Objective To explore the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test (IVA-CPT) ,and to assess the diagnosis value of the Chinese version of IVA-CPT in two samples of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in clinic and school.Methods 112 participants were divided into 4 groups:clinic group, clinic control group, school group and control group from school.The participants were measured by IVA-CPT and the results were compared.Results ①The integrated quotients of IVA-CPT had concordance with the dimensions of the DSM-ⅣV and ASRS.Each integrated quotients of IVA-CPT and each dimension of the DSM-ⅣV and ASRS were negatively correlated(school: r=-0.277, P＜0.05;clinic: r=-0.423, P＜0.05).The score of HI dimension was negatively correlated with integrated attention quotient and integrated inhibition quotient of IVA-CPT (r=-0.480, P＜0.01;r=-0.452, P＜0.01).② The results of the IVA-CPT and the comprehensive assessment had consistency for diagnosis of children with ADHD from the total subjects,the clinic ,and the school.And there were no difference between the sensitivity, the specificity, the coincidence rate, the missed diagnosis rate and the misdiagnosis rate of IVA-CPT when used to diagnose children with ADHD in clinic and school(x2=3.396, P＞0.05).③The IVA-CPT evaluation system had good stability according to the retest of a random sample of 25 subjects(P＜0.01).The pretest and posttest results of each full quotients of IVA-CPT were significantly correlated (P＜0.01).Conclusion The IVA-CPT not only can be used as auxiliary diagnostic tools to diagnose children with ADHD in clinic,it can be used as auxiliary diagnostic tools to diagnose children with ADHD in the community.

Objective To investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of attentional bias in anxiety sensitivity individuals.Methods By using Anxiety Sensitivity Index (ASI),23 participants were included in the high score group and 20 participants were included in the low score group.Then,2 (between-subject factor:the high and low score group) ×2 (within-subject factor:the positive and negative picture) mixed design experiments were adopted.Emotional faces picture pairs were chosen as stimuli.Picture pairs were presented 100 ms in experiment 1 and 1 250 ms in experiment 2.Dot-probe task was adopted to inspect the attentional bias and the response time and correct rate were recorded.Results Experiment 1 implied the main effect of type of pictures was found in mixed design experiments(F(1,41)=4.40,P＜0.05).The reaction time of two groups in positive pictures was greater than zero((12.22±30.24) ms vs (10.07±21.55) ms).It showed input effect to positive pictures.An input effect due to the reaction time of the high score group was greater than zero to negative pictures((4.81± 17.88)ms),while the low score group tended to avoid the negative pictures ((-6.81 ±21.33) ms).Experiment 2 implied positive score was not significant between two groups (F(1,41) =0.29,P＞0.05).And positive score showed the attentional bias to some certain extent.Significant outcome was found by negative score between two groups (F(1,41) =6.41,P＜0.05).It implied that the high score group tended to avoid the negative pictures and the low score group had the tendency of input effect.Conclusion At the initial stage of attention,anxiety sensitivity individuals had the attentional bias to negative emotional faces and avoidance in the late stage of attention.It suggests that the attentional bias of anxiety sensitivity individuals may have an important effect on the development of the mental disorders.

