Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2010;26(4):671-673
Objective To evaluate the association between hyperglycaemia at admission and in-hospital outcomes in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Three hundreds and fifty-four patients with AMI and underwent PCI were divided into 3 groups according to the glucose level on admission: group A (n=132), <7.80 mmol/L;group B (n=120), 7.80-11.00 mmol/L;group C (n=102), ≥11.00 mmol/L. Results Patients in group C had higher cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein and triglycerides levels than those in group A. Compared with group A, there were higher incidence of multi-vascular diseases and higher corrected TIMI frame count (CTFC) in angiography in group B and group C. Cardiac events and in-hospital mortality in group B and group C were higher than those of group A, while statistical difference was found between group C and group A. Conclusion Elevated admission glucose level in AMI patients with primary PCI is associated with worse prognosis, increased major adverse cardiac events and higher in-hospital mortality.

Objective To annalyze the effect of launching blood virus nucleic acid test(NAT) centralization in Chongqing Municipal Blood Center. Methods The various links and key control points in the aspects of the transportation, detection and information system of 32 137 centralized test specimens submitted from 14 basic level local blood stations in Chongqing counties from January 2016 to June 2016 were analyzed. Results Among 32 137 centralized specimens from January to June 2016,55 specimens were rejected for various reasons, the NAT single reactive rate was 5.1‰(164/32 137),which in the Chongqing Municipal Blood Center was 2.3‰(129/55 859)during the same period. The identification detection rate in the basic level blood station was 1.8‰(57/32 137),while which in Chongqing Municipal Blood Center was only 0.6‰(35/55 859).Conclusion The effects of launching centralized NAT have already gradually emerged in Chongqing Municipal Blood Center. The detection ability and level have differences between the laboratory of basic level blood station and blood screening laboratory of blood center.Gradually increasing the centralized test degree conduces to comprehensive improvement of blood detection efficiency and blood saftey.

OBJECTIVE To analysis the effect of air disinfection by using nanometer light catalysis decontamination machine in operating room. METHODS By compare the effectiveness of air disinfection both by using nanometer light catalysis decontamination machine and ultraviolet rays light. RESULTS The result of tests is 0 CFU/m~2 by nanometer light catalysis decontamination machine and 33.3 CFU/m~2 by ultraviolet rays light in unmanned environment;By different groups: F=220.423,P=0.000,P

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in sporadic breast cancer in women of Jiaodong peninsula. Methods Immunohistochemistry and tissue array were used to detect the expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in 100 cases of sporadic breast cancer and 30 cases of benign breast tumor in women of Jiaodong peninsula. Results ① The expression rate of BRCA1 and BRCA2 was 49% (49/100) and 50% (50/100) in breast cancer, 80% (24/30) and 83.33% (25/30) in benign breast lesions respectively. The expression rate of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in breast cancer was lower than that in benign breast lesions (P<0.05). ② The expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 was uncorrelated with factors such as tumor size, lymphatic metastases, age and menopause or not(P>0.05). ③ There was no dependency between the expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 (P> 0. 05). Conclusions The expression rate of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in breast carcinoma in women of Jiaodong peninsula was lower than that in benign breast lesions, suggesting that the expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 was related to the occurrence of sporadic breast carcinoma in women of Jiaodong peninsula. However, the role of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in the genesis and development of the breast carcinoma is independent.
