1.Primary evaluation of collateral flow of anterior circulation cerebralvascular atherosclerosis under neurovascular ultrasound examination
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2000;0(05):-
1.2 had no significant difference between the unilateral MCA-M1 stenosis group and the control group. Conclusion Transcranial Doppler can help us to analyze collateral flow on the foundation of NVUE,and can also determine the qualitative and the semi-quantitative information of collateral flow.

With the accelerating process of aging society, people's life style is changing accordingly, elderly patients due to physical decline in daily activities, often prone to hip fracture, its basic reason is osteoporosis, which belongs to brittle fracture, evaluation of preoperative examination and the systemic function is very important.Perioperative treatment is the key to the success of surgery treatment , a considerable part of the success of surgery depends on the factors of internal diseases. The incidence of cardio cerebral stroke in hip fracture surgery is also increasing , especially in elderly patients, often and there are a variety of medical diseases, the majority of organ function reserve is low, tolerance to anesthesia, surgery and other stress ability is poor, Patients in the perioperative period of traumatic stress, easily lead to stroke secondary cardiovascular disease, in clinical treatment, we should strengthen the prevention measures of perioperative stroke in elderly patients with hip fracture , Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection can effectively prevent the occurrence of myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, or cerebral infarction by reducing platelet aggregation function and blood viscous degree, expanding coronary artery, cerebrovascular, improving the flow rate of red blood cells and microcirculation. In this paper mainly for Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine in recent years in elderly hip fracture patients perioperative cardio cerebral apoplexy therapy application review to provide some reference value for clinical research .

AIM To observe the antinociceptive effects of glucosides of Chaenomeles speciosa(GCS) and to study their relative mechanism. METHODS The effects of GCS on normal and inflammatory animals were observed in mouse acetic acid writhing test, mouse formalin test and arthritic flexion test of adjuvant arthritis(AA) rats; the concentration of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) secreted by the synovial cells of AA rats were measured by radioimmunoassay. RESULTSDifferent doses of GCS (60, 120, 240 mg·kg-1 for mice and 30, 60, 120 mg·kg-1 for rats, ig) inhibited mice′s writhing response and second phase of formalin response. It also suppressed the increased arthritic flexion scores in AA rats. On 28 d after inflammation induction, GCS (60, 120 mg·kg-1) decreased the concentration of PGE2 and TNF-α of synovial cells in the AA rats. CONCLUSIONGCS have antinociceptive effects, which related to its inhibitory effects on peripheral inflammatory mediators.

Objective To investigate the relationship between estrogen replacement therapy and female patients with Alzheimer's risk. Methods We searched the PubMed, Springer, CBM, CNKI, VIP database for studies on the es-trogen replacement therapy and women with Alzheimer's disease, retrieval time from database to 2012 December. We evaluated the methodological quality of the included studies, used RevMan 5.0 software to analyze the extracted data. Results We found seven case-control studies which included 1392 patients and 2719 controls. The meta analysis re-sults show that the proportion of estrogen replacement therapy in AD group is significantly lower than that of the con-trol group, the difference has statistically significant [OR=0.68, 95%CI(0.50,0.90), P=0.01]. Conclusions estrogen re-placement therapy has effects on female patients with Alzheimer's disease, and is a protective factor.

Objective To investigate the difference between the self-evaluation of patients with dental and facial esthetics in skeletal malocclusion and normal persons. Methods The subjects were divided into three groups:62 patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ,84 patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ,as well as 130 persons in control group. There was no obvious difference in gender and age among the three groups.Happiness with dental and facial appearance was assessed using questionnaires.Analysis of variance, linear regression and logistic regression were used for statistical analysis. Results Skeletal malocclusion patients were less happy with their dental appearance than control group.Class Ⅱ patients and women had lower happiness scores for their dental appearance.Among skeletal malocclusion patients, the shape (44.5 %) and prominence of their teeth (17.8 %) were the most frequent causes of concern.Older subjects, women, and skeletal malocclusion patients were less happy with their facial appearance. Most of them were dissatisfied with the facial appearance focused on the chin (53 %),facial contours (37 %),and the position of the teeth when smiling (33 %).A greater proportion of Class Ⅲ subjects than Class Ⅱ subjects wished to change their appearance. Conclusions The findings indicate that women and skeletal malocclusion patients have lower levels of happiness with their dentofacial appearance.Although Class Ⅱ patients exhibit the lowest levels of happiness with their dental appearance, there is some evidence that concerns and awareness about their facial profile are more pronounced among the Class Ⅲ patients.

Purpose To propose a novel compression method for region of interest (ROI) based on Curvelet transform and SPIHT algorithm. Materials and Methods The ROI was firstly extracted without compression, and Curvelet transform was applied for the background regions. The Curvelet coefifcients were coded using SPIHT algorithm. Then the images after compression are obtained by inverse Curvelet transform. The ROI and the background were ifnally overlapped to get the full compressed image. Effect of ROI compression and overall compression were compared, as well as the Curvelet transform and wavelet transform, based on peak signal noise ratio. Results The ROI compression highlighted the region of interest and the visual effect was superior to the overall compression. The peak signal to noise of Curvelet transform was higher than that of wavelet transforms, and the compressed images were more clear for the same proportion. Conclusion ROI compression based on Curvelet transform and SPIHT algorithm can achieve efficient compression images without losing important diagnostic information, which complies with the requirement of high precision and high quality of medical image compression.
