ObjectiveTo explore the pathological effect of Anti-stenosis No.1 which had effect of vivid Qi and promoting blood flow,eliminate sputum and circulating collaterals on restenosis after carotid artery angioplasty in experimental rats.Methods48 rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the hyperlipid group,the small-dose group and the large-dose group.Restenosis model in carotid artery after angioplasty was built by high-dose cholesterol diet and three times balloon injury.Chinese herbs were administered for three months.Lumen area,intimal area,media area and intimal area/media area in the restenosis region were calculated.ResultsLumen area and intimal area were very more significantly changed in the hyperlipid group,the small-dose group,and the large-dose group compared to the blank group(P<0.01).Media area and intimal area/media area were very more significantly changed in the hyperlipid group and the small-dose group compared to the blank group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the large-dose group.Compared to hyperlipid group,lumen area significantly increased in the large-dose group(P<0.01)),intimal area significantly decreased in the small-and large-dose groups(P<0.05),and media area significantly decreased in the large-dose group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in media area between the small-and large-dose groups(P<0.05).ConclusionAnti-stenosis No.1 can significantly inhibit restenosis by inhibiting intimal and media hyperplasty,and the effect is dose dependent.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Huanglian Wendan decoction and Danshen decoction combined with Wester medicineon stable coronary heart disease.Methods60 patients with angina or myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were treated with routine medicine and those of the treatment group were added with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Danshen decoction. The changes of angina, symptoms and signs of TCM, electrocardiogram (ECG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high sensitive C-reactive protein (HS-CRP) of all patients were observed before and after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, the frequency and duration of angina, dose of notroglycerine of patients in two groups were significantly different from those before treatment (P<0.01 ), but there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The symptoms such as chest discomfort and palpitation of patients of two groups improved after treatment (P<0.05～0.01), but the treatment group improved more obviously than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate showed by ECG were 53.3% in the control group and 73.3 % in the treatment group, there was no significant difference between two groups. HS-CRP and LDL-C of all patients decreased after treatment (P<0.01), but the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Danshen decoction can relief clinical symptoms of stable coronary heart disease, which may be related with lipid decrease and inflammation reduction.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the feasibility, safety and diagnostic accuracy of pharmacologic stress of (99m)Technetium-MIBI single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) with intravenous adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in patients with suspected coronary artery disease.

METHODSThe study group included 263 patients who were suspected of having coronary artery disease. All patients underwent (99m)Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging with ATP infusion (0.16 mg/kg body weight per min for 5 min). 20 mCi of (99m)Tc-MIBI were injected 3 minutes after the start of ATP infusion. Myocardial SPECT images were obtained 60 minutes later. Then, two days later, 20 mCi of (99m)Tc-MIBI were administered at rest and myocardial SPECT was repeated. 51 patients also underwent coronary angiography within two weeks for evaluation of sensitivity and specificity of ATP-myocardial perfusion imaging in detection of coronary artery disease. The occurrence of cardiac and non-cardiac adverse effects was carefully monitored during and after intravenous ATP infusion.

RESULTSThe ATP infusion protocol was completed in all patients. Although 59% of the patients had various kinds of adverse effects, most of them were mild. No patient required aminophyline. The most severe adverse effect was second degree type II atria-ventricular block (4/263), but all events were transient. The sensitivity and specificity of ATP-myocardial perfusion imaging were 97% and 82%, respectively.

CONCLUSIONSIt is shown that (99m)Technetium-MIBI SPECT with intravenous ATP is a safe and feasible technique for detecting coronary artery disease in patients unable to perform the exercise test.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia(AML)patients with PTPN11 gene mutation.Methods Total 115 adult AML patients who underwent initial diagnosis,treatment,and second-generation sequencing(NGS)detecting at hospital were recruited in this study.Clinical da-ta included disease characteristics,treatment efficacy,long-term prognosis,immune cell subpopulations,and leu-kemia stem cells were collected to analyze the clinical characteristics and prognosis of AML patients with PTPN11 gene mutation.Results PTPN11 gene mutation rate in newly diagnosed adult AML was 9.57％,and the mutation site mainly occurred in exon 3 region with all mutation type being point mutation.Compared with PTPN11 wild-type group,PTPN11 gene mutation group had a higher early mortality rate(18.18％vs 4.00％,P=0.048),a lower complete response rate(33.33％vs 67.71％,P=0.039),a higher recurrence rate(83.33％vs 42.31％,P=0.043),a shorter median overall survival time(9 months vs 20 months,P=0.026),a lower proportion of ef-fector T cells[(1.39±0.12)％vs(3.56±0.46)％,P=0.038],and a higher proportion of leukemia stem cells[(13.82±3.66)％vs(3.87±1.40)％,P=0.021].Conclusion PTPN11 gene mutation is a poor prognostic marker for AML.Those patients have a high early mortality rate,low complete remission rate,high recurrence rate,short median overall survival time,a low proportion of effector T cells,and a high proportion of leukemia stem cells.
