The control group adopted the traditional method of separating ward rounds between doctors and nurses. The observation group used the method of nursing ward rounds with doctors. Then their differences were compared in terms of cognition of disease and medical compliance of these two groups′primary caretakers. Result The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the cognition of disease and medical compliance (P<0.01). Conclusions The method of nursing ward rounds with doctors can improve the cognition of disease and medical compliance of the asthmatic patients′ primary caretakers. It can effectively monitor and manage the asthmatic patients and control the disease recurrence. As effective ward rounds, it is worth in clinical application.

Objective To test the effect of an APP in the adherence of inhalation medicines for children with asthma, improve the rate of inhalation medicines compliance, self management ability and the quality of life of children with asthma. Methods The research use self-control study. We use Medication Adherence Report Scale for Asthma (MARS-A) to test the adherence of inhalation medicines for children with asthma in outpatient department. After 2 months using the APP,the children with asthma may be re-tested by the MARS-A to compare the differences in medication adherence, asthma knowledge, use method and pulmonary function, etc. Finally, data analysis using paired t test. Results After using the APP,the inhalation medicines adherence rate is increased from 25.78 % to 68.75 %,the awareness rate of patients and their caregivers are increased from 25 % to 65 %,and the APP usage rate is 42.18%,there was significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion The APP can effectively improve the adherence of inhalation drugs, standardized medication management, guarantee treatment effect and improve the quality of life of children with asthma. It could also reducing medical costs and improving work efficiency and service quality, thus deserves promotion.

Objective The aim is to provide drug regimen for patients who have hormone allergy history but need hor-mone therapy. Methods Pharmacists analyzed the sensitization mechanism of methylprednone in combination with insturction and literature, assisted clinicians to formulate oral hormone therapy for tuberculosis meningitis with history of menthylprednisolone and verified the effectiveness and safety of the drug regimen. Results Methylprednisolone injection contains trace amount of milk protein and should not be used in patients with definite allergy to cow's milk. After changing to oral hormone therapy, the patient did not appear allergic again, and the condition was stable. Conclusion Gucocorticoids can also induce allergic reactions,so patients'previous allergic history should be paid attention in the process of medical history collection.Meanwhile, pharmacists can also give full play to their pharmaceutical expertise to assist clinicians in formulating individualized drug administration plans to ensure the effectiveness and safety of patients.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the clinical value of the four regions 12-core systemic prostate biopsy.
METHODSNinety-one patients suspected of prostate cancer received four regions 12-core systemic prostate biopsy, and the detection rate and complications were compared with those of the sextant method.
RESULTSMore positive results were obtained in detecting prostate cancer with the four regions 12-core method, and the complications were similar to those of the sextant biopsy.
CONCLUSIONThe four regions 12-core biopsy was suggested for patients suspected of prostate cancer with enlarged prostate gland above 40 ml.
