Objective To evaluate the enhancement effect of SLC(secondary lymphoid tissue chemokine)gene mediated by a repli- cation deficient recombinant adenovirus(Ad)on human pancreatic cancer in vitro and vivo and to investigate the mechanism of action of SLC.Methods Human pancreatic carcinoma cell line ASPC-1 was infected with Ad-SLC and Ad-CFG,and compared with phosphate buffered saline(PBS).MTT(3,-[4,5-dimethyhhiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyhetrazolium bromide)assay was used to estimate the proliferation of ASPC-1 cells;tube formation assay and choriallantoic membrane assay were used to evaluate angiogenesis in vivo and in vitro.Xenografted nude mice with pancreatic cancer were established to observe in vivo tumour growth suppression.Microvessel density re- vealed by CD34 immunohistochemical staining was measured and TIL in tumor region was also evaluated. Results Growth and tube forma- tion of ASPC-1 cells infected with Ad-SLC were suppressed significantly compared with cells infected with Ad-CFG or ceils treated with PBS.Neovascularisation in the Ad-SLC group was less than that in the PBS and Ad-CFG groups, based on chorioallantoic mem- brane results.Volumes of pancreatic tumours in the Ad-SLC group were significantly smaller than those in the PBS and Ad-CFG groups at the end of the treatment period.Microvessel density in the Ad-SLC group was significantly lower than that in the Ad-CFG and PBS groups and TILs in tumor region in the Ad-SLC group was significantly risen much more than that in the Ad-CFG and PBS groups when the mice transferd the same number of TILs from spleen of health mice. Conclusions The SLC gene mediated by adenovirus is efficient for gene therapy for pancreatic carcinoma.Suppression of SLC on proliferation of vascular endothelium cells, attracting TIL to tumor region and angiogenesis may account for its effect.

Clavicular crook plate is designed based on anatomic features of acromioclavicular joint, which matches clavicle appearance, and well attaches the shaft. Not passing through the joint, the internal fixation exhibits many advantages, such as convenient usage, reliable fixation and micromovement of fixed acromioclavicular joint. So the patients could move the joint early and avoid osteoarthritis.Allogenous tendon has abundant sources, simple sampling process, and short repairing duration and can reduce injury to patients.Cryopreserved allogenous tendon has low antigenicity and immunological refection, good histocompatibility.Reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by allogenous tendon has good material intensity, and can meet the requirements of local stress, better substitute integrity and function of coracoclavicular ligament. Moreover,it has precise effect and simple operation. It acts as long-term fixator following plate removal, thus is important supplement of clavicular crook plate fixation.Clavicular crook plate fixation in combination with allogenous tendon transplantation reconstructs acromioclavicular joint stability, effectively provides early mechanical stability and subsequent biological stability, and maximizes restoration of acromioclavicular joint structure and function.

Point Zigong is an empirical point for acupuncture treatment of gynecological diseases. Now it is widely applied to clinical treatment and has a marked therapeutic effect. The therapeutic effect of point Zigong stimulation on gynecological diseases is closely related to the anatomical position, morphostructure specificity and action effect of the acupoint. In the present study on this acupoint, the single acupoint is seldom applied and the mechanism is not completely clear. It is needed to conduct a thoroughstudy in the future.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(12):1299-1303
Based on ancient literature of acupuncture in Canon of Chinese Medicine (4th edition), the articles regarding acupuncture for urinary incontinence were retrieved and collected to establish a database. By Weka data mining software, the multi-level association rules analysis method was applied to analyze the acupoints selection characteristics and rules of ancient acupuncture for treatment of urinary incontinence. Totally 356 articles of acupuncture for urinary incontinence were collected, involving 41 acupoints with a total frequency of 364. As a result, (1) the acupoints in the yin-meridian of hand and foot were highly valued, as the frequency of acupoints in yin-meridians was 2.6 times than that in yang-meridians, and the frequency of acupoints selected was the most in the liver meridian of foot-jueyin; (2) the acupoints in bladder meridian of foot-taiyang were also highly valued, and among three yang-meridians of foot, the frequency of acupoints in the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang was 54, accounting for 65.85% (54/82); (3) more acupoints selected were located in the lower limbs and abdomen; (4) specific acupoints in above meridians were mostly selected, presenting 73.2% (30/41) to the ratio of number and 79.4% (289/364) to the frequency, respectively; (5) Zhongji (CV 3), the front-mu point of bladder meridian, was seldom selected in the ancient acupuncture literature, which was different from modern literature reports. The results show that urinary incontinence belongs to external genitalia diseases, which should be treated from yin, indicating more yin-meridians be used and special acupoints be focused on. It is essential to focus inheritance and innovation in TCM clinical treatment, and applying data mining technology to ancient literature of acupuncture could provide classic theory basis for TCM clinical treatment.
