2.Detection Methods of Vulnerable Atherosclerotic Plaque
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(02):-
Many studies have shown that the embolism caused by vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque is one of the major causes of ischemic stroke. However, there is still not a simple and precise method to identify the vulnerable plaques yet. This article reviews the various methods for detecting vulnerable plaques from the aspects of serology and imaging.
3.Enriching the contents of the courseware with visualized data to elevate the teaching quality of ‘General’of pediatric surgery
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
A visualized reformation was carried out in the multimedia coursewares through collecting and adding the related pictures and professional video information.Through the teach-ing practice in the last three years,we have got the opinion from the students that by overcom-ing the stiffness and dullness of the old"General",the reformed"General"obviously has sur-passed the old"General"in teaching quality.
4.A Simple Method for the Determination of Glucose
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(4):425-427
A novel method for the determination of glucose was reported. Based on a reverse photoinduced electron transfer process, we can quickly determine the concentration of glucose in the sample. A fluorescent boronic acid, dapoxylTM 3-sulfonamidophenylboronic acid was first used for the determination of glucose. This linear range is 0~1×10-2 mol/L, the detection limit is 5×10-5 mol/L. This method has been applied to direct determination of glucosein in three kinds of serum samples with satisfactory results, the RSD is less than 4%.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(19):2601-2604
OBJECTIVE:To further enhance the implementation level of new Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in phar-maceutical enterprises. METHODS:Based on the new GMP criteria and Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Pharmaceutical Produc-tion Site Inspection,a tracking inspection was conducted for the 31 pharmaceutical enterprises in 11 prefecture-level cities of Guangxi area. Defects of implementing new GMP and their causes were analyzed, and the suggestions were put forward. RESULTS& CONCLUSIONS:In the 31 pharmaceutical enterprises, there were 30 enterprises(96.8%)passed the new GMP tracking inspec-tion. Totally 331 defect items were found, focusing on equipment(76 items,23.0%),factory and facilities(47 items,14.2%),quality control and quality assurance(43 items,13.0%). Causes for defects were mainly institutions and staff training, factory and facilities, equipments management, maintenance and periodic check were far from satisfactory;material and product did not speci-fy a validity period or a retest period;relevant confirmation was incomplete with verification;the quality control,assurance,man-agement,document and production management were not standard and completed;and self-test program was too simple, etc. It is suggested that drug regulatory authorities should establish and improve the legal system, explore new patterns of drug GMP track-ing inspection (such as sudden unannounced inspection, detailed inspection),strengthen inspector team training and unify inspec-tion scale. And the pharmaceutical enterprises should produce drugs in line with the requirements of new GMP,focus on the update of key knowledge, strengthen relevance of training to ensure the drugs quality effectively by multilateral force.

China Pharmacist 2014;(9):1515-1516
Objective:To establish a method for detecting the content of vitamin B2 in Weimeisu tablets by HPLC-FLD. Methods:A PAK C18(250 mmID × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was employed with methanol -0. 02 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate (35∶65) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, and the injection volume was 10 μl. The detection wavelength λex and λem were 450mn and 522 mn, respectively. Results:Vitamin B2 was linear within the range of 1.0-20 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99. 20%(RSD=0. 63%, n=6). Conclusion:The method is specific, sensitive and accurate, and can be used to deter-mine vitamin B2 in Weimeisu tablets.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;(2):211-213
Teaching method of grouping and numbering the experimental animals refers to management of laboratory animals by marking them with numbers. In an experimental group, the same marked experimental animal is performed surgery operation by each group member. As a whole, each group member gets the same score according to the evaluation of operation performance of that group and the score is recorded as usual performance score. This method is simple and easy to implement. It is the optimizing of traditional basic operative surgery teaching methods which is conducted not only to improve medical students' sense of responsibility and animal protection awareness, to make full use of teaching resources and reduce waste, to cultivate medical students' team cooperation awareness, but also to deepen medical students' knowledge about surgical complications and improve the quality of teaching.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(28):38-40
Objective To demonstrate the clinical significance of endoscopic mucosal dissection (ESD) in the treatment of digestive tract diseases. Methods A total of 112 patients with ESD treatment were selected.Preoperative localization endoscopy gastrointestinal ultrasound showed the lesion had not yet invaded muscular layer by ESD.Results Ninety-six cases had complete stripping and removal of lesions, postoperative pathology showed basal and margin had no lesions and membrane was intact integrity, complete resection rate was 85.7%(96/112).Surgery did not appear to uncontrollable bleeding without titanium clip, also not be clipped digestive tract perforation, abdominal infection, subcutaneous emphysema etc. There was no uncontrollable bleeding, digestive tract perforation that couldn't be clipped by titanium clip, abdominal infection, subcutaneous emphysema etc in surgery. For 1 year in 12 patients with early stage cancer of postoperative follow-up,no residual and recurrence. Conclusion ESD is a safe, effective, less painful, can be a one-time operation lesions complete resection for gastrointestinal lesions.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2017;26(3):262-265
Objective To investigate the impact of workplace bullying, general self?efficacy, self?es?teem on mental health of nurses. Methods With random sampling,450 nurses from six hospitals in Nanning of Guangxi were selected to complete questionnaire survey. Results 34.7% of nurses were reported to have been subjected to bullying at their workplace. Workplace bullying(23.78±6.94) showed significantly nega?tive relationship with mental health(36.63±4.53)( r=-0.32, P<0.01),while general self?efficacy(26.86± 4.82) and self?esteem(30.62±4.08) showed significantly positive correlations with mental health( r=0.45, 0.44, P<0.01). Workplace bullying had a significantly negative effect on mental health ( β=-0.25, P<0.01) ,and the relationship was affected by general self?efficacy and self?esteem. Conclusion Workplace bullying can influent nurses' mental health through self?esteem and the relationship is moderated by general self?efficacy.
