Objective To explore the locating, parameter measurement and 3D display of nucleus accumbens in human brain in terms of digital anatomy .Methods The raw data of the head specimen of a 45-year-old male adult with 0.5mm as the section spacing was collected by using digital milling machine .Three hundreds images of continual cross sections containing brain were chosen and the segmentation of the caudate nucleus , putamen and nucleus accumbens was accomplished with Photoshop CS .The nucleus accumbens on the images of continual coronal section reconstruction were distinguished according to Harvard Medical School ’ s segment method to calculate the volume of nucleus accumbens and collect the correlative location information .The caudate nucleus , putamen and nucleus accumbens were 3D visualize with the software of Amira 3.1.1.Results The nucleus accumbens , the adjoining structure and the lesion target of nucleus accumbens were all clearly visible .The left nucleus accumbens volume was 972.5mm3 , and the right was 830.6mm3 .The 3D coordinate value was the left ( -11.0, 24.4, 1.3) and the right (9.3, 23.9, 1.7).Conclusion The digital anatomy of nucleus accumbens can distinctly display the nucleus accumbens , form and confirm it ’ s volume, location and adjoining area , which is useful to clinician .

BACKGROUND:Human amniotic epithelial cells have some properties of stem cells, which can be induced to differentiate into corneal epithelial cells, but cannot be tracedin vitro. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the feasibility and infection efficiency of adenovirus vector carrying enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) into the human amniotic epithelial cells. METHODS:The adenovirus vectors carrying EGFP was transferred into human amniotic epithelial cells culturedin vitro. After cultured and amplified, the morphology difference between transfected and non-transfected human amniotic epithelial cels was observed. The transfected human amniotic epithelial cells were observed under fluorescence microscope, and the cell cycle and the expression rate of EGFP in transfected human amniotic epithelial cells were detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:No obvious difference in the cell morphology was found between transfected human amniotic epithelial cells and normal human amniotic epithelial cells cultured in vitro. Flow cytometry analysis revealed that the EGFP positive rate was highest and reached up to 99.01% at 48 hours after transient transfection. The cell cycle of human amniotic epithelial cells transfected by the adenovirus vector was slowed a bit. To conclude, the adenovirus vector is a good medium of transfecting EGFP into human amniotic epithelial cells, and makes it more convenient to observe the further transformation of human amniotic epithelial celsin vitro.

Objective To investigate the relationship between impulsive behaviors and the errorrelated negativity (ERN) component of event-related potentials of error processing in heroin addicts.Methods Using the paradigms for psychological experiment,the Iowa gambling task (IGT) was performed both in heroin addiction group (HA group,20 cases) and healthy control group (HC group,20 cases),and the inspection of electroencephalography was underwent in all subjects concurrently.Following the collection of data,the amplitude and latency of ERN were compared between the two groups,and then the relationship between the amplitude of ERN and the scores of Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BIS-11) was analyzed separately.Results Decision-making course had no effect on the net score remarkably in HA group (F =1.21,P ＞0.05).Compared with HC group(64.3 ±8.4,73.8 ± 16.4),BIS score as well as the numbers of high frequency loss cards were significantly higher in HA group(75.2 ±7.6,105.5 ±22.2; t =-5.39,-9.24 ; P ＜ 0.05),while both the two groups had visible waveforms of ERN,and the amplitude was markedly lower in HA group(HA:(4.23 ±0.87) μV,HC:(6.11 ± 1.09) μV; t =5.96,P ＜0.05),but no statistical difference was found in latency of these two groups(HC:(102.1 ±28.2) ms,HA:(107.8 ±24.2) ms;t =-0.62,P =0.54),and the amplitude of the two groups was negatively associated with BIS score respectively in both two groups (HC:r =-0.66,HA:r =-0.78 ; both P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The reduced capability of error processing maybe partly contribute to both addiction and relapse to heroin addict,and the ERN event-related potential could be regarded as an indicator of impulsive behaviors and the capability error processing.

Objective Through the research and analysis of guangdong medical college affiliated hospital orthopaedic hospitalized patients with a diagnosis of osteoporosis in Zhanjiang,this paper provide theoretical basis for the prevention of osteoporosis frac-ture.Methods The elderly aged over 40 years old,living in this area for a long time.Data was collected from August 2012 to Feb-ruary 2014,hospitalized patients in guangdong medical college affiliated hospital were diagnosed with osteoporosis.Contents include general situation survey,medical examination,venous blood tests and bone mineral density testing.Results Fracture group average age is older than the non fracture group;the fracture group lumbar spine bone mineral density(LSBMD)and femoral neck bone min-eral density(FNBMD)T value and Z value and serum calcium group is greater than the fracture and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Fracture group in gender divided into two groups for comparison,in which women older than men,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),male LSBMD T and Z values and FNBMD T value is greater than the female and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).According to the 10 year age group,Each age group compared with the frac-ture number and non fracture number,in the age group of 70-80 fracture number were the most;All age groups in LSBMD,FNB-MD,serum calcium(Ca)and VitD compared,non fracture group is most higher than that of fracture group.The influence factors of the fractures for non conditional Logistic regression analysis,age,LSBMD,FNBMD T value increased were risk factors for fracture, VitD,FNBMD,LSBMD T value increased were protective factors of fracture.Conclusion Need as soon as possible to prevent osteo-porosis,especially before the age of 40,try to improve the peak bone density,to prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis in the future.