Objective To investigate the effect of sevoflurane intravenous inhalational anesthesia and remifentanil intravenous anesthesia for single lung ventilation in the department of thoracic surgery operation .Methods 80 patients using thoracic surgery were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group according to the number table methods ,the study group were treated with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia while the control group were treated with remifentanil intravenous anesthesia .HR,MAP and SBP of the two groups before induction of anes-thesia(T0),1min before intubation(T1),10min after ventilation(T2),30min after ventilation(T3) and 1min before extubation(T4) were compared,and recovery time,extubation time,directional force the recovery time were recorded of the two group.Results The HR in the two groups at T1,T2,T3,T4 time did not change significantly than T0 time, while MAP decreased significantly than T0 time,with significant difference (t =8.12,7.82,8.14,8.05,all P <0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05);The SBP in the study group did not change obviously at each time while the SBP in the control group at T 1 decreased significantly than T0 time,while it increased significantly at T 2 time than T1 time,with a significant difference ( t=10.51,5.34, 5.05,5.06,all P<0.05);The patients in study group were elevated blood pressure during anesthesia or decreased more than 30% occurred in 8 cases while the control group occurred in 24 cases,there was significant differences between the two groups (χ2 =13.33,P<0.05);The postoperative recovery time ,extubation time and orientation recovery time of the study group patients were (11.4 ±5.1)min,(13.4 ±6.8)min,(18.9 ±5.8)min,which were significantly lower than (19.5 ±5.2)min,(26.5 ±7.6)min,(21.9 ±7.8)min of the control group(t=5.34,6.12, 6.15,all P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane intravenous inhalational anesthesia has a better anesthetic effect for single lung ventilation in the department of thoracic surgery operation than remifentanil intravenous anesthesia ,and it can effectively maintain hemodynamics stability .

Objective: To determine the contents of ?-Asarone and ?-Asarone in Xing Nao nasal drops. Methods: HPLC was used with ODS C18 column (150mm?4.6mm, 5?m). Methanol mixture : water being 6 : 4 and Patassium biphoepate 1.4 and Dodecyl Sulphonic acid sodium salt 1.2g in 1000mL mixture served as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 257nm and flow rate being 1.0mL/min. Results: The mean recovery was 99.38 %(RSD=2.25 %) for ?-Asarone and 96.59 %(RSD=2.16) for ?-Asarone. Conclusion: this method is simple,rapid and accurate.

Objective To investigate effects of inhalation of sevoflurane at different time on pulmonary function and oxidative stress in patients with one lung ventilation.Methods 80 patients who needed external surgery according to the random grouping principle,were divided into sevoflurane preconditioning group(OLV for 30min after inhalation of sevoflurane),sevoflurane treatment group(OLV inhalation of sevoflurane),sevoflurane inhalation group(inhalation of sevoflurane),total intravenous group(propofol and remifentanil anesthesia) four groups,20 patients in each group,each group was treated accordingly.The differences of serum malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and intrapulmonary shunt(Qs/Qt) in the four groups were observed and compared at different time points.Results Compared with the other three groups,the intrapulmonary shunt fraction of the sevoflurane preconditioning group were significantly lower[(4.9±0.6)% vs.(6.1±0.5)%,(6.3±0.6)%,(5.9±0.4)%](x2=5.415,5,882,4.977,all P<0.05).The serum levels of MDA,SOD,LDH in the sevoflurane pretreatment group were significantly lower than those in the other three groups[(5.06±2.10)nmol/mL vs.(13.04±3.27)nmol/mL,(12.40±4.28)nmol/mL,(13.13±2.30)nmol/ml],[(58.7±5.9)U/L vs.(84.9±13.8)U/L,(93.9±21.1)U/L,(84.2±11.2)U/L],[(16.3±2.1)U/L vs.(43.1±7.2)U/L,(45.4±6.7)U/L,(35.8±5.1)U/L](t=8.076,7.448,8.277;12.917,15.506,12.586;11.375,12.239,8.220,all P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracic surgery in patients with one lung ventilation during anesthesia,using sevoflurane preconditioning anesthesia surgery can effectively improve the patients with intrapulmonary shunt rate,reduce the level of oxidative stress and improve the prognosis,it is worthy of further clinical application.

Objective To activate microglia N9 cell through the oxygen deficit, and to discuss the influence to the N9 cell by ginsenoside Rb1, laying the foundation for the basic study and the clinical medicine development. Methods Through ginsenoside Rb1 intervention, the cell morphology the proliferation ability were observed, ELISA, fluorescent probe DAF-FM DA, Griess the reagent examination, were used to measure TNF-α, the O-2 output, the NO content change, chemiluminescence, the immunofluorescence method, and plastochondria membrane potential, were carried out to detect the cytochrome C content. Results Regardless of being preventive or medical gives, ginsenoside Rb1 can decline the NO,O-2,TNF-α high expression; and reduce the plastochondria membrane potential changing, the cytochrome C redistribution. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rb1 can decline N9 cell activation to a certain extent, reduce expression of the nerve toxic factor, and to stabilize mitochondrial membrane potential and distribution of cytochrome C.

