Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(06):-
Objective To compare the graft function of 2 methods of kidney harvesting, the modified method of combined liver and kidney procurement and rapid en bloc kidney procurement. Methods The clinical data of 220 cadaveric renal transplantation recipients were collected(12 months follow-up),174 cases from en bloc kidney procurement and 46 from combined liver and kidney procurement. The average harvesting time, the incidence of renal vein injury,1 year kidney survival and incidence of acute rejection were compared between the two methods. Results In average harvesting time and incidence of renal vein injury, the en bloc kidney procurement were better than the method of combined liver and kidney procurement. However, the method of combined liver and kidney procurement was better than the en bloc kidney procurement in 1 year kidney survival,1 year incidence of acute rejection and average warm ischemia time. There was no difference in 1 year survival of patients and 24 h,1 week and 1 year graft function after transplantation. Conclusion Although the method of combined liver and kidney procurement is better than the en bloc kidney procurement in 1 year kidney survival and 1 year incidence of acute rejection, there is no difference between the 2 methods in 1 year survival of patients and graft function after transplantation.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2003;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of anti CD25 Ab (Zenapax;Daclizumab) induction therapy in 62 patients following renal transplantation. Methods Sixty-two renal transplant recipients treated with Daclizumab induction therapy were analyzed retrospectively from Sep. 1999 to May 2004. Main immunosuppressive therapy regimen consisted of steroids cyclosporine and mycophenolate mofetil in all recipients after operation. According to Daclizumab dosage, these recipients were divided into 1-dose group, 2-dose group and over 2-dose group. All patients received Daclizumab 1 h before operation. Results The patients subject to Daclizumab were followed up from 3 months to 57 months. Seven of them had acute rejection ( 11.3 %) at intervals for 10.3 months, from 2 months to 14 months. Patient who had acute rejection at 10th month after operation lost his graft at 13th month after transplantation for graft dysfunction. The incidence of acute rejection was 15.6 % among 45 patients followed up over 12 months. Conclusions Induction therapy of Daclizumab could decrease the incidence of acure rejection, delay the time of acute rejection and relieve the severity of rejection. More graft can be long-survival. We can lower the dosage of CsA effectively and safely after induction of Daclizumab.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2021;54(3):281-284
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelinating autoimmune disease of the central nervous system. It mainly occurs in young and middle-aged people and has a high disability rate. The pathogenesis of MS has not been fully elucidated, with great genetic heterogeneity, diverse clinical phenotypes, lack of specific biomarkers, numerous and complicated research data, which bring great challenges to the diagnosis and treatment of MS. Artificial intelligence (AI), as the cutting-edge hotspot in the development of science and technology, is widely used in the medical field to assist in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of various diseases. Its infinite learning ability greatly promotes the management of MS. This article will review the application of AI in MS diagnosis and treatment.
9. The aberrant sugar chains of amylase and different TCM syndrome patterns in primary hepatic cancer as well as the related mechanism
Tumor 2008;28(4):322-325
Objective: To investigate the changes of sugar chain structures of serum amylase and difference in TCM syndrome patterns in primary hepatic cancer (PHC) patients and their relation with free radicals. Methods: Agglutinin precipitation assay was used to detect the binding ratios of serum amylase with various kinds of agglutinin in PHC, hepatocirrhosis, and hepatitis patients. The serum amylase activity and malindialdehyde (MDA) level were determined simultaneously. The association of the binding ratios of amylase with free radicals was analyzed. The difference mentioned above in PHC patients with different TCM syndromes was analyzed. Results: The binding ratios of serum amylase to ConA, PSA, PNA, and LCA were significantly higher in PHC and hepatocirrhosis patients than hepatitis patients and normal controls. The binding ratios of serum amylase to PSA and LCA were significantly higher in PHC patients with spleen deficiency and liver stagnation than those with liver and kidney Yin deficiency. PHC patients with spleen deficiency and liver stagnation had higher ConA-binding ratio compared with those with QI and blood stasis. A positive correlation was found between PSA-, LCA-, and PNA-binding ratios of serum amylase and MDA. Conclusion: For PHC and hepatocirrhosis patients, core-fucosylated high-mannose-type and hybrid-type sugar chains of serum amylase increased. The reduced terminal sialic acid and fucose on the sugar chain caused the exposure of the terminal galactose residues. In addition, the exposure of the terminal GlcNAc residues was induced by decreased terminal galactose on the sugar chain of serum amylase from HPC patients. These changes of serum amylase were also observed in hepatocirrhosis patients. It may be related with the damage of sugar chains induced by free radicals. In spleen deficiency and liver stagnation group, core-fucosylated high-mannose-type and hybrid-type sugar chains of serum amylase increased, and the terminal galactose on the sugar chain decreased, resulting in the exposure of the terminal GlcNAc residues. The changes were not observed in QI and blood stasis or liver and kidney Yin deficiency patients. It indicated that spleen deficiency and liver stagnation played an important role in generation of aberrant sugar chains of serum amylase for PHC patients.
