1.The experience and significance of picture re-drawn for physiology of planning textbook
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(2):213-216
The second edition physiology published by People's Health Publishing House has been re-drawn and added many illustrations. The illustrations of the new version have improved significantly in the clarity,aesthetics,science,information-rich,etc.It will help to improve the quality of teaching. Some experiences can be got by drawing: First, it is necessary to fully understand the physiological knowledge.Second, one of reference materials should be selected as a template to make creative working.Third, some basic principles should be followed, such as reasonable layout, appropriate grayscale, rich content, simple composition, etc.
2.Treatments and Rehabilitation for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(2):173-178
Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is a rare neurodegenerative disease. The etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear. Nowadays there is a lack of an effective molecular marker which can effectively assist the early diagnosis and prognosis of this disease. This article reviewed the pathological anatomy, diagnostic criteria, subtypes and clinical manifestations, imaging studies, scales evaluation, treat-ment and rehabilitation, complications and risk factors of PSP. Patients with PSP should be managed by a multidisciplinary team. The man-agement of PSP should include the rehabilitation of disorder and palliative treatment, as well as support and education, to improve the quali-ty of life for patients and their caregivers.
3.Progress of venetoclax in treatment of acute myeloid leukemia
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2021;30(5):257-261
Venetoclax is an important breakthrough in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in recent years. A chemo-free treatment of inducing apoptosis drugs combined with hypomethylating agents is used in the management of AML, which brings hope of long-term survival for the elderly patients or patients who cannot tolerate intensive chemotherapy. However, there are still some patients who are resistant to venetoclax-based regimens. This article introduces the new progress of venetoclax in the treatment of AML in combination with reports at the 62nd American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting.
4.Effect of uroacitides on the expression of cyclin D1 of breast cancer cells
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the effect of CDA-Ⅱ on t he expression of cyclin D1 of breast cancer cells. Methods The br east carcinoma cell lines MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 were cultured in vitro tog ether with CDA-Ⅱ, with retinoic acid as positive control, and the effect of CD A-Ⅱ on the growth curve as well as the expression of cyclin D1 of breast carci noma cell lines was observed. Results CDA-Ⅱ may reduce the gr owth of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231, cripple their proliferative ability and inhibit the cyclin D1 expression of breast cancer cell lines. Conclusion CDA-Ⅱ may inhibit the growth and proliferation of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231, reduce the expression of breast carcinoma cell cyclin D1, hence showed a good a pplied prospect for the treatment of breast carcinoma.

Clinical Medicine of China 2007;23(13):23-24
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of electroneurophisology in patients with charcot-Ma-rie-Tooth disease(CMT).Methods Electromyogram(EMG),Motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),Sensory nenre conduction velocity(SCV) and F wave were measured in 31 cases with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease(CMT).Resuits The abnormality rate of EMG was 90%,MCV was 100%,SCV was 90%,and F wave was 34%.Conclu-sion The electroneurophysiology is very practical and valuable in diagnosing Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(6):21-23
Objective To observe the efficacy of Zishen Anshen Decoction combined with Compound Zaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) Capsule on insomnia patients with disharmony between heart-yang and kidney-yin syndrome and its effect on sleep quality index. Methods Seventy insomnia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups conventionally took estazolam as needed, the treatment group was additionally given Zishen Anshen Decoction (in the afternoon and after dinner) and Compound Zaoren Capsule (before sleep at night) for 14 d. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score and dosage of estazolam were used as evaluation indexes for the comparison between the two groups. Results PSQI score of daytime function disorder and hypnotics dosage of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the dosages of estazolam were reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion The alternative application of Zishen Anshen Decoction and Compound Zaoren Capsule on insomnia treatment can not only improve daytime function, but also reduce the dosage of benzodiazepine, with better effect than estazolam.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2001;0(04):-
Objective Cavernous hemangioma of infant was reported as an obscure diagnosis with the different sensitivity to corticosteroid therapy and various natural courses. Therefore, a clinical studies for the biological classification of deep subcutanious vascular lesions might be needed, which was alluded by Mulliken two decades ago. Methods Infants with cavernous hemangiomas accepted normal system corticosteroid therapy during the first 6 months of life before eight-year-follow-up, which continued until the children were 9 to 10 years old. The expression of PCNA and bFGF, and cellular histological characteristics were observed in 12 cases by biopsy. Results There were two major categories of subcutaneous vascular lesions groups: deep capillary hemangiomas, a lesion regressing slowly, and venous malformation, a lesion growing commensurated with the child. They will be also distinguished on the basis of diverse final treatment results, expression of cellular markers, microscopical characteristics, and physical signs. Conclusion The new classification appears to be helpful to make the choice of therapy for infants with "cavernous hemangiomas" , which is proven to be a terminologic confusion.
