Objective To investigate the relationship between the posttraumatic growth in cancer patients and patients' quality of life. Methods 123 cancer patients were measured with posttraumatic growth inventory (PTGI) and EORTC QLQ-C30. Means and standard deviations were used to describe the domain and the range change of posttraumatic growth. Correlation and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to explore the relationship between the patients' posttraumatic growth and their quality of life. Results 4 of 5 factors in PTGI showed significant positive change, including connection with others [(28.17±7.97) scores], new possibilities [(16.15±6.06) scores], personal strength [(15.42±4.69) scores], and appreciation of life [(11.51±3.80) scores], meanwhile, the spiritual change [(5.07±2.67) scores] had no significant growth. The sum of PTGI was related positively to the role function of the patients. New possibilities (r=0.193), personal strength (r=0.290) and appreciation of life (r=0.284) were correlated positively with global health status. Multiple regression analysis indicated that personal strength (β=0.373, t=3.66) and appreciation of life (β=0.322, t=2.99) could predict positively to global health status, however, relating to others predicted negatively to global health status (β=-0.396, t=-3.63). Conclusion Posttraumatic growth has been found in cancer patients, including some predicting factors of patients' quality of life, such as personal strength, life appreciation and relating to others.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT),modified CIMT and forced use in the treatment of the upper limbs of adults after stroke. Methods Published ac-counts of trials of these techniques were located through electronic searches of the following databases: PubMed,EBSCO, Ovid, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trails, EMbase, Science Citation Index (Expanded),HighWire Press, CBMDisc, CCTR, CNKI and VIP from the date of establishment of the databases to September 2009. The bibliographies of the articles thus retrieved were also checked. Results A total of 12 trials involving 648 patients were discovered. Meta-analysis showed that CIMT has been shown to increase movement efficiency, reduce normalized movement time, increase use of the more affected arm, improve the quality of use of the more affected arm and reduce the impact of the affected arm. C1MT showed no significant effect in improving independence in daily life compared with traditional rehabilitation. Conclusions To some extent, (modified) CIMT promotes arm rehabilita-tion after stroke effectively. However, these studies were small and their quality was poor. They had different follow-up points, assessed with different rating scales, and the course of stroke in the studies was also different. So more high-quality and large-scale randomized controlled trials are needed.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of couple-centered psychological intervention on breast cancer patients. Methods:Randomized controlled trials published in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, JBI, CNKI, Wanfang, Vip and CBM database on the effect of psychological intervention on breast cancer patients with husband and wife as the center were searched by computer. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to September 2020. Two reviewer independently conducted literature screening, data extraction and literature quality evaluation according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and Meta analysis was carried out using RevMan 5.3 software. Results:A total of 879 patients were included in 11 articles. Meta analysis results showed that the couple-centered psychological intervention not only improved the quality of life, but also improved the anxiety of breast cancer patients ( SMD=1.54, 95% CI 0.22-2.86, P=0.02) and depression ( SMD=1.22, 95% CI 0.12-2.33, P=0.03). Conclusions:After psychological intervention, the anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients were improved and the quality of life was also improved. Due to the inconsistency in the mode, frequency and evaluation index of psychological intervention, more large samples and high-quality studies are needed to further verify the effect of couple-centered psychological intervention on breast cancer patients and spouses centered on husband and wife.

Objective:To observe the effects of esketamine combined with butorphanol in endotracheal intubation guided by fiberoptic bronchoscopy with spontaneous breathing. Methods:Forty patients suspected of having difficult airways during elective general anesthesia operations in Hunan Provincial People′s Hospital were prospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table. Propofol plus sufentanil, esketamine plus butorphanol were used for intravenous general anesthesia respectively. At the same time, they were assisted with cricothyroid puncture and surface anesthesia of nasopharynx and larynx, and then trachea intubation with spontaneous breathing was performed through the nose under the guidance of fiberoptic bronchoscope. The changes of heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO 2), and the levels of serum cortisol, norepinephrine and adrenaline before and after endotracheal intubation were compared between the two groups. The number of body motions and coughing at the completion of endotracheal intubation was compared between the two groups. Results:In the control group, the HR and MAP at the completion of intubation were higher than those before intubation, and the PaO 2 was lower than those before intubation (all P<0.05); In the observation group, there was no significant difference in HR, MAP and PaO 2 at the completion of intubation and before intubation (all P>0.05). The HR and MAP at the end of intubation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the PaO 2 was higher than that in the control group (all P<0.05). The number of body motion and coughing in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group at the completion of endotracheal intubation (all P<0.01). At the end of endotracheal intubation, the serum cortisol, norepinephrine and epinephrine level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P<0.01). Conclusions:Esketamine combined with butorphanol has advantages over propofol combined with sufentanil in the application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy guided tracheal intubation in difficult airways that retain spontaneous breathing, and can better control the stress response caused by tracheal intubation.

