Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(6):929-931
Objective To analyze the effect of fiber bronchoscope bronchial lavage technique for the children with lobar pneumonia. Methods 110 cases of lobar pneumonia were divided into the bronchial lavage group (55 cases) and the control group (55 cases). The clinical effect of two groups was observed. Results The tempera-ture recovery time, chest rales recovery time, clinical presentation time, X -ray change recovery time of bronchial lavage groups were significantly shorter than those of the control group (all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the lavage group was 85.5%,which was 65.5% of the control group (χ2 =10.632,P <0.01).Conclusion The children with lobar pneumonia taken bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage reached the diagnosis and achieved the goal of treatment,it could significantly improve the clinical symptoms, promote disease recovery, conducive to rehabili-tation of children.
3.New immunosupressants in the treatment of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2013;29(11):995-997
Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) is an inflammatory eye disease associated with thyroid autoimmune disorder. The traditional treatments have yielded limited efficacy but with some side effects.Recently, researches have shown that some new immunosupressants may be used for the treatment of TAO with significantly improved symptoms, and reduction in clinical activity score.
4.Research on Instrument with Electricity Impulse Stimulation
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective To design a stimulating instrument for physiology experiment. Methods A sine wave was produced by a high frequency oscillator, and then the sine wave increased in voltage by a transformer to accord with the maximal range needed.Afterwards, the increscent sine wave became a direct current signal with high voltage by a rectifier and a filter. Finally, the signal became a stimulating impulse to be exported by a switch, which was controlled by a controlling signal with adjustable frequency and width. Results Voltage range adjusted between 1 and 80V;Frequency adjusted between 0.1 and 200Hz;Impulse width adjusted between 0.1 and 5ms.Conclusion The stimulating instrument designed can be used to do electricity stimulating experiment in Physiology.

In 2020, the Chinese Society of Endocrinology released a new version of the consensus on acromegaly. This article aims to interpret in details on three aspects of treatment goals, surgical treatment, and radiotherapy in this concensus.
6.EFFECTS OF GANODERMA SPORE ON SURVIVAL AND EXPRESSION OF NT-3 AND NOS OF SPINAL MOTOR NEURON FOLLOWING VENTRAL ROOT CUT IN THE RAT
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(05):-
Objective To explore the effects of Ganoderma spore(germination activated Ganoderma spore) on survival and expression of neurotrophin_3(NT_3) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) of injured motor neurons in rat spinal cord. Methods Different dosages of Gandoerma spore were irrigated into the rat's stomach respectively in experimental groups after oneside ventral root cut.The survival ratio of injured motor neurons was counted.NT_3 expression of surviving motor neurons was measured by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization methods and NOS activity was measured by enzymo_histochemistry method. Results Thirty_five days after ventral root cut,the survival ratio of motor neurons was 47.32% in control group, and those were 67.11%,72.67% and 81.67% respectively in low, medial and high dosage Ganoderma spore groups.Expressions of NT_3 and NOS of surviving motor neurons in high dosage Ganoderma spore group were higher than those in control group. Conclusion Ganoderma spore may promote the survival of injured spinal motor neurons, and survival ratio of injured motor neurons is related to the dosages of Ganoderma spore.Ganoderma spore may also enhance the expressions of NT_3 and NOS of surviving spinal motor neurons.
7.THE SURVIVAL DIFFERENTIATION AND MIGRATION OF SKIN-DERIVED NEURAL STEM CELLS IN INJURED SPINAL CORD OF RAT
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective To investigate whether the skin-derived neural stem cells inducted by the culture could survive, differentiate and migrate in the lesioned site of rat spinal cord. Methods The skin of new born rat trans-gene of green fluorescence protein(GFP) was applied to be dissociated into cells, cultured and inducted to proliferate in vitro.Skin-derived neural stem cells were identified by immunocytochemistry staining.Then,skin-derived neural stem cells inducted by the culture were transplanted into the lesioned site of rat spinal cord hemisection.Thirty days and sixty days after the operation, the survival, migration and differentiation of transplanted cells were observed by immunocytochemistry staining. Results Ten days at cultured skin-dissociated cells, many cell-spheres had been formed by the proliferation of suspensive growing cells. These cell-spheres showed nestin positive staining of immunocytochemistry. It suggestes that the cell-spheres are neurospheres. In vivo, many transplanted skin-derived neural stem cells with GFP were observed in the lesioned area of spinal cord. Some transplanted cells migrated into host spinal cord tissue far away from the lesioned area. Some transplanted surviving cells showed nestin,MAP2 and GFAP positive staining of immunocytochemistry separately. Conclusion Skin-derived neural stem cells inducted by the culture may survive, migrate and differentiate into neuron-like cells and astrocyte-like cells in injured spinal cord of rat.
8.Dynamic Changes and Clinical Significance of Serum TNF-? and IL-10 of Nosocomial Infection in Patients with Severe Viral Hepatitis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE To study the dynamic changes and clinical significance of TNF-? and IL-10 of nosocomial infection in patients with severe viral hepatitis.METHODS The study included 40 patients with severe viral hepatitis, their nosocomial infection was treated with antibiotic therapy.Serum levels of TNF-? and IL-10 were measured at baseline and 5 d,10 d and 15 d after the first antimicrobial dose. The patients were divided into 2 groups: infection be controlled group and infection be not controlled group by therapeutic efficacy.RESULTS The serum concentrations of TNF? and IL-10 were elevated in all patients when compared with the healthy control group(P
9.Research progress of the relationship between granule head-like 2 gene and tumor in Drosophila melanogaster
Practical Oncology Journal 2017;31(3):254-257
Grainhead-like 2 (GRHL2) is one of the homologous genes of Drosophila granule head-like gene in mammals, which is a kind of Drosophila granule head transcription factor. In normal organisms,GRHL2 is involved in the regulation of epithelial cell differentiation and development. In tumors,GRHL2 is complex.GRHL2 not only inhibits tumorigenesis, but it also promotes tumor formation, especially epithelial origin of malignant tumors mostly involving epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process.Further study of the relationship between GRHL2 and tumor will provide a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients. The relationship between GRHL2 and tumor is reviewed in this paper.
10.Proress in research on pharmacogenomics of minerals and trace elements
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(10):1338-1341,1342
Minerals and trace elements are a general name for a variety of elements that constitute human tissues and maintain normal physiological functions. The single-nucleotide polymor-phism ( SNP) can affect the metabolism, disposition and effect of minerals and trace elements, causing changes in body function. In this review, we will summarize pharmacogenomics research based on the current knowledge from minerals and trace ele-ments.
