Journal of Practical Radiology 2016;32(10):1545-1548
Objective To evaluate the radiofrequency ablation in treatment of primary and recurrent liver cancer and to explore the risk factors affecting prognosis. Methods 1 64 patients with primary and recurrent liver cancer underwent radiofrequency ablation treatment. The clinical data including liver function before and after treatment,alpha-fetoprotein (AFP),the rate of relapse and survivalwere retrospectively analyzed. The univariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyzed the risk factors associated with the prognosis. Then the risk prognostic factors were analyzed using COX risk model. Results After treatment,AFP and liver function were significantly improved in patients (P<0.05);Complete tumor ablation rate was 87.50%.After cancer treatment 1,2,3,4 years, the recurrence rate was 17.9%,29.9%, 45.9% and 55.0% respectively. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation is an effective treatment for primary liver cancer treatment, the risk factors affecting prognosis include tumor differentiation, tumor recurrence,TNM stage,AFP,intraoperative blood transfusion, surgical, cancer and surgical site before surgery transaminase levels.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
Objective Retinoic acid receptor(RAR?) selective antagonist,Ro41-5253(Ro) was used in the counteract test,to confirm the role of RAR? in enhancement of IgM synthesis in cord blood lymphocytes(CBLs) by retinoic acid(RA).Methods CBLs were cultured in vitro and stimulated with or without RAR? agonist RA and(or) antagonist Ro.The cells were harvested at 24 hours and 48 hours of culture time to measure the levels of gene expression of RARa,IL-4 and IL-6.ELISA was used to measure the concentration of IgM in the supernatant of 5 days culture. Results Ro could inhibit the promotion of RA on IgM synthesis in CBLs.RA could up-(regulate) RAR? gene expression, which could be restrained by Ro.Ro also could counteract the up-regulation of RA on IL-4 and IL-6 gene expression. Conclusion The effect of RA on IgM synthesis in CBLs is modulated by RAR?.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the serum levels of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in patients with psoriasis. Methods Serum samples were collected from 68 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 42 healthy controls. The serum concentrations of HGF and GM-CSF were measured by a dual antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Clinical severity of psoriasis vulgaris was assessed by psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score. Results Serum concentration of HGF of patients with psoriasis vulgaris in progressive stage (653.35 ? 109.26 pg/mL) was significantly higher than that of the normal controls (353.85 ? 162.63 pg/mL) (P 0.05). The serum concentration of GM-CSF was significantly higher in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris of progressive stage (115.95 ? 25.72 pg/mL) than that in the patients of stable stage (68.28 ? 24.22 pg/mL) (P

International Eye Science 2014;(6):1000-1004
AIM:To observe the expression of tumor necrosis factor-alpha ( TNF- α) and its receptor I ( P55 ) in different pterygium and discuss the role of TNF-α and receptor I (P55) in pterygium.
METHODS: Immunohistochemistical staining method ( PV) was adopted to detect the expression of TNF-α and receptor I in pterygium ( 72 eyes ) and para-pterygium conjunctival tissue ( 30 eyes ) . The relationship between the expression and clinical-pathological parameters was also analyzed.
RESULTS:The positive rates of TNF-αwere 65. 3% (47/72), 26. 7% (8/30) in pterygium and para-pterygium conjunctival tissue. The positive expression of TNF-α had statistic difference between the two groups (χ2=12. 706, P<0. 01). The positive rates of TNF-α receptor I were 56. 9% (41/72), 16. 7% (5/30) in pterygium and para-pterygium conjunctival tissue. The positive expression of P55 had statistic difference between the two groups (χ2=13. 875, P<0. 01). The positive rate of TNF-αin recurrent pterygium group was higher than primary pterygium group (χ2=6. 547, P=0. 011). There had no statistically significance of the expression intensity between the two groups (F=1. 288, P=0. 393); the positive rate in advanced pterygium group was higher than quiescent pterygium group (χ2=4. 082, P=0. 043). The expression intensity had no statistically significance between the two groups (F=0. 489, P=0. 708). The positive rate of P55 in recurrent pterygium group was higher than primary pterygium group (χ2 =9. 907, P= 0. 002). There had no statistically significance of the two group's expression intensity ( F = 1. 175, P = 0. 424 ); the positive rate in advanced pterygium group was higher than in quiescent pterygium group (χ2=11. 140, P=0. 001). The expression intensity had no statistically significance between the two groups (F=0. 665, P=0. 621).
CONCLUSION:The expression of TNF-α and P55 are changing according to the development of clinical staging and onset. The expression of TNF-α and P55 may be related to clinical classification, staging and patient's working conditions of pterygium. There has no significant difference expression intensity of TNF - α and P55 in clinical staging and onset of pterygium.

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Diabetes Diet-Related Quality-of-Life Scale (DDR-QOL) in Chinese version,in order to provide an efficient instrument for assessing the quality of life of diabetes in diet therapy. Methods Translating and edit the DDR-QOL scale initially,275 eligible subjects were invited to the study.DDR-QOL scale and 36 item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) were used to collect data which were conducted for evaluating the internal consistency, reproducibility, construct validity, convergent and discriminant validity of DDR-QOL.Results The total Cronbach's α was 0.86.The factor analysis suggested good construct validity of DDR-QOL.Significant correlations were found between DDR-QOL and SF-36.The quality of life of diabetes who is on the job or not can be identified by DDR-QOL.Conclusions The Chinese version of DDR-QOL is a valid and reliable tool to assess the quality of life of diabetes who are in diet therapy.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(5):15-17
Objective To investigate the relations of the expression of bcl-xL in superficial bladder tumor and prognosis. Method The expression of bcl-xL was detected by envision system in 80 cases of superficial bladder tumor. Results In patients with high expression of bcl-xL, the recurrence rate was higher than that of normal expression [71.4%(30/42) vs 50.0%(19/38) ,P < 0.05], and the recurrence of time as early as normal expression [(16.0 ± 1.2) months vs (36.0 ± 4.5) months](P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of bcl-xL could effectively predict the prognosis of patients with bladder tumor, those who with high expression of-bcl-xL have bad prognosis.

Objective To establish the model of P2 peptide-induced experimental autoimmune neuritis(EAN)in rats and explore the roles of Th_1/Th_2 type eytokines in EAN.Methods Lewis rats were grouped into EAN rats and control rats. The EAN rats were immunized by injection into both hind footpads of inoculums containing 100 ?g or 200 ?g of P2_(57-81)peptide and FCA while the control rats were immunized with FCA only.Clinical scores were compared at the maximum of disease.Supernatant productions of IFN- ?, IL-4 and IL-10 secreted by lymphocytes and obtained on day 14 after the immunization were examined. Histopathological assessment of sciatic nerves was made. Results Peak clinical scores of P2_(57-81)200 ?g (3.6?0.3)group were significantly higher than P2_(57-81)100 ?g group(2.2?0.6,P
