This study aimed at exploring the economic operation and developing trend of county-level public TCM hospitals in Guangxi Province,promoting the comprehensive reform of county-level public hospitals with feasible countermeasures and suggestions.In this study,forty-seven county-level public TCM hospitals were involved in the analysis of their economic operations and benefits by constituent ratio analysis,ratio analysis and trend analysis.As a result,the average gross income of the hospitals exceeded the total expenditure with a slight surplus.Drug income contributed the biggest share of the medical income,while the ratio of Chinese drug income to the medical income was increasing year by year.The debt ratio increased from 38.7％ in 2009 up to 44.6％ in 2013,being over 30％ in this period.In conclusion,it was demonstrated that problems were found in the lack of financial assistance,the low efficiency of economic management and the increasing average medical charges,which should be addressed by increasing investments to TCM hospitals,strengthening the performance appraisal and adjusting the charges of TCM medical services.

In this experiment six methods,calcium chloride(CaCl_(2)) precipitation,polyethylene glycol(PEG,pH7.0) precipitation,polyethylene glycol(PEG,pH11.5) precipitation,aluminum chloride(AlCl_(3)) precipitation,Amicon Utcra centrifugal filter devices and cellulose nitrate membrane were used to concentrate the vaccine poliovirus type 1(PV_(1)) added to water body;experimental conditions for concentration were selected and optimized.The results showed that two methods,CaCl_(2)and PEG(pH 7.0) precipitation were suitable for concentrating virus in large volumes of water while amicon utcra centrifugal filter devices for small ones.The virus recovery of the three methods reached a 100% rate.

Objective To explore the diagnostic values of adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity,C-readive protein (CRP) content and IFN-γ content for tuberculous pleurisy.Methods Fifty-nine cases with tuberettlous pleurisy,20 cases malignant tumor with pleural fluid and 12 cases of the other pleural fluid were studied,ADA activity,CRP content and IFN-γ content of pleurnl fluid and serum were detected in those patients.Results The pleural fluid activity of ADA[(50.98±13.07)U/L],content of CRP[(142.90±51.42)mg/L]and content of IFN-γ [(139.46±70.43)ng/L] in tuberculous pleurisy were significantly higher than those in malignant tumor and the other pleural fluid (P＜0.05 or＜0.01).When regarded 45 U/L as critical value of ADA in tnberculous pleurisy,the sensitive rate,special rate and clinical diagnose accordance rate were 80.4%,96.9%and 86.4%respectively,110,mg/L as critical value of CRP,they were 78.6%,81.2%,and 79.5% respectvely.100 ng/L as critical value of IFH-γ,they were 83.9%,93.8% and 87.5% respeelively.Combined detection of them in tuberculous pleurisy,the sensitive tale,specinl rate and clinical diagnose accordance rate were 94.5%,97.8% and 94.3% respectively.Conclusion Combined delection of ADA activity,CRP content and IFN-γ content in pleural fluid can improve the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.

Medical laboratories provide test data and consultation services and are engaged in ensuring test results being timely,accurate and reliable,which are satisfactory for their service recipients.A summary of the customer satisfaction theory and quality management system,and an analysis of problems found in the quality management of such laboratories,attempt to pinpoint underlying causes of service quality setbacks.Based on such studies,the quality management system is built in accordance with customer satisfaction theory and CNAS-CL02 Accreditation Criteria for the Quality and Competence of Medical Laboratories (ISO 15189:2007).Such efforts aim to continuously improve service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

At present, the monitoring methods fwor intracranial pressure adopted in clinical practice are almost all invasive. The invasive monitoring methods for intracranial pressure were accurate, but they were harmful to the patient's body. Therefore, non-invasive methods for intracranial pressure monitoring must be developed. Since 1980, many non-invasive methods have been sprung out in succession, but they can not be used clinically. In this paper, research contents and progress of present non-invasive intracranial pressure monitoring are summarized. Advantages and disadvantages of various ways are analyzed. And finally, perspectives of development for intracranial pressure monitoring are presented.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of histogram analysis of susceptible signal intensity in differentiating papillary (pRCC) from chromophobe renal cell carcinoma(ChRCC). Methods Thirteen cases with pRCC and 9 cases with ChRCC, who underwent susceptible-weighted imaging(SWI), MR common scanning and enhancement, were assessed retrospectively. The histogram parameters of susceptible signal intensity were measured, including maximum, minimum, mean, median, skewness and kurtosis. The independent samples t test(normal distribution) and Mann-Whitney rank sum test(skewed distribution) were used to compare the differences in SWI parameters between pRCCs and ChRCCs. Receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the efficiency of the whole-tumor SWI parameters in differentiating pRCCs from ChRCCs. Results The significant differences of the minimum, mean, median and skewness between pRCCs and ChRCCs were present(P<0.05), and there was no significant differences in maximum and kurtosis between between pRCCs and ChRCCs(P>0.05). In all the histogram parameters, the area of ROC curve of mean value was largest(0.80). The sensitivity of minimum value (84.62％) was the highest and and the specificity of skewness(100.00％) was the highest. Conclusion Histogram analysis of susceptible signal intensity can help differentiate pRCCs from ChRCCs.

ObjectiveTo evaluate gallbladder conserving gallstone removal and polyps resection using combination laparoscopy,hard gallbladder endoscopy and soft choledochoscopy.MethodsClinical data of 122 patients with cholecystolithiasis or polyps undergoing removal of calculus (polyps) and preservation of gallbladder were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsGallstones in 56 patients and polyps in 24 cases was removed or resected successfully by laparoscopy and hard gallbladder endoscopy; In the remaining 34 cases stones were completely removed by combination soft choledochoscopy; 8 cases were converted to laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Romoved stone was single in 25 cases and multiple in 65 cases,with the number ranging from 1to 52,the diameter of stone ranged from 0.2 cm to 3.2 cm.In the 24 gallbladder polyps,7 cases were single,17 cases were multiple,the diameter of polyp ranged from 0.8cm to 1.2 cm.The operation time was 40-125 (78) min. The mean hospitalization was 4 days. No intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred.All patients were followed up for 1year.Gallstones recurred in 3 cases,and the recurrence rate was 3.06％. ConclusionsLaparoscopy combined with hard gallbladder endoscopy and soft choledochoscopy for removing calculi (polyp) and conserving gallbladder is safe and feasible.

Objective To prepare lianzhang microemulsion and investigate its physicochemical properties. Methods The formulation was optimized with the pseudo-ternary phase diagrams drawn in a titration method. The process parameters were screened by a single factor test, and the physical and chemical properties of the microemulsion were preliminarily studied. Results The formulation of lianzhang microemulsion was as follows:copts root extracts:polygonum cuspidatum extractstea oilEL35 propylene glycolwater as 11. 417721. The microemulsion was obtained with mean diameter of 30. 9 nm by stirring the solution for 20 min at 1 400 r·min-1 and 75 ℃. The particles were uniformly distributed,and the microemulsion was clear and transparent without turbidity,phase separation and precipitation after the temperature test and acceleration test. Conclusion The preparation technology of lianzhang microemulsion is simple and stable.