OBJECTIVE:To study the co rrelation of the chro maticity value of Schizonepeta tenuifolia charcoal of different processing time(0-40 min, similarly herein after)with multiple indicators ,and to reveal the quality change law of S. tenuifolia charcoal during processing and confirm the terminal time. METHODS :The contents of ethanol-soluble extracts from S. tenuifolia charcoal decoction pieces of different processing time were determined. UPLC fingerprint of S. tenuifolia decoction pieces and S. tenuifolia charcoal decoction pieces of different processing time were established ,and the similarity evaluation was also conducted. The chromatographic peaks were confirmed by comparison with substance control. The same UPLC conditions were used to determine the contents of index components (hesperidin, rosmarinic acid ,menthone)in S. tenuifolia charcoal decoction pieces of different processing time. The colorimetric method was used to measure the chromaticity value of S. tenuifolia charcoal decoction pieces of different processing time. Meanwhile ,sample of processing 0 min was used as a control to calculate the total color value (E)and the total color difference value (ΔE). Pearson correlation analysis ,cluster analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA)were performed on the ethanol-soluble extracts ,index component contents ,chromatographic peak area and chromaticity value. The terminal time of processing S. tenuifolia charcoal was conf irmed, and validation test was also conducted. RESULTS :With the extension of processing time , the content of ethanol-soluble extract in S. tenuifolia charcoal qq.com decoction pieces gradually decreased. A total of 17 chromato- graphic peaks were identified in 12 batches of S. tenuifolia decoction piece ,and its si milarity with the control fingerprint was greater than 0.9. 21 chromatographic peaks were identified in S. tenuifolia charcoal decoction pieces of different processing time, and its similarity with the chromatogram of sample of processing 0 min decreased with the processing time ,and the similarity after 18 min was lower than 0.9. The chromatographic peak 9 was hesperidin ,peak 10 was rosmarinic acid and peak 17 was menthone. The determination of content and chromaticity value showed that with the extension of processing time ,the contents of hesperidin ,rosmarinic acid and menthone decreased gradually ;the color L,b and E values of S. tenuifolia charcoal decoction piece powder decreased gradually ,and the a and ΔE values increased gradually. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the contents of ethanol-soluble extract ,hesperidin, rosmarinic acid and menthone ,the peak areas of 15 chromatographic peaks (peak 2,7-15,17-21)were significantly positively correlated with E value(P<0.01);the peak areas of 5 chromatographic peaks (peak 1,3-6)were significantly negatively correlated with E value(P<0.01),but peak area of peak 16 was not related to E value(P> 0.05). Results of cluster analysis showed that S. tenuifolia charcoal decoction pieces of different processing time were divided into 2 categories;the first category was processed for 0-16 min,and the second category was processed for 18-40 min. The results of OPLS-DA showed that the VIP values of peak 6 area(2.800 75),L value(2.327 54),peak 3 area(1.793 39),b value(1.735 78) and peak 5 area(1.244 04)were greater than 1. The final processing time of S. tenuifolia charcoal was 18 min. The results of validation experiment showed that the L,a and b values of S. tenuifolia charcoal decoction piece were 20.22-22.00,4.44-7.67, 9.78-13.00,and ΔE were 13.50-14.12,respectively. CONCLUSIONS :The chromaticity value of S. tenuifolia charcoal decoction pieces of different processing time is closely related to the contents of ethanol-soluble extract ,hesperidin, rosmarinic acid , menthone and the area of 20 chromatographic peaks. It is suggested that the terminal time of processing S. tenuifolia is 18 min.

OBJECTIVE:To analysis the correlation between chrom aticity value and quality index of Atractylodis chinensis decoction piece powder stir-fired with bran ,and to determine its processing time. METHODS :The processed samples of 16 batches of A. chinensis decoction piece stir-fired with bran (S0-S15,S0 is the raw product of A. chinensis )were prepared ,and chromaticity values of all samples were determined ,such as lightness value (L*),yellow blue value (b*),red green value (a*). UPLC fingerprint of sample were analyzed ,and the contents of extract and volatile oil were also determined. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the chromaticity value and quality index (relative peak area of each chromatographic peak in UPLC fingerprint ,water-soluble extract content ,alcohol-soluble extract content and volatile oil content ). Multivariate statistical analysis (principal component analysis ,cluster analysis ,partial least squares discriminant analysis )was carried out with chromaticity value and quality index ,and the processing time of A. chinensis decoction piece stir-fired with bran was determined by grey correlation method. RESULTS :In the process of bran frying ,with the extension of processing time ,L* and b* of decoction pieces powder decreased ,and a* increased first and then decreased ;relative areas of peak 1 and peak 2 increased first and then decreased, while relative areas of peak 3(5-hydroxymethyl furfural )increased, and the areas of the other peaks decreased. The content of the extract did not change significantly with time ,and the content of the volatile oil decreased. The results of correlation analysis showed that the relative peak area of peak 2-27,alcohol-soluble extract content and volatile oil content had a certain correlation with the chromaticity value ,while the relative peak area of peak 1 and water-soluble extract content had no linear correlation with the chromaticity value. Results of multivariate statistical analysis showed that the samples were divided into mild (S0-S5),excessive (S12-S15),moderate (S6-processing time of 18-33 min). The results of grey correlation method showed that the processing time of A. chinensis decoction piece stir-fired w ith bran should be controlled in the range of 18-24 min,and the optimal processing time was 18 min. CONCLUSIONS :There is a correlation between chromaticity value of A. chinensis decoction piece powder stir-fired with bran and the relative peak area of 27 chromatographic peaks ,and content of extract and volatile oil. It is suggested that the processing time should be 18 min.
