1.Treatments and Rehabilitation for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(2):173-178
Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is a rare neurodegenerative disease. The etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear. Nowadays there is a lack of an effective molecular marker which can effectively assist the early diagnosis and prognosis of this disease. This article reviewed the pathological anatomy, diagnostic criteria, subtypes and clinical manifestations, imaging studies, scales evaluation, treat-ment and rehabilitation, complications and risk factors of PSP. Patients with PSP should be managed by a multidisciplinary team. The man-agement of PSP should include the rehabilitation of disorder and palliative treatment, as well as support and education, to improve the quali-ty of life for patients and their caregivers.
2.The experience and significance of picture re-drawn for physiology of planning textbook
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(2):213-216
The second edition physiology published by People's Health Publishing House has been re-drawn and added many illustrations. The illustrations of the new version have improved significantly in the clarity,aesthetics,science,information-rich,etc.It will help to improve the quality of teaching. Some experiences can be got by drawing: First, it is necessary to fully understand the physiological knowledge.Second, one of reference materials should be selected as a template to make creative working.Third, some basic principles should be followed, such as reasonable layout, appropriate grayscale, rich content, simple composition, etc.
3.Progress of venetoclax in treatment of acute myeloid leukemia
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2021;30(5):257-261
Venetoclax is an important breakthrough in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in recent years. A chemo-free treatment of inducing apoptosis drugs combined with hypomethylating agents is used in the management of AML, which brings hope of long-term survival for the elderly patients or patients who cannot tolerate intensive chemotherapy. However, there are still some patients who are resistant to venetoclax-based regimens. This article introduces the new progress of venetoclax in the treatment of AML in combination with reports at the 62nd American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting.
4.Effect of uroacitides on the expression of cyclin D1 of breast cancer cells
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the effect of CDA-Ⅱ on t he expression of cyclin D1 of breast cancer cells. Methods The br east carcinoma cell lines MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 were cultured in vitro tog ether with CDA-Ⅱ, with retinoic acid as positive control, and the effect of CD A-Ⅱ on the growth curve as well as the expression of cyclin D1 of breast carci noma cell lines was observed. Results CDA-Ⅱ may reduce the gr owth of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231, cripple their proliferative ability and inhibit the cyclin D1 expression of breast cancer cell lines. Conclusion CDA-Ⅱ may inhibit the growth and proliferation of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231, reduce the expression of breast carcinoma cell cyclin D1, hence showed a good a pplied prospect for the treatment of breast carcinoma.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of positron emission tomography(PET) with the use of 18 F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG) in patients with gastic malignancy. Methods 18 F-FDG PET examination was performed for twenty three patients suspected to be suffering from gastric malignancy, and the results were evaluated against histopathological staging. Results The diagnostic accuracy of primary lesion by PET was 87.0%. When using a mean standard uptake value (SUVmear and SUVmax) with a cut-off of 2.5,the sensitivity was 86.2%(19/23)and 91.3%(21/23),respectively. The accuracy in identifying lymph node metastases and distant metastases by PET was 78.9%(15/19) and 7/8,respectively. Conclusion PET scanning is sensitive in the diagnosis of primary malignant lesion and metastatic lesion in patients suspected to have gastric cancer. It provides a valuable reference in the diagnostic evaluation, option of surgical strategy, and treatment in patients with gastric carcinoma.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
Objective To realize remote wireless data transmission in mobile monitoring terminal of pre-hospital first aid so as to enhance the effect of pre-hospital aid, guarantee the reliability and real-time state of data transmission in mobile monitoring terminal of pre-hospital first aid. Methods The software and hardware of the mobile monitoring terminal of pre-hospital first aid were designed. Then, according to the specialty of the data transmission and requirements of the bandwidth, the choice of wireless network and the transport layer protocol of data transmission were analyzed, and the technology approach fitting for the system were proposed. The protocols selected were PPP and TCP/IP based on ?C/OS-Ⅱ.Results Application tests showed that this approach could satisfy system's requirement. It could transmit patient's vital signs parameters to hospital's monitoring equipment exactly in real-time during pre-hospital first aid. Conclusion This design creates the condition for remote hospital guide, resources planning of patient's admission and analysis of illness state, which is feasible for application.
9.The effect of bamboo shoots extract compound on the treatment of hemorrhagic anemia
Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2008;0(10):-
Objective To observe of therapeutic effect of bamboo shoots extract compound on the treatment of hemorrhagic anemia.Method The glucose, total protein, amino acids, trace and macro elements in bamboo shoots extract were determined.Through the performance of angular vein bloodletting,a hemorrhagic anemia rat model was set up.Two therapy groups received the intragastric administration of compound Ⅰ(0.15% iron porphyrin and 10% honey) and compound Ⅱ(70% bamboo shoots extract,0.15% iron porphyrin and 10% honey),respectively. And the control group only received the de-ionized water of the same dose. The blood samples, collected via tail vein in 0,18,42,67 and 90h after the administration, were detected for hemoglobin, red blood cell and hematocrit. And the acute toxicity test was also conducted.Result Compound Ⅱ,which contained the Bamboo shoots extract that was rich in glucose, amino acids, amino, and trace and macro elements, had a better efficacy in treating hemorrhagic anemia of rats than the Compound Ⅰ.And the result of acute toxicity was normal. Conclusion Bamboo shoots extract compound could promote the recovery of hemorrhagic anemia.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(02):-
14,and/or pH4% of the total time at 24-hour esophageal pH metry were considered to be pathologic acid reflux(GERD).All patients underwent a diagnostic test by receiving lansoprazloe 30mg or placebo twice daily for 7 days through a cross-over design.A symptom reduction of over 75% was considered positive. Results 18(17%) cases of esophagitis were found in 104 patients by endoscopy.83(80%) patients experienced a typical symptom hearburn.87(84%) patients showed pathologic acid reflux detected from pH metry and they were considered to be GERD.85(82%) of 104 patients had positive result in therapeutic test. There was a significant correlation between both the diagnosis obtained from a trial of lansoprazole and the diagnosis obtained from pH metry(P
