53.3％ (16/30 cases) patients living in the cities,and the rate was obviously lower than 82.9％ of the patients (34/41 cases) living in the countryside,there was significant difference (P =0.007).Conclusions ZEA is correlated with precocious puberty in girls.ZEA pollution might be one of reasons for precocious puberty occurrence.
