Objective To study the expression of Ki-67 in T1 primary breast cancer tissue and its relationship with Her-2 and ER,evaluate the prognosis of early breast cancer.Method s Sixty cases of women T1 primary breast cancer tissues of 60 female cases from January 2008 to June 2011 were selected.The expressions of Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemieal method and the relationships between Ki-67 and clinical-pathological fcatures,Her-2 and ER were analysed.Results The expression of Ki-67 in T1 primary breast cancer was 55% among the 60 patients.The expression of Ki-67 was not related with the clinical-pathological type of breast cancer and menopause (P＞0.05).The expression of Ki-67 in group with lymph node metastasis was higer than in group without lymph node metastasis(P =0.047 ,P ＜0.05).The expression of Ki-67 in Her-2positive group was higher than Her-2 negative group (P= 0.021,P＜0.05),and the expression of Ki-67 in ER positive group was lower than that of ER negative group (P = 0.037,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The expression of Ki-67 in T1 primary breast cancer indicates the possibility of lymph node metastasis,and its positive correlation with Her-2 positive expression,ER negative expression indicates poor prognosis.

Objective To examine the relationship among gratitude,coping styles,and pathological Internet use (PIU) in secondary vocational school students.Method 1 011 secondary vocational school students were tested with gratitude questionnaire,coping style questionnaire and pathological internet use questionnaire.Results The scores of gratitude,problem-solving,help-seeking,guilty,illusion,withdrawal,rationalization and PIU were respectively (5.23 ± 1.06),(0.65± 0.21),(0.50± 0.22),(0.40± 0.23),(0.47 ±0.22),(0.51 ±0.18),(0.42±0.18),(2.23±0.97).Gratitude was significantly and negatively associated with PIU(r=-0.18,P＜0.01).Moreover,the effect of gratitude on PIU was totally mediated by problem-solving,guilty,illusion,and rationalization (27.27％,33.43％,29.72％,9.58％).However,the mediating effects of help-seeking and withdrawal were not significant.Conclusion Coping styles mediate gratitude and PIU,and coping styles should be considered during pathological internet use of secondary vocational school students.

Objective To establish a safety culture evaluation model to conduct empirical research with regard to the assessment of both the radiation safety culture and management at different levels of health institutions.Methods Delphi method is used to develop a model to define the effectiveness and operational practice of safety culture system in hospitals.Results The research had achieved good reliability assessment,with Cronbach coefficient α of all indicators higher than 0.60.There were 16 hospitals with scores less than 75 (61.54％),at the primary stage of radiation safety culture,and 9 hospitals among 75-95 (34.62％),at the middle stage,only 1 hospital with score of 95.48 (3.85％),at the high grade stage.Conclusions At present,the level of radiation safety culture in medical institutions is lower as a whole.The evaluation model established in the present research is practicable to some extent and can provide reference for strengthening radiation safety management.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the changes in and clinical significance of C-reactive protein(CRP) and endotoxin in patients who are firstly examined in fever clinic.METHODS To review and study the results of CRP and endotoxin from 81 patients(including 48 patients who were diagnosed as bacterial pneumonia and 33 patients who were diagnosed as a cold) in fever clinic of our hospital in 2005.RESULTS In 81 bacterial infection patients, the analysis indicated the levels of endotoxin between the pneumonia patients and the patients with a cold had significant difference.And the levels in the first group were significantly higher than in the latter one.The levels of CRP had no difference in two groups.CONCLUSIONS The result indicates plasma endotoxin detection helps to determine the early diagnosis of serious infection.It is also of significance to select antibacterial rationally and handle syndrome in time.In fever clinic,the levels of endotoxin may be a method to help diagnosis and treatment.CRP could be help to estimate the bacterial infection or virus infection,but it could not adjudge the seriousness in bacterial infection.

As a minimally invasive method of examination, magnetic resonance spectroscopy can provide information of brain metabolism and biochemistry, objectively reflect brain metabolite changes. Different manifestations were described in the diseases such as brain injury and brain tumor. As a result, magnetic resonance spectroscopy can be a helpful technology to give information of diagnosis and prognosis in neurosurgery for brain injury, brain tumor as well as brain abscess and epilepsy.
