[Objective]To analyze the results of distal tibial pilon fractures treated with individual management based on severity of soft tissue injury.[Method]From January 2005 to September 2008,29 Pilon fractures were treated. There were 22 males and 7 females aging from 23 to 63,with an average of 41.4.According to Ruedi-Allgower classification system of Pilon fracture,16 cases were type Ⅱ,13 type Ⅲ.According to Tscherne-Gotzen graduation system of soft tissue injury,22 cases were close fracture,8 grade 0,4 grade 1,8 grade 2,2 grade 3,and 7 cases were open fracture,3 grade 1,2 grade 2,2 grade 3.Individual management was based on severity of soft tissue injury.[Result]All patients were available for follow-up at an average of 28.6 months(range,12 to 56 months) after surgery. There were 10 excellent,13 good,4 fair, and 2 poor results according to the ankle score of Mazur. The complications occurred in 5 patients(17.2%),including wound superficial infection(n=2),skin necrosis(n=1),deep infection(n=1),and pin tract infection(n=1) with external fixation.[Conclusion]Individual management based on severity of soft tissue injury for Pilon fracture has advantages of fewer complications and good function.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2017;30(7):796-798
Objective To understand and to grasp the basic situation on blood donors who were ineligible by ALT dry chemistry testing before blood donation. Methods The ALT rejection ratios used in initial screening and not used in two blood collection point were compared at the same time. The relativity between the dry chemistry testing and rate method were compared. An association was explored in various influencing factors on the activity of ALT.Results The use of ALT initial screening in blood donation had a significantly lower unqualified rate than not using it in early screening (P<0.05).Dry chemical, biological method and the results had good correlation rates (r=0.993,P<0.05).The B MI,drinking, sleeping, sports, diabetes, liver disease were independent factors affecting ALT activity (P<0.05).Conclusion ALT initial screening can significantly reduce the unqualified rates and disposal of blood.

Objective To discuss the protective effects and mechanisms of dexamethasone and Shenfu sepa-rate and joint administration of flap after ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods 40-month-old fairly healthy rats were randomly divided into 4 group as A, B, C, D, and to product the abdominal island flap, then blocking the flow of blood of the pedicle artery respectively before 30 minutes when injecting with normal saline (1 ml/kg), dexametha-sone (1 ml/kg), Senate (10 ml/kg), joint injection with dexamethasone (1 ml/kg) and Shenfu (10 ml/kg). 4 groups of animals' blood samples were collected from the pedicle vein before the time of I hour when blocking vascu-lar pedicle and reperfusion after the time of 1 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, respectively. Then the plasma concentration of TNF-α was measured. Results The concentration of TNF-α in the treatment group was significantly lower than the blank group(P <0.01). And the group D and the group B、C has significant differences either(P <0.01). Conclu-sion Using Dexamethasone, Shenfu injection in early can reduce the concentration of TNFα in repeffusion injury of flap and has a protective effect on the flap, but make better effect in combined.

Objective To compare the values of a screening methods by OC-Hemodia and chemical fecal occult blood test (COB) for colorectal cancer in elderly people. Methods The screening programme targeted colorectal cancer in old people was conducted on 1 100 participants aged 60-92 years (mean was 81.3 years). All subjects received OC-Hemodia and COB examinations. Positive subjects were examined by colonoscopy and/or barium enema. Out of 1 100 subjects 1 046 were followed up in the next five years. Results Among 1 100 subjects, 231 subjects (21.0%) were positive by OC-Hemodia test and 159 subjects (14.5%) were positive by COB. There was a significant difference in positive rate between OC-Hemodia test and COB (P

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(19):-
Objective To detect the change of discharge phase of guinea pig hippocampal CA1 pyramidal cells during visual discriminative task with an effective and convenient program we designed. Methods Five guinea pigs were performed by extracellular single unit recording in vivo when they were performing visual discriminative task. Discharge signals of individual pyramidal cells were extracted from different frequency signals by wavelet transform (WT), which made it feasible to calculate discharge phase of pyramidal cells in terms of time correlation between discharge and ? rhythm. Results The discharge phase of CA1 pyramidal cells in the 1 to 5s interval before visual discriminative task (172??1.8?) was obviously earlier than that in the 6 to 10s interval after visual discriminative task (189??3.7?) ( P0.01). Conclusion The program we designed is capable of detecting discharge phase of pyramidal cells. Regular shift of discharge phase of hippocampal CA1 pyramidal cells emerges before and after performing visual discriminative task.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(39):7003-7008
BACKGROUND:There is controversy on the treatment of old femoral neck fracture with hemiarthroplasty.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical effect of cementless hemiarthroplasty in the treatment of old femoral neck fracture, and to compare with total hip arthroplasty.
METHODS:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 23 old femoral neck fracture patients treated by artificial joint replacement from January 2009 to June 2010. Among the 23 patients, 11 cases were treated with cementless hemiarthroplasty, and 12 cases were treated with total hip arthroplasty. The time for off-bed activity, Harris score and the incidence of perioperative complications were compared between cementless total hip arthroplasty and hemiarthroplasty.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al the patients were fol owed-up for 12-18 months. The active straight leg raising angle, time for off-bed activity, incidence of early postoperative complications and Harris score at 1 week after treatment of the cementless hemiarthroplasty group were better than those of the total hip arthroplasty group;there were no significant differences in Harris score at 6 weeks, 3 and 6 months between two groups;the incidence of forward hip pain of the cementless hemiarthroplasty group was higher than that of the total hip arthroplasty group. So, we general y think that cementless hemiarthroplasty has better short-term effect in the treatment of old femoral neck fracture, but the long-term integrated efficacy needs to be further identified.
