Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of amended concave position in gynecological laparoscopy surgery. Methods: Eighty ASAⅠ~Ⅱ patients with gynecological laparoscopy surgery were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in group A were adopted Trendelenburg position; the patients in group B were adopted amended concave position. The Ppeak and PETCO2 in the two groups were recorded during surgery, the time of extubation and the adverse effects as nausea, vomiting, shivering was recorded after surgery. Results: The Ppeak and PETCO2 of group A were higher than that of group B(t=2.526,t=2.838, t=2.881;P<0.05). The time of extubation of group A were higher than that of group B after surgery(t=2.515,t=2.436;P<0.05).Conclusion: Adopting amended concave position can reduce Ppeak and PETCO2 in gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and it is helpful for postoperative recovery of the patients with gynecological laparoscopy surgery.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective:To explore the relationship between cognitive deficits and oxidative stress in male patients with heroin dependence (MPHD). Methods: The cognitive function of 140 MPHD and 75 healthy controls were evaluated with Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS), Cancellation Test (CT) and Modified Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (M-WCST). The levels of serum nitric oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected in colorimetry. Results:The performances of WMS, CT and M-WCST in MPHD were significantly lower than that in healthy controls (93.7?13.8/102.9?12.3, t=-2.83; 161.6?32.8/194.4?26.5, t=-4.28; 18.8?7.8/25.0?7.5, t=-3.38, P

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of pleasant events among community-dwelling dementia patients. Methods Totally 266 community-dwelling dementia patients were recruited from Bei-jing,Guangzhou and Tianjin, and were investigated with the Chinese-version Pleasant Events Schedule-AD(PES-AD). Results The overall score of PES-AD was (14.0±6.7). The factor scores from high to low were sensory stimulation activities(0.9±0.5),family activities(0.8±0.5),emotional stimulation activities(0.8±0.4) and autonomy activities(0.6± 0.5). Multiple linear regression showed that the severity of disease, without chronic disease, educational level of de-mentia patients and their caregivers were significant influencing factors of pleasant events, which explained 41.1% of the total variance. Conclusion Sensory stimulation activities of community-dwelling dementia patients were relatively satisfactory, followed by family activities and emotional stimulation activities, but autonomy activities were relatively unsatisfactory. It is suggested to choose appropriate pleasant activities according to the severity of disease for de-mentia patients to improve their quality of life.

Objective To compare the difference of impact on the cellular immunity between laparoscopic and transabdominal radical hysterectomy. Methods 60 patients with early cervical cancer (Ⅰa2~Ⅱa1), half of them were assigned to do abdominal radical hysterectomy (ARH) and the other half for laparoscopic radical hysterectomy (LRH). Adopt flow cytometry (FCM) detect peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, NK cells, CIK cells and T lymphocyte ac-tivation function on one day before surgery, one day, five days, and 28 days after the surgery separately. Compare the changes of immune status. Results After one day, the number of T lymphocyte subsets declined compared with preoperative one day(P <0.05). After five days, each index in LRH group was increased compared with postoperative one day, and the degree of decline is less than the ARH group ( P< 0.05), and recovered faster. After one day, the number of HLA-DR+CD3+in LRH group compared with the preoperative one day declined and HLA-DR+CD8+in-creased, and the degree of change is less than the ARH group, and recovered faster. Conclusions Immune function in patients after laparoscopic group was less changed, and recovered quickly, while the immune function were less inhibited, it may protect patients' immune function better.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristic and diagnosis and treatment of HLAP.Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with HLAP were reviewed retrospectively. Results 38 cases were diagnosed as HLAP(10.7%),that included 29 cases with mild acute panereatitis(76.3%) and 9 cases with severe acute panereatitis(23.7%).34 patients were treated by nonsurgical methods(89.5% ),4 by surgery(10.5%),As a result,36 cases were cured and 2 cases with severe acute pancreatitis died. Conclusions HLAP are common, and have particular clinical manifestations.Treatment for HLAP is mainly by nonoperative management.Reducing the blood triglyceride could quickly alleviate symptoms.Surgical treatment should be adopted according to the severity of panereatitis.

AIM:Activin A,a member of transforming growth factor superfamily,is the negative regulator factor in liver regeneration. In this study, the effects of extract of Ginkgo Biloba on hepatic fibrosis and the expression of Activin A in rats with cirrhosis were investigated. METHODS:The experiment was performed at in the Central Laboratory of Wuhan First Hospital from September 2005 to December 2006. ①Thirty-six male SD rats of(160?20) g were randomized into 3 groups:control group, model group and treatment group. ② Except the rats in the control group, others were intraperitoneally injected with 500 mL/L CCl4 for 8 weeks to establish models of hepatic fibrosis. Meanwhile, the extract treatment group was infused with the extract of Ginkgo Biloba(Chinese drugs preparation laboratory of Wuhan First Hospital, detected by Hubeu Wushi Medicine Industry Co.,Ltd. No. 02-391) daily for 8 weeks. ③After administration, all anesthetized rats were sacrificed. Blood samples were collected for the determination of liver function biochemical indexes. Liver tissue samples were used for histopathological examinations. The expression of Activin A was determined by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. RESULTS:All 36 rats were involved in the final analysis. ①The liver function in extract treatment group was significantly improved compared with that in model group. ②The grade of fibrosis in extract treatment group were remarkably lower than that in model group under light microscope. ③The positive staining of Activin A in treatment group was significantly reduced compared with model group. ④The expression of Activin A mRNA in extract treatment group was significantly reduced compared with model group. CONCLUSION:Extract of Ginkgo Biloba can effectively decrease the expression of Activin A in rats with hepatic fibrosis caused by CCl4,and lessen the degree of hepatic fibrosis.

Objective: To study the adscription of plasma effective constituents of rat after oral administration of alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera. Methods: Based on the established HPLC analytical method of plasma effective constituents, analysis and comparison were carried out among HPLC profi les of plasma samples obtained after oral administration of alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera, blank plasma, alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera. Results: Sixteen compounds were detected under the method, three of them were architypes of compound contained in alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera, and the others were metabolites.Through the comparison of the UV spectra, seven metabolites remain essential structure because the max wavelength was same to the architypes’,the other six metabolites’ structure changed greatly. Conclusion: Through the study of the adscription of plasma effective constituents of rat after oral administration of alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera, the structure of metabolites can be conjectured, which may be helpful to study the ADME and mechanism of action.