AIM:To investigate the effect of intense pulsed light on the meibomian gland dysfunction ( MGD) , and to observe whether the intense pulsed light can improve the symptoms and objective indexes of the patients with meibomian gland dysfunction. · METHODS: A retrospective noncomparative interventional case series was conducted. Totally 21 MGD patients (42 eyes) were selected from November 2016 to February 2017 in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, the results of the following tests is recorded:OSDI score, corneal fluorescein staining, tear break-up time, ocular surface analyzer, scanning confocal microscopy, all patients respectively were received intense pulsed light treatment 3 times at 3wk intervals, and followed up after 1mo. Paired sample t test was used to analyze the difference in outcome. ·RESULTS: In the 21 cases ( 42 eyes ) , the OSDI score decreased, the mean value before treatment was 30. 18 ± 4. 07, and the mean value after treatment was 24. 87±4. 32. The first tear film break-up time ( first, BUT) increased, the mean value before treatment was 5. 37 ± 0. 82s, the mean value after treatment was 7. 12 ± 0. 74s. The mean value of meibomian gland secretion scores before the treatment was 1. 57 ± 0. 52,the mean value after treatment was 1. 22 ± 0. 52. The mean value of corneal fluorescence staining before treatment was 0. 82 ± 0. 41, and the mean value after treatment was 0. 51 ± 0. 53, the difference was statistically significant (t=11. 2, 2. 68, 3. 31, 2. 78, 2. 61;P<0. 05). · CONCLUSION: Intense pulsed light can effectively improve the subjective symptoms of patients with MGD and alleviate the obstruction of meibomian glands. It is an important method for MGD treatment.

Shanghai University of TCM was the first Chinese medicine university that established field-grade experimental teaching center in China.And both of the Chinese medicine and Chinese herbs experimental teaching centers became national experimental teaching demonstration centers.There is general improvement in laboratories conditions,so the experimental teaching team building is the critical factor of improving experimental teaching quality.The experimental teaching team of Shanghai University of TCM consists of excellent teachers as its backbone,and lecturers and technicians from fields in traditional Chinese medicine Chinese herbs and clinical practices.The team members cooperate with each other by setting up experimental teaching research groups to improve teaching quality,which plays an important role in building experimental teaching demonstration center.

ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the surgical outcomes of endoscop ic and conventional open thyroidectomies in patients with thyroid disease.Methods116 patients with tyroid tumor were enrolled.56 patients underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy ( endoscopic group ),and 60 patients underwent conventional open thyroidectomy( conventional group).We analyzed the patients' clinic characteristics,surgical outcomes and complications between the two groups.ResultsThe blood loss was less in the endoscopic group than the open group[( 16.8 ± 9.6) ml vs ( 24.9 ± 14.2 ) ml,t =- 2.427,P ＜ 0.05].The degree of satisfaction for cosmetic outcome in endoscopy group( 96.4％ ) was higher than that in conventional group ( 16.7％ ) ( x2 =74.508,P ＜ 0.01 ).There was no significant difference in the operating time,volume of drainage and postoperative hospital stay between two groups,and there was no significant difference in the skin ecchymosis,redness and swelling and postoperative pain between two groups( all P ＞ 0.05).No severe postoperative complication was encountered,such as injuries of the re current or superior laryngeal nerve,parathyroid gland injury or massive hemorrhage.ConclusionEndoscopic thyroidectomy has less blood loss,mini-open and excellent cosmetic benefits compared with conventional open thyroidectomy.
