microRNAs (miRNAs) are small,non-coding,regulatory RNA molecules group expressed in tissues and cells in specific manner.They are well-known as playing crucial roles in cell homeostasis and carcinogenesis.In recent years,numerou of studys on individual miRNAs or miRNA patterns have been published.These study provided strong evidences that miRNAs might play important roles in malignant melanoma development and progression.Melanoma associated miRNAs often located in genomic regions with frequent gains and losses in tumours.This article focus on some individual miRNAs which involved in melanoma biology,by which may regulate many different target genes by several ways.The current therapy of this disease is also described.

Objective To explore the relation among physical exercise,depression among female college students and social support,and the multiple mediation effect of three dimensions of social support between physical exercise and depression.Methods A total of 300 female college students were selected and investigated using the physical activity rating scale-3 (PARS-3),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and social support rating scale(SSRS).The multiple mediation effects of the subjective support,objective support and support utilization were tested using the hierarchical regression and the bias-corrected non parametric percent Bootstrap method.Results The overall effect of multiple mediation was significant,accounting for 56％ of the total effect,while the direct effect of physical exercise on depression was not significant.As for the multiple mediation effects,the mediation effect of subjective support and support utilization was significant,while that of the objective support was not.Their mediation effect accounted for 47.3％,36.6％ and 16.1％ of the indirect effect respectively.Conclusion Social support has a mediation effect between physical exercise and depression among female college students,and the subjective support and support utilization are the main mediation factors.

From the volume of"YunQi" in "The literature investigation of TCM", we can tell YunQi theory occupied a major position in the Japanese medical literatures which spread from china. The primary books of YunQi edited by Japanese scholars reveal Japanese doctors are apt to use this theory to promote their clinical practice. The accordant cognition of Chinese and Japanese scholars is that Japanese doctors accept the value of YunQi theory and beware of it's deficiency in clinic.

Objective To design a public sentiment & panic degree analysis system for medical emergency.Methods Based on public sentiment monitoring through Internet,web-based data-mining technology was applied to measurement of public panic.Results A new idea for monitoring of public sentiment & panic degree during medical emergency was put forward.Conclusion Medical emergency results in not only material loss,but also public panic,and Internet makes public panic spread rapidly.The public sentiment & panic degree analysis system can provide decision support when the authorities perform emergency management.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of topical glucocorticoids combined with a moisturizer containing antimicrobial peptides in the treatment of persistent localized eczema. Methods A total of 60 patients with localized eczema were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 topically applied Fuqing gel (an antimicrobial dressing) and hydrocortisone butyrate cream twice a day for 2 weeks, and group 2 topically applied the vehicle of Fuqing gel and hydrocortisone butyrate cream twice a day for 2 weeks. Recovered patients were followed up once every 4 weeks for 12 weeks. Bacterial culture was performed for 5 patients with suspected local Staphylococcus. aureus infection, including 3 patients in group 1 and 2 in group 2, before and after the 2?week treatment. Therapeutic effects were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with group 2, group 1 showed a signifi?cantly higher response rate after 1?week treatment(χ2 = 5.455, P < 0.05), but significantly lower eczema area and severity index(EASI)scores after 1? and 2?week treatment(both P < 0.05). Before the treatment, S. aureus was detected in all the 5 patients. After 2?week treatment, S. aureus was undetected in all the 3 patients in group 1, but was still detected in the other 2 patients in group 2. The treatment was rated as ineffective in none of 7 recovered patients in group 1 during the 12?week follow up, but in 2 of 5 recovered patients in group 2 at week 10. Conclusion Fuqing gel combined with glucocorticoid ointment is safe and effective for the treatment of localized eczema, and can be applied in clinic.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of topical hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with a skin cream dressing in the treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (AD) .Methods:From July 2019 to June 2020, a randomized, open, controlled clinical study was conducted in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University. Sixty patients with mild to moderate AD were enrolled into this study, and randomly divided into 2 groups by using a random number table. The patients in test group topically applied a skin cream dressing (trade name FORENéE) followed by hydrocortisone butyrate cream, and those in control group topically applied the vehicle of the cream dressing followed by hydrocortisone butyrate cream. The treatment was carried out twice a day for 4 weeks. Visits were scheduled at baseline and after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, efficacy was evaluated, and adverse reactions were recorded. Repeated measures analysis of variance and chi-square test were used to compare efficacy and safety between the 2 groups.Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in eczema area and severity index (EASI) , visual analogue scale (VAS) or investigator global assessment (IGA) scores between the 2 groups (all P < 0.05) . After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the response rate was significantly higher in the test group (86.67%[26/30], 93.33%[28/30], respectively) than in the control group (60.00%[18/30], 73.33%[22/30]; χ2=5.455, 4.320, respectively, both P < 0.05) . After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the remission rate of pruritus ( χ2=4.320, 4.022, respectively, both P < 0.05) and treatment success (IGA 0/1) rate ( χ2=6.667, 15.429, respectively, both P < 0.05) were significantly higher in the test group than in the control group. There was no drug-related adverse reactions in the 2 groups. Conclusion:Hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with FORENéE skin cream dressing is safe and effective in the treatment of mild to moderate AD, and can be applied to clinical practice.

