Objective To summarize the nursing key points in nursing ovarian cancer patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction after non-surgical treatment value. Method The nursing data of 32 ovarian cancer patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction in our department in January 2010 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results About 32 patients were treated with non-surgical treatment, cure time within 2~30d, averaged (7.80 ±5.98)d. No intestinal obstruction happened after resuming to normal exhaustion, defecation and dieting. Conclusion Such nursing measures as psychological nursing, gastrointestinal decompression nursing, nutrition support nursing and auxiliary therapy like promoting peristalsis recovery are key to the increase of cure rate of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction.

Craniofacial pain is a common disease and it is complicated in its diagnosis and treatment. Some common kinds of craniofacial pain are introduced according to the criteria of headache classification of International Headache Society(IHS)2004.Trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, nervus intermedius neuralgia,supra-orbital neuralgia, occipital neuralgia, acute zoster and postherpetic neuraigia and Tolosa-Hunt syndrome are included with their key points of clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the incidence and related risk factors of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI) in a county of Chengdu. Methods The women were interviewed with questionnaires, which were designed to the modified standard of the Advisory Committee of Urinary Incontinence of Asia-pacific Region. Results The total number of the women investigated was 563,while the number of the valid questionnaires was 512,with the efficient rate 98.5%.Of these women,46.1%(236/512) had urinary incontinence,21.9%(112/512) had simplex SUI,4.7%(24/512) had simplex urgent urinary incontinence and 19.5%(100/512) had complex urinary incontinence. The incidence of SUI(simplex SUI plus complex urinary incontinence) was 41.4%(212/512).The incidence of SUI was associated with factors such as age, pregnancies, drinking and education level, and the severity was associated with age, body mass index and education level. Conclusion The incidence of SUI in this county of Chengdu is relatively higher.Heath education is very important for the female health.

Vaccination has been proved to be the most effective strategy to prevent the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The mRNA vaccine based on nano drug delivery system (NDDS) - lipid nanoparticles (LNP) has been widely used because of its high effectiveness and safety. Although there have been reports of severe allergic reactions caused by mRNA-LNP vaccines, the mechanism and components of anaphylaxis have not been completely clarified yet. This review focuses on two mRNA-LNP vaccines, BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273. After summarizing the structural characteristics, potential allergens, possible allergic reaction mechanism, and pharmacokinetics of mRNA and LNP

Objective To study the function of the nano-molecular polyamide-amine (PAMAM) as microRNA(miR) carrier targeting gastric adenocarcinoma, and the foundation of developing an efficient delivery of small molecule drugs tar-geting gastric cancer thereof. Methods The folic acid (FA)/PAMAM comoles compound was prepared by dialysis method. After transfection of miR-7 or liposomes into SGC-7901 cell line, fluorescence microscope was used to detect the gene trans-fect efficiency. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the miR-7 level. The immu-nocytochemistry assay was used to test the protein expressions of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), protein kinase B (PKB) and proliferating cell nuclearantigen (PCNA). The transwell system was utilized to explore the migration ability of tu-mor cells. Results Compared with liposme, FA/PAMAN complex compound can significantly improve the level of miR-7 in SGC-7901 cells, reduce the protein levels of EGFR, PKB and PCNA in SGC-7901 cells, and also reduce the percentage of cancer cell migration (P<0.05). Conclusion PAMAM can effectively transfect miR into gastric cancer cells, which is expected to become an efficient delivery of small molecule drugs.

Herald of Medicine 2017;36(7):731-736
Objective To evaluate the effect of fingolimod(FTY720) on angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)-induced renal oxidative stress in rats and its possible mechanisms. Methods Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups through random number tables:AngⅡ infusion group(twelve rats, infusion of AngⅡvia subcutaneous osmotic pumps),0.9% sodium hydrochloride solution infusion group(twelve rats, infusion of equal volume of 0.9% sodium hydrochloride solution via subcutaneous osmotic pumps) and FTY720 intervention group(twelve rats,intra-gastric administration of FTY720 besides AngⅡ infusion).Urine samples were collected for 24 hours every week.Blood samples and kidneys were collected when rats were sacrificed at day 14 and 28 d respectively.MDA and T-SOD assay Kits were used to detect the concentrations of MDA and T-SOD in serum and kidney homogenates.Renal pathological changes were observed by light microscope. The expression of Nox4 in the kidneys was evaluated by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with 0.9% sodium hydrochloride solution infusion rats of the same period,AngⅡ-infused rats developed significant proteinuria. The concentration of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen,AngⅡ and MDA were increased(P<0.05),T-SOD was significantly decreased on days 14 and 28(P<0.05),the serum albumin was significantly increased on day 28(P<0.05),while FTY720 partially reversed these changes. The renal tissue of AngⅡ-infused rats presented mesangial cells proliferation, mesangial matrix deposition, tubular epithelial cells effacement, sclerosis and atrophy in part of the glomerular.FTY720 can alleviate these changes.Immunohistochemistry showed that Nox4 was primarily located in the distal tubule. The expression of Nox4 was significantly increased in AngⅡ-infused rats as compared with that of 0.9% sodium hydrochloride solution infused group rats, and FTY720 administration prevented the change effectively. Conclusion AngⅡ-induced renal injury could be attenuated by FTY720 via preventing oxidative stress.