Objective:To investigate the expression of autophagy related genes microtubule-associated protein 1 light 3 (LC3) and forkhead box protein 1 light 3 (FoxO1) in gastric cancer tissues and its significance. Methods:The expression of LC3 and FoxO1 protein were examined by immunohistochemical SP method in 29 gastric cancer tissues and adjacent cancer tissues, their relationship with some tumor pathological parameters was analyzed. Results:The positive rates of expression of LC3 and FoxO1 protein in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent cancer tissues (P<0.01) .The expression level of LC3 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and depth of tumor invasion, while it had no correlation with gender, age, tumor location and size of gastric cancer. The expression level of FoxO1 in gastric cancer was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation,while it had no correlation with gender,age,tumor location,size of gastric cancer,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and depth of tumor invasion.Conclusion:Expression level of autophagy related genes LC3 and FoxO1 increased in gastric cancer tissues, and both of them are correlated with tumor differentiation, moreover, a high expression of FoxO1 is an frequent event in early gastric cancer, which suggested that increased level of autophagy activity plays an important role in promoting the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.

Objective:To analyze and explore the independent risk factors of 28-day mortality in patients with septic myocardial injury.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted to collect clinical data of 505 patients diagnosed with sepsis related myocardial injury admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from January 2015 to December 2020. According to the 28-day survival status of patients, they were divided into survival group and death group. COX multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the 28-day mortality rate of sepsis related myocardial injury patients, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were drawn to evaluate the effectiveness of independent risk factors in predicting the 28-day mortality rate of sepsis related myocardial injury patients.Results:A total of 505 patients with sepsis myocardial injury were included, of which 282 survived on 28 days and 223 died, with a mortality rate of 44.16%. COX multivariate regression analysis showed that Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score, Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ) score, blood lactate (LAC), oxygenation index (PaO 2/FiO 2), admission heart rate, and albumin were independent risk factors for sepsis associated myocardial injury mortality at 28 days (all P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of SOFA score was 0.766 2, and the 95% confidence interval (95% CI) was 0.724 5-0.807 9; The predictive value of 28-day mortality in sepsis associated myocardial injury patients was superior to APACHE Ⅱ score, LAC, PaO 2/FiO 2, admission heart rate, and albumin [The AUC values were 0.754 1(0.711 5-0.796 7), 0.752 6(0.710 1-0.795 1), 0.697 0(0.649 7-0.744 2), 0.623 2(0.573 7-0.672 7), and 0.620 3(0.570 8-0.669 7), respectively]. Conclusions:SOFA score, APACHE Ⅱ score, LAC, PaO 2/FiO 2, admission heart rate, and albumin are independent risk factors for the 28-day mortality rate of sepsis related myocardial injury. Clinical practice should identify these factors early, intervene early, and improve patient prognosis.

OBJECTIVEDominant disease menu of mental and behavioral disorder of acupuncture therapy was summarized and obtained in this article.

METHODSLiteratures on clinical treatment of mental and behavioral disorder with acupuncture were picked up from CBMdisc and CNKI during 1978 to 2007. Types of mental and behavioral disorder and report frequency of each disease treated with acupuncture were counted. And dominant diseases which were favorable to be treated with acupuncture were acquired through analysis and inductive method.

RESULTSTwenty-nine diseases of mental and behavioral disorder are favorable to be treated with acupuncture which were mentioned in totally 1967 related documents. It is found that the number of reports of sleep disorder, depression, hysteria aphronesia, dementia and sexual disorder are ranked as the top five.

CONCLUSIONIt is concluded that the preponderant diseases of mental and behavioral disorder treated by acupuncture are dementia, withdrawal syndrome, mental retardation, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleep disorder, gastrointestinal neurosis (gastrointestinal disorders), depression, alcoholism and globus hystericus.

Objective To observe the influences of electroacupuncture on the content of hypothalamus enkephalin(ENK)and spinal orphanin FQ(OFQ)in rats with chronic inflammatory pain,and investigate the mechanism of electroacupuncture in single acupoint in the treatment of chronic inflammatory pain.Method All SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,acupuncture group,and electroacupuncture group.The content of hypothalamus ENK and spinal OFQ were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Result In the model group the content of hypothalamus ENK and spinal OFQ did not increase(P＞0.05)compared with those in the normal group,and those increased respectively in the acupuncture group(P＜0.01,P＜0.05)and the electroacupuncture group (P＜0.01,P＜0.05)compared with those in the model group.Conclusion Acupuncture and electroacupuncture in single acupoint can relieve chronic inflammatory pain,and the mechanism may be related to the improvement of ENK and OFQ synthesis and release in central nervous system.

OBJECTIVETo observe the relationship between protein sythesis and cardiomyocyte viability in neonatal rats.

METHODSThe protein sythesis in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes was measured according to Brandford's method, the absorbance at 490 nm (A(490 nm)) of the cells was measured with MTT assay and the cell viability evaluated by the ratio of A(490 nm) to the total cell number.

RESULTSET-1 increased cardiomyocyte protein synthesis dose-dependently, and this effect was attenuated by the application of lacidipine and tetramethylpyrazines Higher doses of ET-1 resulted in lower A(490 nm)/total cell number ratio, which was further lowered by larcidipine and tetramethylpyrazine.

CONCLUSIONThe status of protein synthesis is not associated with the viability of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.
