Objective:To explore the possibility as antisense gene carriers.Preparation of super paramagnetic iron oxide MR contrast agent Iron oxide nanoparticles and test their physical and Magnetic Properties.Methods:the iron oxide nanoparticles is obtained by means of Co-precipitation method,its structure is analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction method,its size and distribution is measured by transmission electron microscope,and its Susceptibility is measured by Vibrating Sample Magnetometer dollars.Results:Testing after dextran-coated particle diameter overall,the size is20～35nm,core diameter of around is 5nm,These particles possessed some characteristics of super paramagnetic.Relaxation rate Of the sample is 0.155?106/(mol?sec) and quality saturation magnetic intensity is 69.42162emu/g Fe.Conclusion:the sample possessed the advantages of small size,dispersed,super-paramagnetic,so it could be used as an anti-gene carriers.

Roux-en-Y procedure has widely been used for digestive tract reconstruction after distal or total gastrectomy,and the Roux stasis syndrome is one of the most common complications.The symptoms of Roux stasis syndrome include abdominal pain,abdominal distention,nausea,vomiting and anorexia.Abdominal movement of the intestinal loop and reversed peristalsis cause delayed passage of gastric contents,which is the main cause of the Roux stasis syndrome.Prokinetic agents and electronic stimulation have been investigated as potential nonsurgical treatment methods for Roux stasis syndrome.Uncut Roux-en-Y anastomosis has been found to be effective in preventing Roux stasis syndrome.In the future,precise evaluation of the psychological changes of the digestive tract after the Roux-en-Y anastomosis and understanding the mechanism of Roux stasis syndrome would be more effective to help the surgeons to resolve the problems.

Objective To observe the features of soluble MHC class I chain-related gene A (sMICA)in patients with gastric cancer of different differentiation degrees, the relationship between sMICA and the stage of gastric cancer and the relationship between sMICA and the metastasis of gastric cancer. To provide a new and useful marker in the differential diagnosis and staging of gastric cancer. Methods The peripheral blood examples of 200 gastric cancer patients and 60 health donors were collected. The serum levels of soluble MICA of peripheral blood were determined by MICA-specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The serum levels of sMICA in the patients with gastric cancer and health donors were (359.45 ±114.15) pg/ml and (210.07 ±31.01) pg/ml respectively. sMICA levels in the patients were significantly higher than those of the health donors (t =16.58, P <0.05). There were not significant differences among the poorly differentiated, the moderately differentiated and the well differentiated adenocarainoma(P >0.05). The serum levels of sMICA in the patients with gastric cancer steped up gradually while increasing of the TNM stages.There were significant differences between stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ, stage Ⅱand Ⅳ, stage Ⅱ and Ⅳ (P <0.05). The serum levels of sMICA in the patients with gastric cancer steped up gradually while aggravating of metastasis extent.Conclusion sMICA-release of MICA from cancer cells may reduce the expression of NKG2D. This may impair NKG2D-mediated immune surveillance of gastric cancer and leads to the tumor escaping; In the patients with gastric cancer, the serum levels of sMICA correlate with cancer stage and metastasis but show no correlation with cell differentiation.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the main factors for ADR that is induced by Chinese medicine injection to promote clinical use of drug.METHODS: Literatures about ADR which was induced by Chinese medicine injection for cardiovascular disease were retrieved from CHKD from Jan.1998 to Jun.2009 and analyzed statistically with ADR as .RESULTS: 10 kinds of ADR which were caused by cardiovascular injection were listed.CONCLUSION: Medical personnel and patients should pay attention to numerous kind of ADR resulted from Chinese medicine injection and clinical manifestation.

Objective To culture the osteoblast of Wistar rat in vitro and study its biological characteristics. Methods With heat-cool alternative method and by way of the trysin digestion, the osteoblast cells, obtained from femoral bone of Wistar rats, were colleced and cultured with special cultural fluid in vitro. After about two weeks, cells lined up in one layer. Then cells were generationed and examined by phase contrast microscope, H E strain, ALP strain, type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen strains. Results The cells had the same morphological feature with ALP activity, type Ⅰ collagen strain positive. Conclusion The cultured osteoblasts derived from bone mass were seed cells for the bony tissue engineering, which is the base for the tissue-engineering born construction in vitro.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the cell cycle blocked by hyperthermia and the expression of rhythm gene Bmall in gastric cancer MKN28 cells so as to provide the academic evidence in hyperthermia therapy for gastric cancer.MethodsThe MKN28 cells were resuscitated and cultured in vitro.In control group MKN28 cells were cultivated at 37 ℃.In experimental groups MKN28 cells were heated at 43 ℃ for different durations.The cell morphology was observed by microscopy.Methylthiazdyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay was adopted to evaluate the inhibitory effect of the cell line.The flow-cytometry was adopted to observe the influence on the cell cycle.The Bmall mRNA expression was investigated by real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR).ResultsThe remarkable changes of cell morphology were observed by microscopy after exposure to heating.According to the data of MTT assay,37 ℃ heating could not inhibit the proliferation of MKN28.The inhibitive rates of cell growth after 0.5 h,1 h,l.5 h at 43 ℃ was (21.76±5.46)％,(25.30 ±4.36)％ and (27.62 ± 3.78 )％,respectively.Results from flow-cytometry showed that G0/G1 phase cells in lh at 43 ℃ were remarkably less than those in the control group.However G2/M cells were significantly more than those in the control group.The mRNA expression of Bmall was the lowest when heating lh at 43 ℃ as compared to the control group.ConclusionsHyperthermia could induced the cell cycle changes and the expression of Bma11 in gastric cancer MKN28 cells.

Objective To study clinicopathologic features of ALK-positive large B-cell lymphoma.Methods The clinical data,histopathological characteristics,immunophenotype and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) result of a patient with ALK-positive large B-cell lymphoma were analyzed and discussed combined with related literatures.Results A 30-years-old male patients with the left neck lymphadenectasis was studied.Histological evaluation revealed the tumor grew in sheets in the nodal,with round nuclei,dispersed chromatin,a single prominent central nucleolus and moderate amounts of eosinophilic to amphophilic cytoplasm.The neoplastic cells exhibited immunoblastic/plasmablastic morphology.Immunohistochemistry measurement showed that the tumor cells were marked positively by CD138,ALK-1,CD45RO,CD4,Perforin,CD117 and Kappa proteins,while negatively by CD3,CD8,CD20,CD30,CD38,CD57,CD79a,Pax-5,EMA and AE1/AE3 proteins.FISH test demonstrated the presence of ALK gene translocation.The patient was given 4 cycles of CHOP chemotherapy after surgery.However,the conditions deteriorated after 4 months.Now the patient continued to receive treatment.Conclusion ALK-positive large B-cell lymphoma represents a distinct variant of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,and the tumor has special histological features along with a distinct immunophenotype and ALK gene rearrangement.
