Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2009;(11):1047-1050
Objective To investigate pathogenesis, clinical and pathological feature of a case of nemaline myopathy and review of relevant researches. Methods A ease of an 8-year-old girl with muscle weakness and her clinical presentation, family history, changes of serum enzymology and EMG, characteristic of light and electron microscopic studies were described. The earlier literature and new genetic findings concerning these muscle abnormalities are also briefly summarized. Results Nemaline myopathy is diagonosed by clinical manifestation and observed result of electron microscopy. Conclusions Muscle biopsy is the only way to diagnose nemaline myopathy and electron microscopy plays an important role in diagnosing it.
2.Study on Relationship between Antimicrobial Consumption and Resistance of Escherichia Coli in Our Hos-pital
China Pharmacist 2014;(5):822-824
Objective:To investigate the relationship between antimicrobial consumption and resistance of Escherichia coli. Meth-ods:The total antibiotics use density( AUD) and the synchronous resistance rate of Escherichia coli were studied and the correlation between them was analyzed retrospectively using multiple linear regression analysis in our hospital from 2010 to 2012. Results:The re-sistance rate of Escherichia coil to ceftazidime, cefotaxime and aztreonam were negatively correlated with the consumption of piperacillin/tazobactam (r= -0. 700,-0. 717, -0. 647,P<0. 05). A significant positive correlation was found between the resistance rate to ceftazidime and cefotaxime and the consumption of ceftazidime(r=0. 662,0. 601,P<0. 05). The resistance rate to imipenem had a significant positive correlation with the consumption of imipenem(r=0. 685,P<0. 05) as well. Conclusion:A relationship exists be-tween antimicrobial consumption and resistance rate of Escherichia coil. It is necessary to strengthen the management of microbacterial rational use to control and reduce the increase of bacterial resistance.
3.Reforming Educational Model of Medical Ethics and Improving Medical Students' Integrative Quality
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
The consistgncy of fostering high quality persons with excellent medical knowledge and medical moral has been the basic change of higher medical education adapting to current medical model and it is start and stay point of realizing medical educational goal. Therefore, higher medical school should focus on the stutas and function that medical ethical moral education plays in education according to the present condition of students' moral realizing level. This article puts forward that higher education school should make full use of medical ethical moral course and arouse major teacher's teaching positivity and strengthen medical ethical moral propaganda and educating function of managing work.
4.Advances in diagnosis and treatment of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(16):1218-1221
Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) is a life threatening clinical syndrome caused by a variety of causes.Early identification and etiological diagnosis of DAH in children are challenging.Despite some advances have been made in the identification and management of DAH,the mortality rate is still high. This article aims to raise the cognition of clinicians on DAH by providing a general review of some recent researches.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of active components of notoginseng on immunological liver injury in mice. Methods Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group (group A), model group (Group B), PNS group (Group C), total flavonoids group (Group D),and polysaccharide group (group E). C,D and E groups were given PNS, total flavonoids and polysaccharide orally, 1/day for 14 days. Then BCG was intravenous injected in B, C, D and E groups, and after 26 days lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was intravenous injected. Samples of eye venous plexus blood were collected, and serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and Interleukin-4 (IL-4) were detected. Organs index was calculated by checking pathological results of liver, spleen and thymus. Results Com-pared with group B, the thymus index and serum ALT levels were significantly decreased in C, D and E groups (P<0.01), but the levels of IL-4 and T-SOD increased significantly (P<0.01). Pathological results showed that there were more serious inflammatory cell infiltration in liver, edema and necrosis of dot in C, D and E groups than those in group B. Conclusion The active components of notoginseng showed a significant protective effect on immunological liver injury.

Aim To study the influences of miR-203 on ursolic acid (UA ) sensitivity in leukemic K562 cell. Methods In the experimental system,eukaryot-ic expression vector of hsa-miR-203 (PmiR-203 )was transfected into K562 cells using LipofectamineTM 2000.K562 cells were incubated with different con-centration of UA alone or in combination with PmiR-203 .The cell proliferation was analyzed by MTT as-say.The cell apoptosis was measured by double stai-ning with Annexin V and Propidium Iodide. The ex-pression of Bcr/abl protein was detected by Western Blot. Results The miR-203 promoted the sensitivity of UA by up to 1 .55-fold and the IC50 was reduced from 44.3μmol · L-1 to 30.7 μmol · L-1 .The a-mount of apoptotic cells was increased in UA combined with PmiR-203 group (P<0.05).PmiR-203 downreg-ulated the expression of Bcr/abl protein in K562 cells. Conclusion Our results support a substantial role of miR-203 that enhances UA sensitivity in K562 cell and the mechanism appears to be related to the dounregula-tion of Bcr/abl by miR-203 .

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2010;26(2):301-303
Objective To observe the CT features of ovary Brenner tumor. Methods CT manifestations of 5 patients with ovary Brenner tumor confirmed with pathology and clinical follow-up were retrospectively analyzed, and the masses were described for location, size, configuration, enhancement pattern, presence of calcification and metastatic spread. Results There were 7 tumors in 5 patients, 3 patients had unilateral tumors and 2 had bilateral Brenner tumors (left side 3 and right side 4), with tumor size ranging from 1.52 to 16.25 cm (mean 7.36 cm). Five masses in 4 patients were benign, 2 (bilateral tumors in 1 patient) were malignant. All tumors had well-defined margin. One patient with bilateral benign tumors had large pleural effusion and seroperitoneum. Five tumors in 4 patients (5/7, 71.43%) were solid and had calcification, 2 tumors in 1 patients (2/7, 28.57%) were mainly cystic, with septa in the tumors. The solid part of all tumors were inhomogeneous and had mild enhancement. Conclusion CT findings of ovary Brenner tumor have some characteristics. Combining with clinical manifestations, CT is helpful for the diagnosis of ovary Brenner tumor.
