Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of MRA in the arteries of the pelvis and lower extremity with automatic table movement (MobiTrak).Methods 12 cases suspected of pelvis and lower extremity artery diseases underwent dynamic 3D contrast enhanced MRA and automatic table movement at the same time.Three cases underwent artery angiography,four cases were detected by operation.Results All diseased arteries were well demonstrated.Among them,lower extremity artery occlusion 8,failing vascular grafts 2,artery aneurysms 2.Conclusion Automatic table movement is of value in assessing pelvis and lower extremity artery diseases accurately.And it is a reliable and potential new technique.

Abstract: Total RNA was isolated from Siraitia grosvenorii fruit by the method of modified Trizol, according to S. grosvenorii fruit characteristics of rich phenols, polysaccharide, oil and proteins. The OD260/280, OD260/230, RNA integrity (RIN) and yield of the total RNA with this method were 2.01, 2.02, 9.50 and 260 mirog.g-1, respectively. The open reading frame (ORF) of dehydroascorbate reductase (DHAR), named as SgDHAR, was cloned by rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) and RT-PCR method from S. grosvenorii. The GenBank accession number for this gene is KC907731. The SgDHAR gene contains a full-length cDNA of 1,252 bp including ORF of 819 bp and encodes a predicted protein of 272 amino acids. The molecular mass is 30.217 7 kD and the isoelectric point is 8.76. Homology comparison showed that it shared 87% nucleotide sequence homology with Cucumis sativus. Expression patterns using qRT-PCR analysis showed that SgDHAR was mainly expressed in fruit and stem, followed by flower, and was lowest in root, while the expression level was 6.83 times in triploid. T than that in diploid. Therefore, SgDHAR gene may be involved in abortion of triploid seedless S. grosvenorii.

Objective To evaluate the correlation between cerebral blood volume and permeability surface by using muhislice CT perfusion imaging with glioma grade.Methods Ninteen patients with gliomas underwent conventional MR and multislice CT perfusion imaging preoperatively.These patients were divided into low grade and high grade groups which were correspond to WHO Ⅱ grade gliomas and WHO Ⅲ or Ⅳ grade gliomas respectively.CT data were transferred to on-line working station and processed to obtain time-signal curves,color perfusion maps and calculated perfusion parameters,including cerebral blood volume(CBV),cerebral blood flow(CBF),mean transit time(MTT)and permeability surfaces (PS)in tumoral parenchyma.Kruskal-Wallis test and correlation of CBV and PS was assessed by using SPSS 11.0 software.Results The median of CBV and PS in low-grade and high-grade glioma were 2.7, 6.5 ml/100 g;0.389,12.810 ml?100 g~(-1)?min~(-1),respectively,corresponding t value were 12.907, 13.500 with P

Near-infrared spectroscopy ( NIR ) is widely used in the area of food quantitative and qualitative analysis.Variable selection technique is a critical step of the spectrum modeling with the development of chemometrics.In this study, a novel variable selection strategy, automatic weighting variable combination population analysis (AWVCPA), was proposed.Firstly, binary matrix sampling (BMS) strategy that gives each variable the same chance to be selected and generates different variable combinations, was used to produce a population of subsets to construct a population of sub-models.Then, the variable frequency ( Fre) and partial least squares regression ( Reg) , which were two kinds of information vector ( IVs) were weighted to obtain the value of the contribution of each spectral variables, the influence of two IVs of Rre and Reg was considered to each spectral variable.Finally, it used the exponentially decreasing function ( EDF) to remove the low contribution wavelengths so as to select the characteristic variable.In the case of near infrared spectrum of beer and corn, the prediction model based on partial least squares ( PLS ) was established.Compared with other variable selection methods, the research showed that AWVCPA was the best variable selection strategy in the same situation.It had 72.7% improvement compared AWVCPA-PLS with PLS and the predicted root mean square error (RMSEP) decreased from 0.5348 to 0.1457 on beer dataset.It had 64.7% improvement compared AWVCPA-PLS with PLS and the RMSEP decreased from 0.0702 to 0.0248 on corn dataset.

Objective To understand the epidemicological condition of human brucellosis in Zhengzhou city to provide scientific evidence for future preventive and control measures. Methods Surveillance on high risk populations were done in the designated monitoring Gongyi City and other randomized monitoring cities or counties (4 or 5 towns or farms were selected in each city or county) during the year from 2002 to 2007. The intradermic allergy test with brucellin were carried out among high risk populations who had been in close touch of domestic animals or their products in those cities, and standard tube agglutination test(SAT) were used for those who had suspected clinic symptom or positive result of intradermie allergy test during 2002 to 2005. The SAT investigations for enterprises of livestock breeding were performed in non-designated monitoring cities. All manipulation methods and judging standards were according to the manual of prevention and treatment for human brucellosis. Results In the designated monitoring city Gongyi from 2002 to 2007, a total of 13 831 people were investigated, among whom 3744 peoples were tested by intradermic allergy test and the positive rate was 1.01%(38/3744). Fifty-four cases were positive in SAT among 2693, and the positive rate of SAT was 2.01%(54/2693). Forty-four new cases were diagnosed. In the 11 non-designated monitoring city from 2002 to 2005, 13 136 persons were treated by intradermic allergy test, the positive rate was 0.62% (82/13 136), among these 1316 persons were treated by SAT and 66 patients were positive. The positive rate was 5.02% (66/1316) from 2002 to 2007. Fifty one new cases were diagnosed. In the enterprises of domestic animals breeding, among 242 and 688 employees were treated by SAT, 17 and 16 patients were positive, the positive rate were 7.02%(17/242) and 5.02%(16/688) in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Conclusions The infection of human brucellosis in Zhengzhou is rising up. The governments at all levels must put large amounts of funds for the monitoring, investigating and disinfecting to prevent the disease from increasing and outspreading.

