Objective:To prepare specific antibody against the pre mRNA splicing protein Tra2? in human fetal tissues. Methods:A specific antigen fragment of human Tra2? was cloned into the pGEX 3x expression vector to express a recombinant GST Tra2? fusion protein. The fusion protein was expressed, purified and used as an antigen to immunize the New Zealand rabbit, and the polyclonal antibody to Tra2? was obtained. Results:The antibody was successfully used to detect Tra2? protein in human fetal cerebrum with Western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis. Conclusion:This prepard antibody has good specificity and can be used to detect the Tra2? protein in the human fetal tissues.

Objective To investigate the effects of antioxidant on the fish oil cream and to enhance its stabil-ity.Methods The fish oil cream containing different antioxidant such as vitamin C,vitamin E,EDTA -2Na were prepared. The content of vitamin A with 6 months acceleration test and 12 months after long -term test were deter-mined by HPLC.Results Antioxidants had significant effect on the vitamin A content in fish oil cream, the sequence that antioxidants enhance the stability of the fish oil cream was as follows:VE +Na2 S2 O5 >VC +Na2 S2 O5 >VE +ED-TA -2Na >VC +EDTA -2Na >VE ﹥ Na2 S2 O5 >VC >EDTA -2Na.Conclusion The fish oil cream with antioxi-dant have favorable stability, composite antioxidant is better than single antioxidant.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the posttraumatic growth in cancer patients and patients' quality of life. Methods 123 cancer patients were measured with posttraumatic growth inventory (PTGI) and EORTC QLQ-C30. Means and standard deviations were used to describe the domain and the range change of posttraumatic growth. Correlation and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to explore the relationship between the patients' posttraumatic growth and their quality of life. Results 4 of 5 factors in PTGI showed significant positive change, including connection with others [(28.17±7.97) scores], new possibilities [(16.15±6.06) scores], personal strength [(15.42±4.69) scores], and appreciation of life [(11.51±3.80) scores], meanwhile, the spiritual change [(5.07±2.67) scores] had no significant growth. The sum of PTGI was related positively to the role function of the patients. New possibilities (r=0.193), personal strength (r=0.290) and appreciation of life (r=0.284) were correlated positively with global health status. Multiple regression analysis indicated that personal strength (β=0.373, t=3.66) and appreciation of life (β=0.322, t=2.99) could predict positively to global health status, however, relating to others predicted negatively to global health status (β=-0.396, t=-3.63). Conclusion Posttraumatic growth has been found in cancer patients, including some predicting factors of patients' quality of life, such as personal strength, life appreciation and relating to others.

Objective To develop a curriculum of a training course for oncology nurses in regard to patient education in sexuality for breast cancer patients. Methods Delphi Method was used in the study. Two rounds of questionnaire investigation were conducted among 21 specialists in breast nursing care, sexology, and psychology. The curriculum was developed after revised based on the comments and suggestions brought up in the experts. Results The training curriculum in sexual health of the breast cancer patients for oncology nurse consisted of 5 sections, professional education, sexology, medicine, psychology and practice, which were divided into 45 teaching topics included in 13 courses. The comments of the specialists on the training curriculum were consistent. The coefficients of variation ranged from 0.07 to 0.20. The coordination coefficient was 0.344. Conclusions The current study developed an integral curriculum for oncology nurses in regard to patient education in sexuality for breast cancer patients, which will benefit oncology nurses for their nursing practice.

Objective To investigate the value of electronic bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of children respiratory diseases. Methods The electronic bronchoscopy results in 400 children with respiratory disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 400 children, there were 246 cases with simple endobronchial inflammation, 67 cases with bronchial malacia, 38 cases with bronchial stenosis, 23 cases with bronchial foreign , 4 cases with tracheal bronchus, 4 cases with epiglottic cyst, 3 cases with bronchiectasis, 3 cases with endobronchial granulation, 3 cases with laryngomalacia, 2 cases with vascular ring compression of the trachea, 2 cases with laryngeal web, 1 case with subglottic cyst, 1 case with subglottic neoplasm, 1 case with tracheoesophageal fistula, 1 case with bronchial atresia (left) and 1 case with trachea cyst. All the children had no serious complications. Conclusions Electronic bronchoscopy can effectively improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of children' s respiratory system disease, and it is worth of clinical promotion.
6.Study on the relationship between HPA and NRF2 and the occurrence and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma
Chongqing Medicine 2018;47(12):1628-1631
Objective To investigate the expression of heparanase (HPA) and NF-E2 associated factor (NRF2) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods We collected 81 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 as group A,and then selected 77 cases of polyp of vocal cord pathological specimens as group B.The expression of HPA was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the expression of NRF2 was detected by western blot. Results The positive expression rate of HPA and the expression of NRF in the group A and B were 81.48%,19.48% and 0.844±0.113,0.202±0.094,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).The positive expression rates of HPA in patients with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ were 93.02% and 94.87%,which were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis and stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of HPA in patients with low and middle differentiation were 93.75% and 100.00%,which were significantly higher than those with high differentiation (P<0.05).The expression of NRF2 in patients with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ were 0.901± 0.122 and 0.885 ± 0.105,which significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis and stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ (P<0.05).The expression of NRF2 in patients with moderate and low differentiation were 0.854± 0.101 and 0.878 ± 0.099,which were significantly higher than patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of HPA and NRF2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma are significantly increased, which are related to lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and pathological grade.

Application of new technical means and methods and in-depth exploration in medical service scenarios, for improving the efficiency and quality of diagnosis and treatment, improving the operation and management level and patient′s medical experience are the goals aimed by smart hospitals. Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital, based on the technical framework of hospital intelligent twins, was exploring to build an all-scenario smart hospital. The hospital built an intelligent operations center, all-scenario smart wards and a smart security and fire protection integrated management center. These practices promoted the service synergy, provided efficient internet of everything experience, and promoted the integrated linkage management of security and fire protection. The hospital effective resolved such deficiencies as insufficient data connectivity, fragmented application scenarios, limited coverage and poor mobility, hence providing reference for the construction and application of whole-scenario smart hospitals.
