Objective To evaluate the value of stereotactic core needle biopsy and needle localization biopsy in diagnosis and treatment in the early breast carcinoma .Methods Forty cases with breast micro-lesions detected by radiography underwent stereotactic mammography needle localization biopsy or stereotactic core needle biopsy .Results The biopsies were successful in 27 cases(96.4%),and 1 case of breast cancer was missed diagnosed by stereotactic core needle biopsy. Conclusion Stereotactic mammography needle localization and stereotactic core needle biopsy play important roles in diagnosis and treatment of early breast cancer.

Objective To discuss the features of MRI and molybdenum target X-ray in mammary primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Methods 3 cases of mammary primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were studied. The features of MRI and molybdenum target X-ray werecollected and analyzed(all 3 cases had molybdenum target X-ray in MLO site and CC site, one had MRI image). Results All 3 caseslesions were in single side, one case had two lesions in one side. The diameter of all the lesions were more than 3cm.The lesion presented as iso-or slight hyperdensity shadow, and related to breast tissue and density was hemogeneous. The tumor was irregular but no bristle andcalcification. There was no skin and nipple involved in superficial of mammary gland. In T_1WI showed even low signal. In T_2WI showedeven little high or equal signal.Intensity was hemogeneous and obvious. The curve of time-signal intensity was platform pattern. Conclusion The features of MRI and molybdenum target X-ray in mammary primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma are characteristic and helpful for deciding correct therapy plan.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2005;3(3):16-18
Forty cases of bronchial asthma were treated by comprehensive methods of acupuncture, ear-embedding and acupoint-injecting. Thirty-six cases were treated by single body acupuncture and 38 cases were treated by herbal medicine for comparison. The therapeutic effects were analyzed among the three groups. The total effective rate was 95.0% in the comprehensive group, 80.6% in the single acupuncture group and 73.7% in the herbal medicine group, with a significant difference (P<0.05) among the three groups. The combined use of acupuncture, ear-embedding method and acupoint-injecting method were better than single acupuncture and herbal medicine in the treatment of asthma.
