2.Design and application of mobile doctor system
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(2):63-65
Objective To develop a mobile doctor system to improve the efficiency of ward rounds and enhance the quality and safety of medical services. Methods The system had the mobile intelligent terminal as the hardware platform and wireless LAN as the network platform.Three-layer architecture containing user layer, logic layer and Web Service data interface layer was also involved in to facilitate the doctor to execute patient data browse, inquiry and etc at any time. Results The doctor might perform medical records inquiry with the system and then provide precision diagnosis and treatment,so that the satisfaction of the patient was enhanced greatly. Conclusion The system eliminates the needless manual execution of medical prescription, and increases the efficiencies of medical staffs.
3.The effect of fluid resuscitation with early use of norepinephrine on lung of septic shock rat induced by LPS
Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2013;22(2):136-140
Objective To explore the efficacy of different modes of fluid resuscitation (early or delayed use of norepinephrine) on lung injury of septic shock rat induced by LPS.Methods A total of 60 male Wistar rats were randomly (random number) divided into 4 groups:the normal control group (group A,n =15),septic shock control group (group B,n =15),conventional fluid resuscitation group (group C,n =15),fluid resuscitation with early using of norepinephrine group (group D,n =15).All rats were mechanically ventilated with the same parameters. In the group C,norepinephrine was used 30 min after fluid resuscitation. In the group D,norepinephrine was used at the beginning of fluid resuscitation.Vital signs, volume of fluid infused and dosage of norepinephrine were recorded.Rats were sacrificed 2 h later and blood samples were collected for blood gas analysis. The lung tissues and BALF were collected.Pathological changes of the lung tissues were observed under light microscope. The levels of MPO,SOD and MDA were detected. The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in BALF and in serum were detected by using ELISA.Results Compared with group C,the mean volume of fluid infusion to achieve target blood pressure was decreased, oxygenation index was improved and the level of blood lactic acid were decreased in group D (P < 0.05).HE staining indicated that inflammatory cells were decreased, pulmonary edema and alveolar walls hyperemia were alleviated in group D in comparison with group C.Inflammatory cytokines (IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α) in BALF and in serum were significantly decreased in group D compared with group C (P <0.05).Levels of MPO were decreased in group D compared with group B and group C.However, early using of norepinephrine had limited effect on the levels of SOD and MDA.Conclusions The current study demonstrated that fluid resuscitation with early use of norepinephrine exhibited a protective effect on lung injuries induced by LPS.
4.Alteration of [Ca~(2+)]_i in pulmonary artery smooth muscle of pulmonary artery hypertension rats
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Aim To investigate the changes of [Ca2+]i in the pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells of PAH rats induced by MCT.Methods PAH rat model was established by MCT intraperitoneal injection. The PASMCs were primarily cultured and loaded with Fura-2/AM.Effects of Ryanodine receptor agonists on intra-cellular calcium were measured by Fluorescence microscopy Results After being given 10 nmol?L-1 Ryanodine, the concentration of [Ca2+]i in control group increased by(93.31?12.41)nmol?L-1;and the concentration in PAH group increased by(141.71?13.59)nmol?L-1(P
5.Efficacy of highly hydrophilic soft contact lenses for persistent corneal epithelial defects after anterior segment surgery
International Eye Science 2015;(2):320-322
AlM:To investigate the efficacy of highly hydrophilic soft contact lenses for persistent corneal epithelial defects. METHODS: ln this retrospective case analysis, 28 patients ( 28 eyes ) with persistent corneal epithelial defects after anterior segment surgery from January 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were reviewed. After regular treatment for at least 2wk, the persistent corneal epithelial defects were treated with highly hydrophilic soft contact lenses, until the corneal epithelial healing. Continued to wear the same lens no more than 3wk, or in need of replacement the new one. All cases were followed up for 6mo. Key indicators of corneal epithelial healling, corneal fluorescein staining and ocular symptoms improvement were observed.RESULTS: Twenty-one eyes were cured (75. 00%), markedly effective in 5 eyes (17. 86%) , effective in 2 eyes (7. 14%), no invalid cases, the total efficiency of 100. 00%. Ocular symptoms of 25 cases (89. 29%) relieved within 2d, the rest 3 cases (10. 71%) relieved within 1wk. The corneal epithelial of 6 cases ( 21. 43%) repaired in 3wk, 13 cases (46. 43%) in 6wk, 7 cases (25. 00%) in 9wk, 2 cases ( 7. 14%) over 12wk. There were no signs of secondary infection. And no evidence of recurrence in 6mo.CONCLUSlON: Highly hydrophilic soft contact lenses could repair persistent corneal epithelial defects after anterior segment surgery significantly, while quickly and effectively relieve a variety of ocular irritation.
10.Research progress in novel PA protein members of influenza A viruses.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2014;30(6):689-693
Influenza poses a great threat to life and health in populations worldwide. Studies regarding the protein components of influenza viruses will facilitate the research and development of vaccines and diag nostic reagents. The influenza virus contains both structural and non-structural proteins. From the outset, it has been accepted that an influenza A virus possesses eight gene segments that encode eight corresponding viral proteins, respectively. Research has demonstrated that the M gene encodes the M2 ion channe! protein and the NS gene encodes the non-structural protein, NS2. In recent years, several novel viral proteins have been identified from influenza A viruses. This article will briefly describe the state of current research into PA-related proteins of influenza A viruses.