OBJECTIVETo provide new germplasm materials for breeding new varieties of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.

METHODThe method of single plant selection was adopted, with the comparative experiments being carried out under the same conditions in Shibing county. The 8 plants of Shibing SB-4 were compared respectively with factor analysis for 27 phenotypic traits and 8 yield traits, and single factor variance analysis for the contents of polysaccharides.

RESULTUsing factor analysis, 27 phenotypic traits were classified into 7 principal divisors and 8 yield traits were simplified into 3 principal divisors. The 4 strains of P. heterophylla, ZT-01, ZT-02, ZT-06 and ZT-07, performed better than others in the phenotypic traits, and ZT-01, ZT-02, ZT-03 and ZT-07 in the yield traits. The contents of polysaccharides of ZT-01, ZT-02, ZT-05 and ZT-08 showed significantly higher value.

CONCLUSIONThere is significant difference among the 8 strains of P. heterophylla in phenotypic traits, yield traits and quality traits, making it possible to select certain strains for different purposes. ZT-01 and ZT-02 can be breaded further. ZT-06 and ZT-07 were used as ornamental cultivars for its great phenotypic traits. ZT-03 with good resistance and high yield was taken as resistant variety, and ZT-05 would face next selection on the basis of its high content of polysaccharide.

Acute toxicity and immunoprotection of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (APP) ApxI toxin recombinant proteins (include crude inclusion bodies and refolded recombinant protein) were evaluated in mice, and compared with the natural ApxI extracted from culture supernatant of APP serotype 10. In the acute toxicity experiment, the three proteins were intraperitoneally injected into Kunming mice in a dose of 200microg per mouse. The body and organ weight, heamatological and biochemical indexes were examined at 24h, 7 days and 14 days post administration. There was no death after the intraperitoneal administration of the three proteins, and no significant change was found in the body weight, organ indexes, heamatological and biochemical indexes. To study their immunoprotection, the three proteins were emulsified with Freund's adjuvant respectively and vaccinated the mice twice with a 2-week of interval. Two weeks after the second vaccination, the mice were challenged intraperitoneally with a lethal dose of APP serotype 10 (1.09 x 10(8) cfu), and serums were examined by an ApxI-specific ELISA. The results revealed that the recombinant protein had a good immunogenicity and could induce protection immune reaction.

Objective To summarize the experience in laparoscopic spleen-preserving distal panereatectomy.Methods From Nov 2003 to July 2006,six patients with distal pancreatic cystic lesions underwent laparoscopic spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy with splenic vessels preservation. Results All operations were successful with the operative time ranging from 140～265 min and the intraoperative blood loss ranged from 350～600 ml.One case received combination resection of right adrenal adenoma,1 case with combined laparoscopic myomectomy and left ovarian teratomeetamy,1 case with combined laparoscopic myomectomy,1 case with combined laparoscopic cholecysteetomy.All patients were discharged 4 to 9 days postoperatively.The pathologic diagnosis was retained cyst in 2 cases,serous cystadenoma in 2 cases,mucious cystadenoma in 2 cases.Symptoms disappeared in all cases after operations and there was no recurrence during a follow-up period that ranged from 1 month to 31 months.Conclusions Laparoscopic spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy with splenic vessels preservation is the most suitable procedure for the distal pancreatic benign lesions,and in experienced hands this procedure is safe and effective.

Objective To investigate the effects of physical and mental rehabilitation exercise on coping style and self-management efficacy of patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 60 cervical cancer chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation exercise group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients of control group used conventional methods of nursing care, while patients in rehabilitation training group received the physical and mental rehabilitation exercise positive. The two groups had three months of intervention. Coping style of two groups before and after intervention in cervical cancer patients was contrasted, as well as self-efficacy, complications and nursing satisfaction. Results After the intervention, two groups of patients with cervical cancer, their response were significantly improved, and in the physical and mental rehabilitation exercise group of cervical cancer patients, the coping styles significantly was better than that the control group (P<0.05); after intervention, self-management efficacy of three dimensions and total score in rehabilitation exercise group of cervical cancer patients were significantly improved, and in the physical and mental rehabilitation exercise group of cervical cancer patients, the self-management efficacy of three dimensions and total score were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence rate of complications in rehabilitation exercise group after the intervention (6.7%) was significantly lower than it in the control group (33.3%) (P < 0.05); in rehabilitation exercise group, the cervical cancer patients' satisfaction was significantly better than that of the control group (100.0% vs 86.7%)(P < 0.05). Conclusions Nursing care of physical and mental rehabilitation exercise, which is used in cervical cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, can significantly improve the coping style and self-efficacy of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