Objective The different distribution and clinical significance of mean platelet volume (MPV) in the healthy normoglycemic and impaired fasting glucose (IFG) individuals were discussed.Methods The 499 individuals including 184 male and 315 female,who had undergone health checks in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital during May and July 2012 were studied retrospectively.Average age is forty-five ( thirty-five to eighty).Subjects were categorized into four groups according to fasting plasma glucose ( FPG) levels:G1 (3.89 mmol/L≤FPG<5 mmol/L, n=125),G2(5 mmol/L≤FPG <5.5 mmol/L, n=121), G3(5.5 mmol/L≤FPG<6.1 mmol/L, n=142), and G4(6.1 mmol/L≤FPG<7 mmol/L, n=111).G1, G2, and G3 are defined as normal FPG groups and G 4 is defined as IFG group.Eighty-nine cases in the same age patients with type II diabetes mellitus group ( G5 ) were observed at the same time.Results The MPV increased with the increasing FPG levels in the following order:G1(8.62 ±0.77) fl, G2 (8.85 ±0.80) fl, G3(8.90 ±0.69) fl,G4(9.14 ±0.78) fl and G5(12.03 ±1.42) fl.MPV[(12.03 ±1.42) fl] of type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus group(G5) was higher than that in the IFG group (G4)[(9.14 ±0.78) fl] and normal FPG groups[G1(8.62 ±0.77) fl,G2(8.85 ±0.80) fl,G3(8.90 ±0.69) fl] (F=12.773,P<0.01);MPV of the IFG group [ ( 9.14 ±0.78 ) fl ] was significantly higher than that in normal FPG groups [ G1 (8.62 ±0.77) fl,G2(8.85 ±0.80) fl,G3(8.90 ±0.69) fl] (F=12.773,P<0.01 for G4 vs.G1 and G2, P<0.05 for G4 vs.G3) ;MPV in the high-normal glucose group (G3) [(8.90 ±0.69) fl] was obviously higher than that in the low-normal glucose group (G1) [(8.62 ±0.77) fl] (F=12.773,P<0.05);MPV was positively associated with FPG in normal FPG groups ,IFG group and type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus group (G1-3:r=0.22, P<0.05;G4:r=0.26, P<0.01;G5:r=0.29, P<0.01).Conclusions Significant difference of MPV was observed in population of different FPG levels.Especially, MPV in IFG group was evidently higher than that in normal FPG group and was positively associated with FPG levels.

Objective To summarize the clinical features,treatment and prognosis of bullous systemic lupus erythematosus (BSLE).Methods Clinical data were collected from 6 cases of BSLE between May 2009 and September 2015,and were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 6 patients,2 were male and 4 were female.The mean age of onset was 34 years.All the 6 patients presented with tense blisters and bullae arising on an erythematous base or normal skin,which were arranged in an annular pattern in 3 patients.The SLE Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI) score was ＞ 4 in all the 6 patients.Histopathological examination showed subepidermal blisters or fissures in all the patients.Direct immunofluorescence (DIF) revealed continuous linear deposition of immunoglobulin G (IgG),IgM and IgA in all the patients,linear deposition of C3 in 4 patients,and linear deposition of Clq in 2 patients at the basement membrane zone (BMZ).All the 6 patients were treated with oral glucocorticoids and hydroxychloroquine,and 2 patients were additionally treated with cyclophosphamide.During the follow-up period,adverse reactions to different extents were observed in the 6 patients.Conclusions BSLE mainly occurs in young and middle-aged people.Histopathologically,subepidermal blisters or fissures can be observed with linear deposition of IgG,IgM,IgA,or C3 along the basement membrane zone on DIF.

Objective:To study the direct effects of gradient concentration inteiferon-a(IFN-a) on lymphoma cells line Daudi and Jur-kat and a group of 15 cases refractory lymphoma. Methods: The effects of IFN-a on the growth of tumor cells were assayed by MTT, apoptosis were measured by flow cytometty, TUNEL and electron-microscope, 15 refractory lymphoma cases were treated by local injection of IFN-a combination chemotherapy.Results: Low-dose IFN-a did not have any significant effects on growth of Daudi and Jurkat cells, high-dose IFN-a (10 000U/ml) not only have significant anti-proliferative effects with dependence of time and dosage but also can induce apoptosis on both Daudi and Jurkat cells. 5 patients achieved a complete remission and 7 patients achieved a partial remission, the overall response rate was 80% .Conclusion:IFN-a( 10 000 U/ml) had significant anti-proliferative effects and inducing apoptosis on lymphoma cells.Local injection of IFN-a is one of effective therapy on refractory lymphoma.
