An analysis of the existing incentives mechanism of performance appraisal for community health service centers, and insight into the challenges for linking the post performance appraisal in community health service centers with incentive measures. It is pointed out the administrators should take a variety of measures including material incentive, target incentive, knowledge incentive, and emotional incentive among others. In addition, such measures should be used sophistically, flexibly and reasonably, while timing of incentives should meet the human resource needs of the institution, notably a combination of positive incentive with negative ones,, mostly the former incentive.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(2):110-113
A brief description of performance appraisal as used in the healthcare sector, and an analysis of problems existing in performance appraisal for posts in community heahhcare organizations in the country. The paper proposes a job-analysis based performance appraisal for such posts, featuring the appraisal model of "performance + skills + attitude+ work intensity". On the basis of work analysis, a job description should be worked out for such healthcare workers as doctors, nurses and prevention workers in community healthcare organizations, aided by a targeted job-based performance appraisal system. These efforts can effectively enhance the job performance in such organizations, catering to the healthcare needs of community residents.

Objective To discuss the effects of implants of different thread face angles on the primary stability of immediately loaded implant using the 3-dimensional finite element analysis with the models of the immediately loaded implants. Methods Using the commercial code of Pro/E software, Hypermesh software, and ABAQUS software we created 3-dimensional finite element models. The micromotions of the finite element models with different screw face angles (V-shape, buttress, square-shape and inverse buttress) were computed with the ABAQUS software. Results Concerning different thread face angles, the micromotion of buttress implant was the minimum and the micromotion of inverse buttress implant was the maximum with vertically loading; the micromotion of inverse buttress implant was the minimum and the micromotion of buttress implant was the maximum with horizontal loading. Conclusions Different screw-types have great influence on vertical interfacial micromotions but little influence on horizontal interfacial micromotions. There are two angles which are formed by top /bottom edge and the implants. The larger are the angles, the smaller are the vertical interfacial micromotions, but the weaker of the strength. Thus in designing the screw-type implants, we should consider the angles of thread faces and the strength.
4.New opinion on the mechanism of Dazhu (BL 11) for gonalgia with flexion-extension dysfunction.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2017;37(9):997-999
The effect of Dazhu (BL 11) for gonalgia with flexion-extension dysfunction is remarkable, and its mechanism of action is interpreted as the influential point of bone treating bone diseases. However, through the exploration of a variety of literature, the relevant classical research, the views of senior experts, and combined with the author's experience, we put forward some new ideas and views for reference. Through in-depth analysis about pathogenesis of gonalgia with flexion-extension dysfunction and the functional attributes of Dazhu (BL 11), combining meridian tendons differentiation and myofascial meridians, we consider that Dazhu (BL 11), with its unique "location" advantage, plays the role of regulating multiple viscera, meridians, meridian tendons and myofascial meridians, which is the mechanism for gonalgia with flexion-extension dysfunction.

OBJECTIVE:To study the diastolic effect and mechanism of Hui medicine Hexin oil solution on isolated thoracic aortic vascular rings of rats, and provide reference for its treatment for cardiovascular diseases. METHODS:Thoracic aortic vascu-lar rings of rats were taken and then soaked in Kelvin's nutrient solution(K-H). Using 1×10-6 mol/L norepinephrine(PE)or 60 mmol/L potassium chloride (KCl) for inducing the contraction of vascular rings, biological signal acquisition and analysis system was used to determine the diastolic effect and mechanism of Hexin oil solution with concentrations of 0.0204,0.0408,0.0612, 0.0816,0.1020 mg/mL on vascular rings, and diastolic rate was calculated. After culturing vascular rings by 0.1 mmol/L nitric ox-ide synthase inhibitor L-nitro-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME),cyclooxygenase inhibitor indomethacin (INDO),and potassium ion channel blocker glibenclamide(Gli)for 20 min,the diastolic effects of above-mentioned 5 mass concentrations of Hexin oil so-lution on the contraction of vascular rings pre-contracted by PE were determined, and diastolic rate was calculated. The test was based on K-H solution as blank control. RESULTS:Compared with blank control,Hexin oil solution with concentration of 0.0204-0.1020 mg/mL had obvious diastolic effect on the contraction of vascular rings induced by PE and KCl (P<0.05 or P<0.01), showing concentration-dependent relationship. INDO pre-treatment can relieve the diastolic effect of Hexin oil solution on vascular rings pre-contracted by PE;and compared with blank control group, the diastolic rate had no statistical significance (P>0.05). While the pre-treatment of Gli,L-NAME did not affect the diastolic effect of Hexin oil solution on vascular rings pre-contracted by PE;and compared with blank control group, diastolic rate was obviously increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS:Hex-in oil solution can concentration-dependently conduct the relaxation of thoracic aortic vascular rings pre-contracted by PE,KCl. The mechanism may be associated with activation of cyclooxygenase pathway.

While generative artificial intelligence(AI), exemplified by ChatGPT, demonstrated impressive capabilities in understanding the semantics and context of natural language, and generating coherent and meaningful responses, its performance in the medical field, which required high-level expertise and complex reasoning, remained uncertain. This article aimed to explore the potential applications and challenges of generative AI technology, with ChatGPT as a representative example, in enhancing the capabilities of primary healthcare services. Generative AI, represented by ChatGPT, had potential applications in enhancing primary healthcare services, including clinical assistance in diagnosis, electronic medical record documentation, remote management of chronic patients, and patient education. However, limitations such as the inability to guarantee accuracy, lack of doctor-patient interaction, language barriers, and concerns related to data security, patient privacy, and ethical considerations constrained its practical implementation. Therefore, the application of ChatGPT in improving the capabilities of primary healthcare services required extensive discussion and analysis throughout society. A comprehensive evaluation of potential risks and the establishment of corresponding policies and regulations were necessary to ensure the prudent and responsible introduction and application of ChatGPT, ultimately achieving the goal of empowering primary healthcare services.
