Objective:To evaluate the sonographic characteristics of primary lymphoma of the thyroid gland and to analyze histo-pathologic findings and other imaging features to improve the diagnostic accuracy of this disease. Methods: We retrospectively re-viewed the records of 20 patients with histologically proven primary lymphoma of the thyroid gland. The clinical, pathologic, sono-graphic, CT, and MRI features were analyzed. Results:Histology revealed non-Hodgkin lymphoma in 20 patients. Ultrasound revealed lateral thyroid lobe disease in 12 cases and the presence of unilateral masses in 8 cases. The main features seen were diffusely enlarged thyroid gland. The lateral or unilateral thyroid lobe was with hypoechoic masses intermingled with echogenic structures. A total of 16 cases showed enlarged lymph nodes, 5 cases showed invasion of trachea, and 1 case involved the trachea and esophagus. Conclusion:Primary lymphoma of the thyroid gland usually presents with clinical and sonographic findings mimicking a carcinoma or benign tu-mor. If clinical features revealed rapidly enlarging neck masses and sonographic characteristics represented by malignant features of Hashimoto thyroiditis, then we should consider lymphoma. However, the final diagnosis depends on histopathology.
4.Clinical observation of modified hydroxyapatite implant in scleral shell
International Eye Science 2014;(10):1904-1905
AIM: To evaluate the clinical effects of modified hydroxyapatite implant in scleral shell.
METHODS: Thirty - four cases were performed eye evisceration, autogenous sclera shell anterior and posterior petaloid shape with posterior sclera fenestration, hydroxyapatite artificial eyeballs were implanted at stage I, and conjunctival wound, orbital activity and other complications were observed after surgery.
RESULTS:The follow-up was 6 ~12mo. There was no patients with implant exposure, sclera dissolution, conjunctival wound dehiscence, conjunctival sac constriction noted. All the patients got good activity of artificial globe, and the active range of side motion of the HA was 10o ~15o. The artificial eyes looked symmetrical, and the eyes socket were full.
CONCLUSION: The modified hydroxyapatite implant in scleral shell can maintain the normal anatomy of the orbital tissue, and also can get full eyes socket and good activity, It was an easy and simple surgery which could obtain satisfactory clinical effect and less complications.

International Eye Science 2016;16(6):1193-1195
?AIM:To compare the curative effect of conjoint fascial sheath( CSF) suspension and levator muscle resection for moderate or severe congenital ptosis.?METHODS: Forty - three patients ( 74 eyes ) with moderate or severe ptosis were treated by CSF suspension or levator muscle resection randomly, and followed up for 6mo. The normalization rates of the two operations were then compared by statistical method, and the complications of the two operations were analyzed.?RESULTS: The two operations appeared no significant difference on the normalization rate for moderate congenital ptosis (P>0. 05), while the normalization rate of CSF suspension on severe congenital ptosis was significantly higher than that of levator muscle resection (P<0. 05). Less complication was happened in the CSF suspension group than in the levator muscle resection group.?CONCLUSION:CSF suspension is more effective on the treatment of severe congenital ptosis than levator muscle resection, and has advantages such as less trauma, repeatable, and less complication.
6.Analysis of Irrational Drug Use in 217 Cases of Adverse Reaction Reports on Chinese Patent Medicines in Our Hospital
China Pharmacist 2017;20(8):1442-1444
Objective: To investigate the effect of irrational use of traditional Chinese patent medicines (CPM) on medication safety. Methods: The adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports on traditional CPM (including traditional Chinese medicine for injection) in our hospital during January 2013 to October 2016 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. After finding the corresponding prescriptions, the situation of irrational drug use in the reports including indications, usage and dosage, combination of traditional CPM, combination of Chinese and western medicines and course were analyzed, and the rate of irrational drug use was calculated. Results: A total of 217 reports were collected including 217 patients. The primary diseases ranked top three were cardio-cerebral vascular system diseases, digestive system diseases and respiratory system diseases. The cases involved 81 kinds of drugs, and among them, 37 cases were induced by Shenmai injection. The rate of irrational drug use associated with indications, usage and dosage, combination of traditional Chinese patent medicines, combination of Chinese and western medicines and course was 6.45% , 5.99% , 2.76% , 0.92% and 1.84% , respectively, and the total rate was 17.97% (39/217).Conclusion: The irrational drug use maybe one of the important factors related to ADR of CPM.According to syndrome differentiation, CPM should be used rationally, and pharmaceutical care should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of ADR.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the effect of rosiglitazone on neointima and inflammatory factor after carotid artery injury of rats. Methods A total of 60 SD rats were divided randomly into 3 groups: the control group, the surgery group and the resiglitazone therapeutic group. The left common carotid arteries were injured by balloon in the surgery group and the therapeutic group. Rosiglitazone was administrated intragastricly to therapeutic group. The plasma tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels were detected with radioimmunoassay at 4h, 1 and 7d after the operation. After 2 weeks, the injured vessels were stained by HE and immunity histochemistry method, then observed with microscope. Neointimal area (NIA), internal elastic lamina area (IELA), stenosis index (SI) and optical density value of protein expression of NF-?B were calculated. Results Rosiglitazone inhibited the neointima of injured vessels, decreased the protein expression of NF-?B and reduced plasma TNF-? and IL-6 levels. Conclusion Rosiglitazone can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of injured vessels and lighten the restenosis of injured vessels.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(27):3754-3756
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for developing the antibiotic community pharmaceutical care. METHODS:Some residents of Jiangbei district of Ningbo were randomly collected for questionnaire survey on antibiotic storage,usage,accep-tance degree and demand of pharmaceutical care, etc. And the results were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:Totally 2 000 ques-tionnaires were sent out,1 784 were effectively received with effective rate of 89.2%. 74.2% of respondents had kept antibiotics in house;61.3% lacked antibiotic knowledge and easily be confused with anti-inflammatory drugs,43.5% thought antibiotics was ef-fective for virus infections;48.4% had self-treated with antibiotics, the most common reason was cold symptoms, and it existed amount or course of antibiotics changes by themselves;only 15.1%of them had knew or heard of pharmaceutical care;majority re-spondents(88.9%)wanted to accept antibotic pharmaceutical care, hoping to learn the indications, usage and dosage,contraindica-tions,precautions and adverse reactions of antibiotics by drug consultation, lecture, etc. CONCLUSIONS:The residents lack the knowledge about rational use of antibiotics,it is urgent for pharmacists to provide antibiotic community pharmaceutical care for resi-dents with purpose, which are important guarantee for rational use of antibiotics.
