Objective To evaluate the changes of physical activity status of residents in Beijing Yayuncun(Asian Games Village)Community. Methods A total of 1765 permanent residents over 15 from 600 families living in Yayuncun Communities since 2000 were selected in this prospective study.Thebaseline survey was carried out with the Questionnaire for Residents of Beijing Typical Community in 2004 and 2005.From 2006 to 2008,same questionnaire was used for the follow-up survey, and 1412 residents were responded to the questionnaire. Results The knowledge levels related to physical exercise of Yayuncun residents elevated(P<0.01).The source of knowledge gain from Olympics Games promotion, specialized community lectures and intemet increase significantly(P<0.01),that from other media decreased(P<0.01).The exercise rate in community was higher than in other sites(P<0.01)and increased significantly (P<0.05);while doing exercise in charged sites decreased(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that regular physical exercise was related to age,BMI,exercise-related knowledge, exercise sites, attitude for sport facilities and chronological order. Conclusion During the preparation for the Beijing Olympic Games.the status of physical exercise of residents in Yayuncun Community presented the positive trends.

Objective:To compare the maternal and neonatal outcomes between 5-minute immediate cesarean section and emergency cesarean section. Methods:One hundred and seven puerperas who underwent 5-minutes cesarean section in Jinan University Affiliated Shenzhen Bao′an Maternal and Child Health Hospital during the period of January 2018 to December 2019(immediate cesarean section group), and 214 puerperas who underwent emergency cesarean section in the same period (emergency cesarean section group) were enrolled in the study. The top five indications of 5-minute immediate cesarean section were severe fetal distress ( n=26), complete placental abruption ( n=22), massive hemorrhage from placenta previa ( n=18), severe oligohydramnios ( n=10) and severe eclampsia ( n=9); while the top five indications of emergency cesarean section were mild and moderate fetal distress ( n=58), breech position ( n=17), mild and moderate eclampsia ( n=16), fetal head depression and stagnation ( n=16), oligohydramnios ( n=16). The hemorrhage 2 hours after parturition, cost of hospitalization, postpartum heart rate and blood pressure, Apgar score and death were compared between two groups. The influencing factors on NICU admission rate was analyzed with multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results:The volume of hemorrhage 2 hours after parturition and cost of hospitalization in the immediate cesarean section group were significantly higher than those in the emergency cesarean section group ( t=4.48, P<0.05; t=2.05, P=0.04). There was no significant difference in heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups ( t=0.23, P=0.82; t=-0.12, P=0.90; t=0.34, P=0.73). The 1 min Apgar score and 5 min Apgar score were lower in the immediate cesarean section group than those in the emergency cesarean section group ( t=-6.12, P<0.05; t=-3.61, P<0.05). The rate of NICU admission in the immediate cesarean section group was higher than that of the emergency cesarean section group (χ 2=11.95, P<0.05). The binary logistic regression analysis showed the influencing factors on neonatal admission to NICU were neonatal birth weight ( OR=1.31,95 %CI:1.06-1.62, P<0.05), gestational age ( OR=1.40, 95 %CI:1.11-2.40, P<0.05) and the way of cesarean section ( OR=2.32, 95 %CI:1.15-4.78, P<0.05). Conclusion:The puerparas undergoing 5-minutes immediate cesarean are prone to postpartum hemorrhage, and increased neonatal NICU admission. The management for acute and critically ill pregnant women needs to be further strengthened.

Objective To analyze the structures of atypical class 1 integrons in clinical Proteus isolates. Methods This study included 26 class 1 integron integrase gene-positive clinical Proteus isolates, from which the variable regions of class 1 integrons could not be amplified. Six isolates were chosen from them to amplify the flanking DNA segments of class 1 integron integrase gene using inverse PCR. The se-quences of PCR products were analyzed with BLAST to identify the target homologous sequences as well as their accession numbers in GenBank. Primers for overlap PCR were designed according to the flanking se-quences. Then the 26 clinical Proteus isolates were analyzed with overlap PCR and sequencing analysis. Re-sults The variable regions of class 1 integrons in 25 out of the 26 clinical Proteus isolates were completely or partly identified by using inverse PCR,overlap PCR and sequencing analysis. A gene cassette array of estX-psp-aadA2-cmlA1-aadA1a-qacI-tnpA-sul3 was detected in 22 isolates. The variable regions of class 1 integrons in the other three isolates were identified to be estX-psp-aadA2-cmlA1,dfrA14 and IS26,respectively. All of the 25 isolates lacked the 3'conserved segements in class 1 integron. Conclusion Inverse PCR can be used to analyze the structures of atypical class 1 integrons. Gene cassette psp and gene cassette arrays of estX-psp-aadA2-cmlA1-aadA1a-qacI-tnpA-sul3 and estX-psp-aadA2-cmlA1 in clinical Proteus isolates are reported for the first time.

Purpose To investigate the expression of SMOC2 in papillary thyroid carcinomas(PTC)and its efficacy in joint diagnosis with CK19,Galectin-3,MC and BRAF V600E.Methods Bioinformatics was uesd to analyze the mR-NA expression differences of SMOC2 in PTC and benign thyroid tissues in the Gene Expression Omnibus database and The Canc-er Genome Atlas database.Detection of SMOC2 protein expres-sion in paraffin tissue of 75 cases of PTC and 45 cases of papilla-ry thyroid hyperplasia(PTH)was used by using EnVision meth-od,combined with CK19,Galectin-3,and MC and BRAF V600E for sensitivity and specificity analysis. Results The bioinformatics analysis results showed that the mRNA expression level of SMOC2 in PTC tissue was significantly lower than that in benign thyroid tissue(P<0.05),and the area under the curve(AUC)predicted by SMOC2 for PTC diagnosis was 0.910(P<0.001).The immunohistochemical results showed that the ex-pression of SMOC2 in PTC was significantly lower than that in PTH tissue(P<0.001),and the AUC of SMOC2 for PTC diag-nosis was 0.898(P<0.001).The AUC of SMOC2 combined with CK19,Galectin-3,MC and BRAF V600E in the diagnosis of PTC was 1.000(P<0.001),and the AUC values of the combination of other markers were lower than 1.000.Conclu-sion The expression of SMOC2 in PTC is significantly de-creased,which can be used as an important marker for the diag-nosis and differential diagnosis of PTC.Combined with CK19,Galectin-3,MC and BRAF V600E,the sensitivity and specifici-ty of PTC can be improved to a certain extent.
