2.Progress in correlation of long non-coding RNA with breast cancer invasion and metastasis
Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;43(5):566-569
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a group of functional RNA molecules, which is more than 200 nucleotides in length and lacks ability of encoding protein. The current study indicates that the abnormal expression of lncRNA is closely related with breast cancer progression. Some lncRNA takes part in regulating the process of breast cancer invasion and metastasis. This article reviews the abnormal expression of lncRNA in breast cancer and the relevance with breast cancer invasion and metastasis, which is expected to provide new strategy for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
3.The research progress on cancer multidrug resistance mechanisms
Practical Oncology Journal 2015;(4):364-367
The multidrug resistance( MDR) has become one of the key factors in the success of chemo-therapy.Thus,overcoming multidrug resistance of tumor has become a pressing matter of the moment for tumor therapy. The mechanism of MDR is a very complicated process, influenced by many factors. Therefore, the tumor multidrug resistance mechanisms in depth study will help to select more appropriate anti-tumor drugs. In this re-view,we described about MDR mechanisms researching progress in recent years.

Using the experiences of domestic and other countries on rehabilitation nursing of patients with femoroacetabalar impingement for reference,a balanced rehabilitation procedure was designed and implemented on 16 patients underwent arthroscopic bone forming surgery in acetabulum and femoral head and neck junction. The patients could master the correct metheds of functional exercises. As a result,no postoperative complications occurred. The score of modified Harris hip rating was increased from 62.4 points before surgery to 92.5 points at six months after surgery.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To explore the clinical manifestation and laboratory examination of chronic diarrhea in children with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) and analyze the reasons that causes the chronic diarrhea in children. Methods Clinical data of 7 patients (male 4 cases, famale 3 cases)with AIDS with manifestation of chronic diarrhea among the 17 cases were diagnosed as AIDS in Beijing children′s hospital from Jan.1999 to Dec.2006.The time of diarrhea, degree of dinrrhea, characteristic of stool, accompaniment symptom, laboratory examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average onset age was 6 years old(from 2-9 years old). The average time of diarrhea was 6 months(from 1-16 months).Four cases main complained with chronic diarrhea,3 cases came to the hospital because of fever, cough and wasting;6 cases with diarrhea,7 cases with malnutrition and anemia,5 cases accompanied hypokalemia and metabolic acidosis,6 cases had delay in growth and development,2 cases with abnormal stool routine exam,1 case with positive stool culture of fungi. All patients were with lower CD4,5 cases with lower CD4/CD8.Conclusions Chronic diarrhea is a common symptom in children with AIDS,and usually accompanied by obvious delay in growth and development, malnutrition and anemia, the reasons that causes the chronic diarrhea are consi-dered to be related with both the opportunistic infection and HIV infection.

Objective To evaluate the association of gastrointestinal failure(GIF)with ICU hospital days, mechanical ventilation days and mortality,to identify its risk factors. Methods A retrospective analysis of patients (n=1836)admired to ICU and EICU during the years from 2003 to 2007 was performed to evaluate the association between GIF and their length of stay, mechanical ventilation days and mortality. The ability of APACHE Ⅱ,SOFA and age in predicting the incidence rate of GIF was identified. Results GIF was significantly related to higher mortality,as well as prolonged length of ICU stay and mechanical ventilation respectively.Age,APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA scores at admission were identified as the risk factors for the development of GIF.Condusion GIF should be considered a relevant clinical predictor of mcreased mortality and prolonged ICU stay and mechanical ventilation.Age,APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA scores are sensitive risk factors for the development of GIF.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(02):-
Objective To study the long-term outcome of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in drug refractory heart failure patients through retrospective analysis and to ivestigate the underline reasons of unsuccessful cases in the study. Methods The study comprised a total of 48 patients (mean age 70?18.5 years; 83% male) with New York Heart Association class Ⅲ (86%) or class Ⅳ (14%) heart failure and LVEF≤35%. All patients fulfilled the standard CRT indications with the QRS duration ≥130 and LVEDd≥60 mm. Only one of the 48 patients was implanted with a combination of automatic implantable cardioverter-defibrillator and CRT device. The outcome of CRT was evaluated in terms of QRS duration, LVEF through echocardiography, 6 minute hall walk and tissue doppler echocardiography. Results Within a mean clinical follow-up of 29.0?7.5 month, the QRS duration was significantly shortened by biventricular pacing compared with right ventricular or left ventricular pacing. [(169?26) ms vs (188?40) ms and (222?34) ms vs (212?42) ms, respectively]. The NYHA functional class was improved from class Ⅲ-Ⅳ before the operation to class Ⅰ-Ⅱ at 1 week and 1 month during the follow up period. LVEF increased gradually from (28.30?3.94)% to (37.80?3.98)% after one week and increased to (42.99?7.87)% at the end of the follow-up. There was significant difference in LVEF before and 1 week after the operation (P
